It is very well designed and furnished. Great facilities for long or short stays. Just 5 minutes walk to the Old Town or beach. Tudor is a kind and helpful host.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped; even extending to fruit, wine and water on arrival. Location is convenient for the beach and old town (although there are a few steep hills, but that's Rhodes). Tudor is a great host and could not have been more helpful, also excellent communication.

Perfect location, close to Old and New town, beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tudor was on hand when needed to advise on places to visit, eat, shop and swim. Perfect host. The lovely cats were an added bonus! Will definitely be back to Rhodes and stay at Tudors Guest Villa. Enjoyed every moment.

Warm welcome from Tudor and most helpful pre-trip advice and information. 10 mins walk from the old walled city of Rhodes. We loved sitting in the beautiful garden after a day of 'touristing' in fascinating Old Rhodes. Most helpful tips and suggestions from Tudor about places to visit - and we were charmed by Shadow the cat!

Tudor’s garden apartment was a fantastic experience from start to finish from when he greeted us from our taxi on arrival to when he saw us safely into a taxi he booked at the end of our stay. The garden is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit and relax and any time of the day or evening. We particularly enjoyed the table right outside the kitchen window for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. I had a particularly enjoyable siesta in the garden hammock!
The apartment is clean and excellently equipped and a short walk to both the old and new town with the vast array of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes there. The windy beach was a short walk and the calmer ELLI beach was an easy 12 minute walk.
It was also an easy 10 minute walk to the harbour for the two great day trips we did to Symi with a very worthwhile swim stop and a fast boat tour to Lindos, both highly recommended. We also hired a convertible Mini to tour the island for the day, which again is highly recommended as the island is very densely forested and lush which was nice to see.
Everyone on the island and particularly Tudor and his friendly cat Shadow were friendly, welcome and helpful at every stage. Will not hesitate to recommend and hope to return very soon! 😀😀

Tudors Garden Villa ist ein wunderschöner Ort um einen entspannten Urlaub zu erleben. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und der Garten ist eine wunderschöne Oase zum Verweilen. Der Strand und die Stadt sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnug mit den 2 romantischen Terassen.....es gab immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder auch in der Sonne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Apartment wird von einem sehr freundlichen und sympathischen Waliser vermietet. Es liegt 5 Fußminuten vom Strand und dem Oldtown entfernt. Die bunte Pflanzenvielfalt, macht das Klima sehr angenehm.

Perfect place to stay
We, my daughter and I had perfect vacation in this little paradise. The appartement was cozy and quite, dark at night. The lazy mornings at the beautiful terrace or in the green garden were perfect to start the day. Even it was really hot in the city (34degree), there it was comfortable because of the wind. We reached everything by short walks.. The beach, the old Town, shopping, supermarket, port etc... The owner Tudor was really nice and helpful. So everything was just perfect and we would be happy to be back one day... Thank you so much Tudor.. And greetings to Wanda (?) and shadow :-)

Tudor Villa Rhodes
We had a brilliant 10 days at Tudor's lovely villa which we couldn't fault. Tudor was a great host and was always on hand if needed. The villa is in a great location for both old and new towns and also both beaches. Would recommend a stay here. Many thanks Tudor.

Excellent place for relax & sightseeing
Very nice authentic flat in a villa, in the centre of Rhodes town, half way between the beach and old town. Walking distance everywhere: western beach, elli beach, old town, new town.
We loved the layout of the appartment, where two bedrooms are separated with living room, so actually they are far away from each other, which gives the parents some privacy away from children, if you know what I mean :)
Kitchen fully equipped with nice welcome gift in the fride.
Very nice courtyard with sunbeds, couch-swing and big table for outdoor meals.
Special kudos must be given to Tudor, the owner, who is simply a great person, friendly, caring, always available for help or any inquiries.
Sincerely recommended!

