EXPERIENCIA ESPERANZA EN NUESTRO RETRATO

Nuestro hermoso marco "A" está a sólo unos pasos del lago Kawkawa cerca de Hope, BC. Estamos a 90 minutos en coche de Vancouver, donde uno puede desconectar completamente y disfrutar del paisaje. Hay una abundancia de actividades al aire libre para hacer alrededor del lago, como la natación, kayak, senderismo y mucho más. Si tiene un bote, hay dos lanchas diferentes dentro de un kilómetro de la cabina.
En los alrededores hay numerosas aventuras a tomar; Hell's Gate (Google), Manning Park para actividades de verano e invierno, Harrison Hot Springs, el centro de Hope (talla de la capital de Canadá), Othello Tunnels (impresionante), muchas caminatas para tomar, pan de oro en la histórica Yale, BC, mucho más.
La cabina tiene dos dormitorios en el nivel principal, ambos con camas queen size y el loft tiene una cama queen con un colchón extraíble almacenado debajo. Hay una cocina completa (menos un lavavajillas) con un extra "nevera de cerveza" en el garaje. La cabina está configurado para dentro y fuera cocinar y comer con enormes cubiertas, frente y atrás. La cubierta trasera tiene barandillas de cristal, dos mesas, una barbacoa y un paraguas de patio. Hay nuevos pisos laminados dentro de la cabina y fue recién pintado en mayo de 2017.
El patio cuenta con un arroyo alimentado por primavera que es absolutamente impresionante y se ejecuta durante todo el año frío. Hay una increíble área de fogatas para fogatas. En el verano, si hay una prohibición de quema, también tenemos un pozo de propano portátil para que no te quedes sin él.
Utilizamos el patio delantero para jugar juegos como croquet, bola de la escalera y sacudida de la bolsa de haba.
Si eres aventurero, tenemos 4 kayaks para adultos y 2 kayaks para niños, así como una tabla de remo de pie. Es sólo un corto paseo hasta el lanzamiento para poner los juguetes en el agua.
En el invierno, estamos a sólo 45 minutos en coche de Manning Park Resort y algunos increíbles polvo de descenso y algunos de los mejores esquí de fondo en el mundo. Hay una piscina cubierta en Hope a sólo cinco minutos. No te decepcionará.

Exactly as advertised, great stay!

We had an amazing week long stay here and enjoyed the lake, river and Othello tunnels only a short drive away. Cabin was immaculate and clean, great layout and everything we could possibly need was available. Playing board games and yard games were fun too! We very much enjoyed the back patio space in the early mornings and evenings. So peaceful & truly relaxing space! Kids and us loved the use of kayaks on the lake but didn’t catch any fish. Maybe next time :) Thanks for sharing this amazing little property with our family!

The property is beautiful!!!! You never want to leave the deck! The house is in a great location and it is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. One of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had.

Beautiful property with so many fun things to do. The backyard is gorgeous, and having the kayaks to explore the lake is an added bonus. We can’t wait to return to this lovely spot!

This was a nice relaxing quiet peaceful place to just chill. Loved the fire pit and back deck with creek running right beside it. It was tidy but could use a thorough clean of the appliances ie toaster, kettle etc. Overall though pretty decent place to just get away for a few nights.

Of the ten or so vacation properties that I have rented on VRBO or other similar sites, this was definitely the most thoughtfully appointed property. Everything we wanted was present, easy to find, and of good quality.

We absolutely loved this little a-frame nestled in between mountains. The stream out the back door was the highlight. But the house itself is just so perfect for our family of five. I had envisioned it by itself on a larger property for some reason, so be aware that it is in a neighborhood with similar houses. We used the community center pool, about a 5 minute drive, and were pleasantly surprised at how new the facility was. We drove about six minutes and hiked in to Flood Falls, a totally doable walk with small kids. They loved it. We stayed three nights in this house and none of us wanted to leave. I highly recommend this Hope house for a cozy getaway.

Of the ten or so vacation properties that I have rented on VRBO or other similar sites, this was definitely the most thoughtfully appointed property. Everything we wanted was present, easy to find, and of good quality.

I had envisioned it by itself on a larger property for some reason, so be aware that it is in a neighborhood with similar houses. We used the community center pool, about a 5 minute drive, and were pleasantly surprised at how new the facility was. Hope Paradise
Dwayne and Kim's cottage is a wonderful weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The tranquil backyard stream will lull you into forgetting about your busy, stressful life. The cottage is clean and well appointed, not fancy but everything you need.

Great place to stay
A lovely 'home from home' with everything we needed for a great stay. It was so helpful to be able to borrow the kayaks to paddle on the lake, thank you. The garden is beautiful with a deck and creek, with fire pit and BBQ. An excellent property and hosts.

We loved Hope!
This cabin is very cute, very comfortable and has everything you need, including extra pillows and blankets and unlimited firewood. The area is very quiet and sitting by the creek with an evening fire in the fire pit, you feel like you are out in the wilderness. There is lots to do in and around Hope. A wonderful vacation spot for the family!

Great experience
Beautiful spot! Dwayne was very helpful making sure everything went well and we got in okay. The backyard is a piece of paradise. Would definitely like to stay again in the future!

Well-equipped
This property was well-equipped for our little getaway. We just needed a place to stay while at a women’s conference, but kayaks and life jackets?! We couldn’t resist taking them out for a paddle. Clean, cozy, peaceful, and the owners were great communicators. Will be back!

Amazing Stay
Dwayne & Kim's cabin is located steps away from the lake. It is a cute cabin with everything you need. It actually also felt much larger inside then I initially anticipated. The best part is the backyard space with a fire pit and creek running through. Wonderful get away cabin, we will be back!
