Beautiful beachfront condo, two bedroom/two full bath
Están bien equipados condominio con todas las comodidades del hogar. Amplia cocina, comedor y sala de estar con una gran TV de alta definición. Muchas mejoras recientes durante 2016 incluyen la nueva cama de matrimonio, cama queen size nuevo, nuevo dormitorio / suelo de baldosas, nueva tabla de cocina / sillas, microondas nuevo, sofá cama nueva, todos los muebles de la sala de estar, nuevos aparatos de cocina y vajilla, nuevas sillas de playa y el paraguas, etc. Cada habitación tiene un televisor y un baño separado. Pase los días disfrutando de la playa, actividades acuáticas, o tomar ventaja de las numerosas actividades de tiendas y restaurantes. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! However the room does need some better curtains on the sliding glass doors and the mattress on the pull out couch desperately needs replaced.

Our unit was very clean and the location was perfect. The kitchen was ok, a little light in cooking supplies. Cooktop work well but the oven took forever to come up to temperature. When we come back, we will look to stay here again.

The property is in good shape. In our condo everything worked, and it was wonderful to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach - tho be aware there are no beach towels. Balcony was very pleasant.
The pool was nice and warm enough to swim in early March.

Good location. Friendly people. Pool was warm. We could have used some hangers for clothes. A few pods for laundry would be helpful also. Overall, we would stay there again.

The condo sits on a beautiful beach.
It was clean and well organized.
We loved the full kitchen and made a few meals there.
The TV remote controls were a bit confusing -n but worked well once we mastered them (There are 3 TV's and each one was a little different)
Would be happy to stay here again.

Loved our stay. Was a little hectic checking in as office was closed and no email with entry details sent but call to number on office door did resolve with in 5-10 minutes. Very close to many restaurants, bars, entertainment and easy drive to further attractions. Also liked that there was a nice pool/hot tub fornthey kids when they were sick of salt water (5,8,15). Would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved the property and location! cute, convenient and had everything we needed! A super big bonus was the pack n play for our baby! thank you for a great trip :)

Unit was alright, rooms were comfortable although the beds could use new mattresses. No beach towels were provided with the unit, and only 4 bath towels even though there were five of us. Dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it and it was leaking onto the floor, property management said it was a known issue that had been addressed several times and they couldn’t get anyone out to fix while we were there. Thermostat stopped working our last night there, of course after the office closed and no after hours line was provided. Seemed like electrical in unit could use work or upgrades.

We stayed here with our two children. The location was perfect- right on the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Lots of space for our family. Our only complaints were the minimal kitchen amenities (additional coffee cups, tumblers needed) and need for updated appliances (eg laundry and dish washer).

The location and amazing beach made the stay terrific. The office staff and maintenance were friendly and fantastic to work with. The only complaint is the 2nd bedroom. No closet and the dresser is too bulky- somewhat blocking the access to the bed. The bedroom was too cramped for 2 adults, but would have worked for 1 adult.

Our condo was the perfect place for us to stay in St. Pete! Very clean and had everything we needed. Just steps to the beach. The only thing is the building must have been painted. it was brown and tan. Not the white and teal in the pic. Other than that, the facility was clean and quiet. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Pros: location, pool/spa, neighborhood, beach, chair/umbrella rentals.
Cons: nothing serious but unit could use new mattresses, beach towels, small toiletries.
Overall: we had a great time, weather was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Thank you!

There's a lot of great things about this place. Clean, easy beach and unit access, easy parking, hair dryers, and bar soap. A few things we wish we would have known -
there are NO disposable kitchen supplies ie. coffee filters, sugar, salt, bottled water etc. No shampoo or conditioner. Beach towels are available through the office for a $10 per towel CASH deposit which you get back upon returning them. Also, the sofa bed is not fit for adults. Don't book this if more than 4 adults are in your party. The beach chairs were old and low to the ground.
This was our first Vrbo rental and we definitely had a great time.

Our 2-year-old twin girls had a great time. They loved eating breakfast on the balcony and playing in the pool. It was so close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. It was nicely decorated as well. Will definitely be visiting again!

Everything was great except the parking situation. I was not informed of the 1 car only policy until I checked in. I had to find alternate parking for 2 cars which cost a lot.

The title says it - nice beach, nice facility, easy parking. The one thing renters should be aware of is that the kitchen is small and minimally equipped. Toaster and coffee maker yes, but no pot holders or collander. Have to run the dishwasher every day to have coffee cups and wine glasses. So be prepared and ENJOY.

Would rent here again and recommend to those looking for a convenient property with all the perks within walking distance.

The location was great being right on the beach. The condo was spacious for a family of four, and has a nice balcony. The pool and hot tub area was nice, and the kids loved it. Also has some sand toys available to use at the beach. Make sure you bring your own basic supplies. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels, no sugar, salt, pepper, laundry detergent. Also would have been easier to keep the sand under control if there was a vacuum available.