Superb location and very comfortable apartment, with tasteful decor and design by the artist owner.
This was our second stay as we loved the apartment and its excellent, quiet location. Plenty of space, boutique design, with comfortable beds and sofas - plus a delightful garden. The host is most entertaining- as is his ‘talkative’ black cat, Shadow, who came round most days - to the delight of our daughter!
We will no doubt return for a third visit.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die gerne in einem privaten und entspannten Ambiente wohnen möchten! Vielen Dank an Mr. Tudor für diese hübsche Villa, abseits der Straße, mit einer herrlichen Wein-überrangten großenTerrasse, auf der man auch Anfang Oktober noch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen den Tag stimmungsvoll ausklingen lassen kann. Strand oder Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, in der es uns an Nichts gefehlt hat.
Highly recommended for tourists who like to live in a private and relaxed atmosphere! Many thanks to Mr. Tudor for this beautiful villa, off the road, with a magnificent large "wine-over-large" terrace, where you can end the day even beginning october really athmospheric . Beach or old town are within a few minutes walk, the apartment is fully equipped. We spent a wonderful week, in which we have missed nothing.

OK but....... beware!
The property had a lot of things going for it, but one big problem... Noise! The floors are of wood and in one bedroom particularly there seems to be no insulation. As a result any one moving in the flat above, makes unacceptable impact noise, anything dropped on the floor makes a quite shocking noise. If the occupants of the room above keep different hours then there is a problem. In our case five very nice girls stayed out until 3 , 4 even five in the morning. Their return was guaranteed to wake us up, and keep us awake until they settled down to sleep.
The owner is aware of the problem and intends to remedy the situation during the winter. However we were not aware when we booked, and if we had known, we would probably not booked this otherwise very nice property.

Le due camere da letto ben separate ed autonome,importante il bagno in una delle camere anche se senza doccia, presente nel secondo.Il proprietario Tudor è di una disponibilità incredibile,all'arrivo,purtroppo oltre l'una di notte, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo,frutta ed una bottiglia di vino bianco già freddo.Proprietà assolutamente consigliata.

An exceptionally friendly host!
Staying in the ground floor apartment was a great place to be during our trip. A warm welcome upon arrival and the additional bonus of a selection of snacks and refreshments provided by Tudor was a thoughtful touch. Tudor also kindly provided us with information about the area which was a great help. Our rooms were very spacious and the air conditioning system was highly effective to cool all rooms when needed. The entire apartment was clean and comfortable and the garden provided an easy way to lounge in the sun throughout the day. The kitchen was well equipped with both silverware and cooking utensils which allowed us the option to cook during our stay. Shadow, the adorable black cat, was extremely friendly and a delight to have around. Location, location, location, Tudor’s villa was only a short distance from both the beach, the historic old town and the new town too which was ideal for exploring the area. At the end of our trip, when sadly we had to depart, Tudor even called us a taxi to ease our journey home . Would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you Tudor (:

The appartement and the garden are amazing. It's very spacious, clean, calm and decorated nicely. We stayed here with 4 girls and had more than enough space. The appartement is in walking distance of the beach(es), shops, restaurants, bar street and the old town. Tudor was the most amazing host and helped us out whenever we needed something. We had the most wonderfulp time and enjoyed every minute in this lovely apartment!

Oasis of beautiful calmness in central Rhodes, within minutes walk to all key areas
This is a stunning place to stay and Tudor is the perfect host! Can't recommend highly enough.
From the start we had great communication with the booking and then were supplied with fabulous directions to get there. We were met by the owner from the taxi and he was the perfect host, taking us through the property and being very helpful. He was onhand throughout our stay offering great tips on where and when to go places. It's within a few minutes walk to the old town, also greatly situated for the beaches, bars and restaurants being within 10 minutes stroll. If you want to see a stunning sunset over Turkey, you can go up to the Acropolis of Rhodes which is only around 20 minutes walk.
The apartment/villa is an oasis of calmness and really beautiful and tastefully decorated throughout.
Tudor even helped organise our taxi back to the airport. Would 100% recommend and we'll definitely be back!

Lovely stay at Tudor's Garden Villa
I had a very restful stay at this villa. The apartment was spacious, bright and cheerful and well-appointed. There was a lovely garden where you could get sunshine or shade and a shaded dining terrace. It was close to the medieval walled city of Rhodes, with plenty to see, but also near shops and the beach. The owner, Tudor, was on hand and was very helpful. He recommended places to visit - near and further afield. I shall return!
