The property was very well maintained and was very clean and cozy. It was close to a lot of things - Bad Bunnies coffee shop was my favorite. Very enjoyable trip!

This place was perfect for our needs. The living space was really nice. It was perfect for hosting some family and friends for my son’s graduation from C of C…..Great location in Charleston. We loved the place!

This property was by far the cutest property I’ve stayed in downtown Charleston. The kitchen was very nice and all appliances were updated. The location was in close proximity to King St and there are plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops on Spring St as well. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the property. When we walked in we felt so happy and comfortable to be back. This is a great house and a wonderful location. We will be back again!

This was a cute house with incredibly convenient parking. Beds were extremely comfortable. There were great coffee shops and restaurants in very easy walking distance. However, you are a bit of a trek from the Charleston tourist sites if you plan to walk everywhere as we did.

You’d be crazy to pass up this wonderful home if you’re visiting Charleston. The location is amazing, we walked to dinner two of the three nights we stayed there. Coffee right around the corner to get your day started. A wonderful mix of residential and commercial spots makes this a very fun neighborhood. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We felt relaxed and at home from the minute we walked in the door. The private parking was a huge bonus and incredibly convenient. Can’t say enough good about this little gem.

As advertised- lovely place, convenient location. Whenever we come to Charleston it is our place to stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very nice. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft and plush. Lovely marble countertops and bathroom floors. As a budding artist myself, I also loved the personal touch of the homeowners art work hanging on the walls. We only wished it was a little bit closer to the downtown area so we could have walked to more places. But it actually wasn't too big of a problem because parking was readily available in parking decks downtown.

We were all impressed by the house - cute, clean and just as described...super easy spot to navigate Charleston. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Great for four people.

This two bedroom home is quaint with hardwood floors, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and an updated bathroom. The location is within walking distance of King Street and Market St but in a less busy neighborhood. The house is in a gated area with one off street parking space. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would happily stay here on my next trip to Charleston.

We were able to walk everywhere on the Charleston peninsula that we wanted to visit. Wonderful home and convenient location away from the major hustle and bustle.

What a great place! Very convenient to The Citadel and downtown. The house was wonderful and fit our needs.

Home was just as described and photographed. Loved it! Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked, living area was cozy and comfortable, beds were perfect, linens and towels were ample and of great quality. Parking for one vehicle was literally right outside the front door. Location was perfect - within easy walking distance of all kinds of locations and activities. Close to superb restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in and out was simple. Owner was responsive. Highly recommend!

Clean and convenient. Needed uber to get around.

This property is great! There is only one bathroom and its upstairs. And because its such a great location it is loud. I was awoken but the loud cars going by. But the property is gorgeous and has a great parking spot and its walkable to everything. Cleaning crew seems to arrive early and just enter, but they left when they realized we were still there.

Just so you aren’t surprised: the only bathroom is on the second floor so if you’re an older adult who struggles to climb stairs this may be an issue. Other than that, Mary Beth is very responsive, the beds are very comfortable, the property is quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare something to eat if you want. I’d stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this cute house was everything we were looking for! Very clean, nicely decorated and updated, had everything we needed ( plenty of towels, coffee maker, dishes), very comfortable beds and pillows, no complaints! We were exploring Charleston for the first time, and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go with our infant son. Great location! Check in and out was a breeze, and you can’t beat the parking right by your door. I highly recommend Xiao Bao Biscuit for amazing Asian cuisine, and Harken coffee downtown! We are still drooling over the lattes we had there! Callie’s biscuits were also phenomenal, as well as Poogan’s Porch, great food all around. Thank you for a great place to stay, we will be back :)

The property was exactly as expected, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Location meant a bit more walking in the August heat than we would have preferred, but otherwise great.

Great quiet setting. Was wonderful to come back and rest between excursions. Very comfy beds. Laundry and kitchen are perfect. Walking distance to King St. Yet far enough away from loud hub-bub of bars. Parking was excellent compared to others I saw. Definitely thinking about staying again

Fantastic, safe, walkable location and clean, comfortable home with everything you need for your stay in Charleston. Super convenient parking if you are bringing a car (your spot is literally just outside the front door) and plenty of Uber drivers in the area. Perfect for a girls’ trip!

This place has everything you could need! Super clean. The walk to King is about 1.5 miles so a little far but we did it multiple times to avoid traffic. Definitely worth staying here because it is more quiet.

I love this house. I would like to live here. The location is great. It is walkable from all points around town, or a short taxi ride away.

We are extremely happy we chose this rental property. The home was clean and charming and the parking was perfect.
