Mooi en comfortabel appartement waar alles aanwezig was voor een heerlijk verblijf. Contact met eigenaar was heel prettig. We waren op de fiets en kregen aanbod om fietsen ergens veilig te kunnen stallen.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick auf die Gracht ist herrlich. Das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen Pflanzen eingerichtet. Die gewissen Kleinigkeiten lassen einen direkt wohl fühlen: eine kleine USB Box zum Koppeln ans eigene Mobiltelefon ist vorhanden, eine große Auswahl an Tee steht zur Verfügung, eine Steingutflasche mit einem Schnäpschen zur Begrüßung steht auf dem Tisch…Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und vor allem freundlich!
Parkplatzmöglichkeiten - auch kostenfrei- sind in der Nähe. Ebenso ein herausragender Bäcker, wo man auch direkt frühstücken könnte.
Es könnte ein wenig mehr Geschirr im Schrank sein insbesondere Töpfe. Von den beiden vorhandenen (kleinen) Töpfen wurde nur ein Topf zur Zeit heiß.

De locatie was perfect, lekker dicht bij het centrum. Prima bedden en voldoende handdoeken. Erg schoon.
Er is ook een magnetron en oventje aanwezig.
Dat er geen raam open kon is jammer. Ik zou een vaste koelkast inbouwen.

This location is so unique and is in close proximity to all the action of Sneek but still feels quiet and private. The building is so special as it used to house a plant store. It's still filled with big, beautiful tropical plants that give it such a cool feeling.
The apartment has two flights of stairs and Dutch stairs are notoriously steep. For anyone that has leg issues or trouble walking steps, this would not be a good place for them. Also, if you have small children in tow, the steps could be quite dangerous without a baby gate.

We found the property to be excellent.Ambiance and decor was very pleasing such as plants in all rooms, colour combination and deck terrace.

lacking microwave
no cutlery for 4 pax
towels too small
no matt for shower
no shelf in shower for shampoo in shower area
safety hazard - step near shower door
dangerous.
lacking clothes hanging space in bathroom and second bedroom.

This property is BEAUTIFUL with FANTASTIC views of the city and lots of windows and natural light! Very clean and incredibly comfortable (beds, sofa, chairs, dining room table, etc.). Gorgeous shower/bath and sink area with all the amenities you need. It is central and close to everything. A short (2min.) walk to restaurants and shops and very safe area. Access was seamless with the property owner (via lockbox) and communication with owner was very quick and easy - with great recommendations for restaurants while visiting, etc. Highly recommend!
There are steep stairs - so be warned for older people and luggage. Still totally worth it and narrow stairs seem to be all part of the European experience no matter where you go!

The property has loads of character and authenticity, it will appeal to architecture, interior design and aesthetics junkies. It is well an comfortably equipped, clean, and has lots of panache. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the action in Sneek.
We came with a car, and (paid, but cheap) parking is a 3 minute walk away. It was possible to load an unload in front of the property. Whilst the location is 'in the thick of it' it is also on quite a busy street, although street noise was not an issue.

The apartment is nice, nice view, nice position, the kitchen is full of accessories as well as the coffee machine.

Not a dislike really; just be prepared for steep entry staircase if you arrive with heavy luggage.
