Anne's place was perfect for our ski trip. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. She and the property manager were very responsive. The location was great and the free shuttle got us everywhere we needed to go. We absolutely would stay there again for our next trip to Steamboat.

To say a perfect property is just the beginning, This room, Location and overall presence on the mountain is AMAZING. The View of the Lifts along with the amazing View of the Homes and other properties in the area near the main lift area is really just the perfect spot to enjoy your Time with your Family anf friends.

One of the best equipped kitchens in a rental unit. The beds were comfortable and everything as listed. Would stay here again if it’s available.

This is a very well maintained 2 bd/ba and a favorite location in Steamboat. Good parking, shuttle service, and hot tubs make it a great choice any season.

The space was sufficient for the three of us. We supplied. We found the air was very dry and the one small humidifier insufficent. We had difficulty sleeping at night. The shuttle to and from the Gondala with easy and convient. We were told by Retreatia we did did not have access to use the shuttle to go anywhere else because we didn't have a resourt reservation. More information on Free bus lines would be most helpful. Uber cost $20 to go anywhere one way. We had no communication during our stay with the property manage.You need to add an NA option if I have to answer the question.

Condo is a little dated but has everything you need. Ski locker, Excellent shuttle service to mountain and town. 2 hot tubs with sunset views. Fully stocked. Slept 2 adults and 1 child very comfy without having to use pull out couch.

We've stayed in this development before; we love the proximity to the mountain. The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. While we didn't have much luck with the property mgmt co when we had a question about the parking registration, Elizabeth, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. We'd recommend staying here!

Condo was as advertised. Very clean. Close to base/village. Complementary shuttle service was convenient. Great views of gondolas from kitchen! Parking not a problem.

The property is nice and well stocked. I deducted some stars for the check in process and because the property was not actually ready for us upon arrival. Plenty of linens and anything you could need in a kitchen. Everything is comfortable and functional. Location is great for heading to the resort or into town. There is a private shuttle service that comes directly to the parking lot or a public bus stop a very short walk away. You can see the lifts from the patio and may even spot some wildlife. The check in process would be a lot easier if the actual unit number was provided instead of a general description. Unfortunately the place was not cleaned from the previous group when my family arrived so we had to get a hotel for the night. It added a level of unneeded stress after a long day of travel in winter conditions not to mention disruption of our plans and time on the mountain. The owner was only willing to refund us the cost of one night rather than the actual incurred cost of the hotel stay. Thankfully we only had to get one hotel room so the difference wasn't a lot, but it is frustrating that only the bare minimum was done to make up for situation. What if we had needed 2 hotel rooms to cover our group? The property can sleep up to 6. They could not provide us a time we would have access the following day so we could plan around it. They just called once it was cleaned to let us know. As a business and property owner myself I felt like more could have been done to correct the situation.

Nice property and convenient but very noisy. Condo above us made lots of noise early and late.

This was a great place to stay! The condo was as described in the listing. There was a no shoe rule for it. It made it very nice to have a bench just inside the door to sit down to remove them. It also had a nice big coat rack above the bench to hang your gear on. I will stay there again if I get the chance.

Had everything we needed for a great week skiing at Steamboat. Comfortable place. ONLY issue was the extremely loud and obnoxious unit above us making noise at all hours.

The place is aging and is a bit worn; but the price reflects that and is fair.

Great little spot here in Steamboat! Close to hiking trails and only 10 min from downtown. Check in process was super easy and efficient and property was clean and cozy! Outdoor patio area was a HUGE plus!

Prperty was very convenient and close to Steamboat Grand where wedding party was headquartered. Very easy to get to various venues where we had wedding events. Fitness room and hot tubs HUGE PLUS!

We liked the location of the property and it was spacious. However, the condo interior was run down and needed updating. Beds were comfortable but the couches were old and worn and the rug was stained in several places.

Booked this cute 2bedroom / 2 bathroom condo for a little family summer getaway. The whole booking process was very easy. I had great communication from the person in charge. We were able to check in right on time. Everything we could have expected was there. Parking was easy and the area was very quiet. You will need a vehicle to get to downtown. Highly recommend!

This is a great condo. The owner has done a great job stocking it with anything you might need. Very comfortable. It has a ground level patio to a small grassy area that a bear visited on our first night. We were really happy we found this condo because most 2 bdrm condos cost much more.

Property was just as described and had everything you could possibly want in kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. There's a lovely little view from the dining area sliders, and one that small bears have enjoyed too judging from their framed photos on the wall. The only surprise was steps down to get into the unit. As an 76-yr-old I had hoped not to have to lug my baggage down and up stairs. it. Because its description included "first floor" I didn't expect that.
