We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo which had a fully stocked kitchen (everything you can think of) and a great view from the bal ony!

This was a great landing spot for daily outings. Lots of activities and eating places (enjoy the fresh seafood) in easy driving distance. The condo was clean and quaint, well stocked and maintained. Loved ocean watching from the balcony and spending time on the beach. It was a fun and relaxing vacation week.

This was our second time staying in this condo! It is in a great location and the condo is well stocked with beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc! Will stay again!

The property was perfect for our purposes on this trip! The beachfront/full gulf view unit was clean, comfortable and in a very good location. We spoke personally with our host when he came by to check on us mid-week, which we appreciated. And we saw him again on property, completely impromptu, when we checked out. If we stay in Perdido Key again, we will seek him out. Thanks!

The condo is as described. Cozy’s be clean. Owner was very responsive. We love this location—small building with little elevator traffic and easy, quick access to the beach.

I would have to say the stay was amazing and would stay here again. The condo was right on the beach. The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Well worth the money we spent for the week we stayed. So I would differently recommend this place to anyone. All I can say is rent it you won't be this appointed:)

Nice condo! Perfect for the three of us. Conveniently located and walkable to shops and restaurants. Take a 2 minute drive to Gulf Island National Seashore drive past the public beach and you will be at the most beautiful secluded beaches. Enjoy the Blue Angels practicing while lying on the white sand beach. Pure heaven!

We had such an amazing time staying in Perdido Key, and this condo was the icing on the cake for us. The property owner, Jack, was so friendly and helpful from the start. The condo itself was well-stocked with all essentials, very clean, and just a very welcoming property overall. We can’t wait to come back and plan to stay in the same place again.

First and foremost, It was in the most beautiful area of Perdido Key. The condo was very clean and the balcony view to the Gulf was superb. Furniture was beautiful along with a great stocked kitchen.. I loved that the bathroom was so big and water pressure in shower was great.. 😃. Nothing but positive things to say, except we are sorry we aren't still there.❤️ We had such a relaxing week and hope to rent this unit again next year. The owner is a great communicator. I contacted him once prior to our stay and he got right back to me You will not be disappointed renting his condo.

The location was beautiful. The unit was as described. We would not hesitate to return.

So we thought we would kick it up a notch and do VRBO. We’ve never been to this part of the country so we just took a property close to our meeting location. We were not disappointed!! Perdido Key was a garden spot! Beaches perfect the condo was just what we were hoping for. We will be back!

My wife and I loved our stay here. The condo was very clean. Pristine views of the Gulf from the beachfront balcony. Jack was on site while we were there, very welcoming gentleman, we will be back!!

Great location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get away and relax with beautiful ocean views. From sunrise to sunset this place checks all the boxes.

The location is a short drive to down town and is close to so many restaurants and bars. The property is nice and quiet and the property has beach access and a nice deck.

We love staying at Perdido key, and this property is affordable with easy beach access. The only thing we wish it had was an additional half bathroom, but it's understandable with the floor layout, and other than that it was an excellent experience.

Let me start off by saying, what you see online is exactly what it is in person. No surprises everything is what it was pictured. The kitchen is very well stock you could easy cook a meal in if you wanted too. It is super clean. Location is prime. A good little food shack with superb burgers and sandwiches and a very excellent restaurant with in walking distance. Easy place to get into and out of to go to either pensacola or to orange Beach. Easy access to beach and pool. It is a great little gem to get away from the crowds. Absolutely a little slice of heaven. I would recommend this place to anyone. Jack is awesome to work with a check on us to ensure our stay was great. Can't go wrong with this one.!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured! Jack, our host, was very easy to communicate with and made sure all was good ahead of arrival. It was clean, with nice updated furniture. View from balcony was beautiful for morning coffee. Beach was clean, water clear, Ody with Ike’s Beach Service was great. The shopping area across the street has an amazing restaurant for lunch or dinner along with a breakfast place if you want. We loved how quiet and uncongested it was. If want to just enjoy the beach and relax it is absolutely perfect! Just what we needed!! Thanks again Jack , we will definitely be back!!

The room was very clean and comfy. Check in process is super easy and was a great location. We had a blast.

Lovely beachfront condo on the gulf. This condo is perfect for a small family. It can sleep up to 6 people but the bunk beds in the photo are very small. They are meant for little kids. If you're over 4.5 feet, as our kid is, your feet will hang off. Luckily there is a pull out couch that our son ended up sleeping on. The condo is beautifully decorated and being beach front with a pool is a major plus. I would have given 5 stars but the master bedroom mattress is terrible. It really needs to be replaced. Our backs were hurting all week due to how bad the mattress is. The condo appeared clean when we arrived, but when I turned down the master bed, there was hair (not mine) all over the sheets, and they had an odd odor to them. So I pulled the sheets and washed them before we went to bed. The floors we're making our feet black on night one which makes me think that they didn't mop the floors from the last stay. So I went to the store and got mop solution (there was a mop there) and mopped all the floors. Again not what I was expecting on my first night of vacation. My other biggest complaint is that we given only 4 bath towels for the whole week. There were 3 of us but only 4 towels for the week? So I ended up having to do laundry every single day because my family takes a bath every day which was a huge inconvenience because I hate doing laundry, especially on vacation. Now if I were rating solely on the host Jack, I would have given it 5 stars. Jack was an amazing host. The check-in process was a breeze. The fridge was not working properly when we got there and he was very responsive about getting it fixed.

The condo was exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and direct access to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and we had an absolute great time. Hope to come back to this unit again and make some more wonderful memories!

This condo is perfect. It has everything that you need on your stay and it is in the perfect location. The beach isn't too crowded and has a great restaurant right across the street. We will definitely be returning in the future.
