We decided to get away from home since we hadn't left since the onset of the Pandemic. We were looking for somewhere to go where we could enjoy the outdoors away from crowds and hoped to find somewhere to stay for our larger family of seven where we could relax, bring and complete homeschool and college work and cook our own food. This rental was PERFECT!! There was quick and easy access to the New River Gorge Bridge and area, Summersville for hiking. We hiked and were able to geocache (there were lots of caches to find in this area) and were able to cook all of our meals. The loft was easy to find and a comfortable place to stay. We are looking at planning another trip in the spring and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the facility. We only had one issue with the grill. It would not cook the food on day 2.

This house is centrally located to so many fun things to do and minutes from Fayetteville. Bobbie was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We had a minor hiccup, but quickly worked it out with Bobbie. Great place, we would definitely visit this rental again.

The property was perfect for anyone coming in to enjoy a weekend on the river. There was ample sleeping space with bunk beds, a fully stocked kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, flatware and cookware), and enough towels and sheets for everyone. The overall space is small for the number of beds provided, but for anyone just looking for a place to sleep it was perfect.

Throughout our entire process in choosing this place to stay it has been a great experience. With an accurate listing Bobby and crew really provided a comfortable "home away from home" for our family of 7 to stay. The property was immaculate and well kept, equipped with all the general necessities and provided great location for all activities in and around the area. Bobby Bower was courteous and considerate as well as being prompt when communicating. If and when we return to the area we will definitely look to this place first.

Had a great time had a small problem with the oven and grill Bobby immediately bought us a brand new grill so we can enjoy our barbecue

This was the perfect place for an adventure packed vacation. Clean place to rest your head, shower, and sleep to prepare for the next day.

Very clean, hard to find 4 bedroom at this price. Vrbo app gave bad address, just put is in downtown Fayetteville, it’s actually on the corner of 16 & 19, behind West Virginia Pro Outfitters. Location was not great, being behind the fishing outfitters and next to a rundown motel. Location was convenient, and the cabin was very nice and clean.

The property is very nice, its located near of important highway, very close to shopping centers. The owners are very nice people. Hope to return soon.

This house is the perfect size for the getaway I planned for myself and my two boys. With four bedrooms, we all had plenty of sleeping quarters. I liked the fact that it was one and a half bathrooms so there was no overcrowding. Coffeemaker, TV, couch, WIFI and a grill (propane) made it my perfect choice. There was also a large enough satin area that could support probably 6-8 people at once if needed. We were out and about during our entire stay so we were not in the house all that much except for winding down and going to sleep. To me, it was perfect. The deck is large enough to hold up to a 10x10 beach tent. I’m glad I brought mine because it rained once while I was grilling. The owner is fantastic! Additionally, he is very quick to respond and address any issues with the place. I found a small issue with the refrigerator, reported it to him, and it was fixed by the time we got back in that evening. I wish all of my past experiences with property owners were this great. My boys and I will be back to the area for vacation again in the future. I hope I will be able to lock in this place for another stay.

Went down with a group of nine and the place was set up in a manner with bunks to harbor all of us. We had a great time.

In town for rafting, this home is close to rafting companies and downtown fayettevilles restaurants and bars.

Very clean, new, neat and friendly. Everything was exactly what we were looking for.

Bobby was very accommodating and the cabin was perfectly set up for us. We had 7 guys that stayed all week and everything worked very well. Will return!

The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, and has a great location. Bobby was quick to reply and very friendly. We will definitely try to stay here next time we have a group coming to the NRG.

It was very clean. Bobby was very nice. We had trouble finding it since it was located behind a commercial building and not out in the woods as I thought from the picture. It was still private though.
