La casa está ubicada en una comunidad cerrada en canales que conducen al río Colorado. Está muy bien ubicado justo al lado del canal principal, lo que facilita el acceso al río. Los canales son de 5 mph, lo que permite un amarre seguro de sus embarcaciones y PWC. También permite nadar con seguridad o flotar en balsas. La casa tiene su propio muelle privado de 50 'justo en frente de la casa. Hay 2 niveles de patio. El patio principal está al nivel del agua. El segundo patio está fuera del segundo piso. La vista desde el segundo piso es hacia las montañas y la gran área de agua del canal principal donde se bifurca. La casa está orientada al este, lo que le da la ventaja de la sombra de la tarde durante la parte más calurosa del día, pero los adoradores del sol aún pueden tomar el sol en el patio superior. Esta casa está ubicada justo al otro lado del canal de mi otra casa (The Pointe), lo que la convierte en una excelente configuración para grupos más grandes.

It was a perfect spot for our family. I celebrated my son‘s 18th birthday and it was 120° out there so it made it very nice to have the water right outside and back to cool off and a nice air-conditioned home. It had everything we needed and owner Kathy was wonderful on communication.

This has been the best upkept home we have rented in the past 6 years. Dock was in good condition, steps into the canal. Perfect for tying up tubes and kayaks! House had a great layout for 10 people. Location is just 2 canals in the the river, but at the end of a canal, so easy out and in. Grass in the canals was long this year, but not terrible. House had plenty of required items to cook there and not have to go out. We had a great time!

Stayed here with friends for wife's birthday. We all had a great time. Sitting out on the patio, mere steps from the clear, clean canal was great. If we had a boat it would have been spectaular, but we only had unicorn floaties, so it was still great. Kitchen had what you needed, we BBQ'd every night.

This was one of the best houses I have ever stayed at in the keys! Kathy was awesome if I needed to ask her a question she was ready and able to answer me immediately for anything. I really appreciated everything that she did, and is so organized that it made my trip for my friends and family one of the best I’ve had in Parker..

We absolutely love staying in the Keys and this house was perfect for our group! The dock fit all of our toys, the overall space inside the house was great for all the kids and adults. Kathy was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply to any email and questions.

Perfect set up for a stay at the river. The family loved being able to float right off the deck. We all slept great every night. Beds were comfy! Super spacious and seating for all 10 of us! We will definitely rent again!

This was an amazing place, we truly enjoyed it. The location was great and it had plenty of options for all ages. I would highly recommend it, I hope to stay there again with my family in the future.

Communication with owner was good, responds quickly. Beautiful location and neighborhood. Very easy to get to the river. Easy to be on the water for a few hours, get out of the sun, then return to the water for a few more hours. Beautiful water way views. Plenty room for family.

Nice spot close to the river entrance and lots of shade!
Had lots of fun at this cool house. 2 families with 3 couples and 4 children fit nicely. No access to a washer and dryer is a bit of a bummer, but really who wants to do laundry on vacation right?

We rented this house 16 years ago and It's still almost exactly the same. Great home for our needs this year. Kathy is easy to work with and check in and check out are a breeze! If you know the Keys you know its a pretty cool place. We've been vacationing there since we were kids and I'm 47 now.

Amazing Location in the Keys!
The property was super spacious, and sleeping arrangements were definitely comfortable for 10 people, easily. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. We also rented her second property across the canal, which was super convenient for our large group. Overall, the house was nice and the location was amazing. Parker is a hidden gem in AZ!

Magnificent location, perfect relaxing location
This was our second stay here and both times went perfectly.
We highly recommend it to families and groups that like to do their own cooking. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes for a good sized group.
