This is our third year in this condo, and I’m so thankful we were able to spend 2 weeks in this lovely condo and beautiful neighborhood. Towering pine trees and peaceful surroundings envelop you the moment you enter the community, and I always feel the stress slipping away. Tidewater Plantation is minutes from the beach as well as minutes from excellent dining, shopping, and more than enough mini golf spots to keep the family entertained in the evening. The condo is clean and filled with all you need for a week or more at the beach. This year, we added a trip to Brookgreen Gardens, and I highly recommend it as well. You cannot go wrong booking this condo. The property manager is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great time during our visit. Property was clean and very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to the beach and other areas. Once you were tired of the nightlife and busy days, you were able to return to the property for some peace and serenity.
Great views of the golf course and friendly neighbors.
Parking was convenient as well as the elevator.
Kitchen waa well stocked with dishes and a few
extras. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy during these hot and humid days.

Great cozy condo the family and I loved it. Had fun watching the golfers on the deck and it was so quiet you could hear balls hitting on the greens. I’ll be telling my friends and whole family about this place.

The spot is ideal for spending time in MB. 10 min from the beach by car, close from groceries.
The condo is big enough for a family of 5 with two bedroom and 2 bathroom. The pool and the gym are nice.
My only concern is the bed in the masteroom. The base is making noise and is about to disasemble. The materess seems very old so super incomfortable. Also the bed sheet are not adapted for the bed size.
In addition, during our stay we cooked a lot but even if the are a lot of items in the kitchen all of them are very basic especially knifes.
We would not be returning if those concerns are not improve. Thanks for the stay

I love Tidewater Plantation, and this condo is lovely one! This is our second time staying there. The host is gracious and responsive. I hear back from her within moments of asking a question. All the things that you need for a wonderful vacation are here, and the community pool is lovely. We ate at the Clubhouse one evening when there was live music...so fun and delicious food!! My favorite part is the feeling of peace that descends as you enter Tidewater after a day on the beach. We've been staying at Tidewater since 2008, and I'm so happy to have found this condo!

We made such great memories with our teenagers on this trip. This property was great, we arrived and the house was very clean and presentable. It was also well stocked for us with plenty of towels, pans, dishes, and silverware. I had packed trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc.. but didn’t need to, it was all there. I love when the hosts supply all of those things, it made our stay comfortable and easy! The views of the golf course were great, we loved sipping morning coffee on the screened in porch, it was very relaxing!

Check in was easy. The property was clean and well kept. Everything was in working order. The condo overlooked the golf course; it was fun to sit & watch the golfers. We ate at the clubhouse which was wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

Tidewater
The rental accommodated all our needs for an enjoyable stay. Access to the pool (which is large), sauna, tennis court, exercise room were all a plus. Golfing there is a big sport. My only comment is the furnishings in the living room and sofa on screened in porch could stand a cleaning. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this rental for the privacy and security it provides. We Had a great stay.

Amazingly quiet and hust AMAZI G!
We loved the privacy and location. Fun to watch the golfers out the patio area , but most of all the condo was well equiped and decorated and just so peaceful.

Wonderful Condo!
We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful condo this summer. We love this community, and this condo was definitely one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in. Beth, the owner, was wonderful to work with and quickly fixed a little snag we had at the guard check. I highly recommend this condo!

A Home away from Home
A truly great experience. I was in town to move my son to an off campus housing, which can be stressful and tiring. We were able to come back in the evenings to a quiet and welcoming condo.
We will be back to golf next time.

Awesome condo
The condo was as advertised no surprises!
The resort was awesome! Great condo, great golf, great pool, close to the beach! The owner was fantastic and I generally have to contact the owner for some reason or another when renting a vacation place however! That was not the case here! The owner has everything very well laid out! I will stay at this condo again. The view from the third floor of the golf course was great! My family of 4 were very comfortable at this condo/resort while vacationing. The condo is on the third floor but there is an elevator so there were no issues with luggage. The resort boasts some of the best golf courses available and is 10 mins to the beach. I usually stay at barefoot but liked tidewater more. Again, will be back!

We have 0 complaints , the condo was clean with a nice elevator to get all your things up to the 3rd floor for the week . Communication with the owner was 100% easy and great . We had a great week of vacation with our family , and I’ll stay here again! Golf course is in perfect shape as well!

Comfort away from home
We absolutely loved the homey feel of our spot...very comfortable and spacious for having 5 people....the view of the course and surrounding area was spectacular...we truly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home...we would definitely rent again whenever coming down to the are

Overall things were what we expected but here are the things that need the owners attention:
Carpet needs a professional cleaning
Many lights with no bulbs or bad bulbs
TV remotes had no batteries or dead batteries and no instruction on what remote to use.
Shower head in master bath needs to be replaced.
Curtians in bedroom had few carriers and could not be closed.
Furniture in living needs cleaning
Disposer did not work but was replaced while we were there. This had not worked for a long time as evidenced by water in the cabinet below.
We found Beth to be very responsive to our needs but in general the person responsible for overall maintenance is not keeping up on the routine care.

Beautiful unit!!!
This unit is absolutely beautiful! I was very pleasantly surprised. A great value for the money, kitchen has everything you need, and the window overlooking the golf course is huge and provides light to the whole unit. A wonderful experience, I will definitely stay here again and again!

Great Tidewater condo
We had a very nice stay at this Tidewater property. Very nicely equipped and decorated. Great view of two greens on the course from the screened in porch and the family room. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities! Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely
This place is amazing! Very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the golfers on the 9th hole. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is so clean and adorable. Easy & close drive to the beach. Pool and hot tub are clean and not crowded. Owner was quick to respond to our needs. We loved every minute of it and will definitely visit again!

Great property and excellent communication with the property owner
When looking at places to stay, we chose this property because of the elevator. My mother has mobility issues and this property fit our needs perfectly. Very nice and clean. Perfect location overlooking the golf course. Early morning coffee watching golfers enjoying their game was a relaxing surprise for us non-golfers. The property owner was very nice and available if we needed something. We will looking into staying here again on our future trip to Myrtle Beach.

Amazing condo rental
Wonderful spring break. The Tidewater Plantation is a beatiful community. Close to shopping and of course many golf courses. Our condo was well suited for our family's every need, not to mention the incredible view of the 9th green!! We will be back next year.
