La hermosa villa de tres dormitorios completamente renovada (2019) es una de las Villas Mariner’s Watch Villas con cipreses y cedros que recuerdan a las cabañas costeras de principios de siglo. Ofrece la ubicación m��s cercana de la villa a la playa y al océano y cuenta con una escalera privada que lleva desde la cubierta trasera directamente al paseo marítimo.
Esta villa frente al mar en el primer piso cuenta con un espacioso plano abierto con impresionantes vistas al mar desde la cocina, la sala de estar y la suite principal. La Gran Sala, llena de luz natural, presenta techos con vigas de color blanco, amplias vistas al mar, una decoración de playa y acceso a la cubierta trasera a través de una serie de puertas de vidrio de pared a pared. La cubierta cuenta con nuevos muebles!
La cocina completamente equipada y de gran tamaño cuenta con todo lo que un chef necesitaría; gama de vidrio, máquina de hielo independiente, horno empotrado y microondas, amplio espacio en el mostrador y una barra de desayuno perfecta para tomar un bocado antes de salir al agua. Hay una cafetera tradicional, así como un Keurig. Lo mejor de todo, la cocina está abierta a la gran sala, por lo que el chef no volverá a perder una parte de la diversión y la conversación.

This is our second stay at this same Mariners Watch Villa. We highly recommend this rental. Lovely updated decor that looked every bit as lovely as it did on our last stay 2 years ago. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The reservation and check in process went without a hitch.

The cottage/villa was as promised and better. The ocean views from the main living space and outside porch were outstanding. The layout, furnishings and amenities of the property had no shortcomings. Access to the beach was quick. Being on the first floor meant you could walk out the rear of the unit and be on the boardwalk quickly. We look forward to another visit.

Incredible stay. The ocean views and calming sound of the ocean was the perfect antidote to the winter doldrums. Kiawah and 4202 MW is a great place to spend enjoy all that Kiawah has to offer. ESPM was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay went smoothly.

Our family love this condo so much! It is the most comfortable, tastefully decorated and relaxing place we have ever vacationed. We have stayed there three times and are able to book it for a 4th. The proximity to the beach, the location on the island and being near Night Heron park and the new Nest marketplace is perfect. We love riding our bikes to the park, on the beach or on the trails and this condo is in the middle of it all. You will love staying here!

Clean, beautifully decorated condo that feels very spacious and comfortable for 8 guests (4 adults, 4 kids). Never felt crowded. Loved the ocean views, coffee on the deck every morning and beachfront access. We felt like welcomed guests of the McFee family. Kiawah Island has so many activities available through the Golf Resort. Would have loved if we could have purchased access to the Night Heron pool, and would have loved to bring a small, hypoallergenic dog along for a fee, but otherwise a perfect vacation. Highest recommendation!

This was our second year in a row renting a unit at Mariner’s Watch (different units, but both rentals were through ESPM). We love Mariner’s Watch and plan to go back. It’s hard to beat the tranquility and proximity to the beach that is offered by that particular development. Overall our stay this year was great; however, the unit was not clean. There were remnants of food trailing down the cabinets under the sink (and along several cabinets within the kitchen); remnants of dried up food and drink on one of the bunk beds located in one of the bedrooms; dirty utensils and glasses in the drawers; the potholder looked like someone backed a pizza on top of it; and the remains of dead roaches located inside the under-cabinet ice maker. Also the ice maker and fridge filters need to be changed. Not at all what you would expect when renting a place; especially considering the money (five figures) spent to rent one of these units for a week. We were grossed out and disappointed to say the least; however we took it upon ourselves to clean all of these items (filters still need to be changed) and move one with our vacation. Contrast this with the other Mariner’s Watch unit we rented in 2021 and it’s night and day. That unit was extremely clean. Management needs to do a better job ensuring their units are cleaned and maintained properly. Again, the location and views are excellent (only reason we can recommend); however we would’ve enjoyed this unit and our trip better had the unit been cleaned properly. We’re on the fence on whether we’ll rent from ESPM going forward.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach feel that is elegant and not kitschy. The couches, beds, blankets, everything is very comfortable. The condo has been very well taken care of and the housekeeping team have done a great job. The owners have done a great job of making this condo feel like home and made us absolutely feel like we were home. We wish it was ours. Also, working with Hillary at ESPM was an absolute pleasure. She is so timely, informative, personable and a true professional . We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

This was perfect for us. We had our 6 month old and 3 year old with us and they both had their own quiet rooms separate from the living area. We could enjoy the beach and the views from the balcony while they were asleep! The interior design is gorgeous and the kitchen was stocked!! Perfect covid escape and we will be back very soon!
