My family and I loved the place. Location is convenient for everything, it was very clean, very nicely decorated. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time in St Pete staying at this property. It was nice to have supplied beach items, the master bed was comfortable with a nice shower. There is lots of seating for the family and you can see the beach from the balcony. The beach area was pretty quiet and there are 2 beach side bars nearby if you want a drink.
The beach chairs are showing their wear and tear and should be replaced soon but it’s great to have them and an umbrella included when flying into the area.

A bit of confusion at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The cleaning crew did not excite as used baby diapers were left in a kitchen garbage bin. Instead of making a big deal out of it I just removed them as the smell wasn't really inviting, the rest of the apartment was clean.
Perfectly situated, we loved the proximity to everything. The property states no dogs. I love dogs. I have one but didn't bring the dog due to the rules. While we were there there was multiple parties with dogs. When I asked about them at the office I was told they are support dogs and that documentation was available. I know a support dog from just a pet even though the pet can wear a vest. Whom are we kidding here. Tho

This property was amazing! We were so impressed with the unit. It was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the property was completely updated. The location was on the quieter end of St Pete Beach, so the beach was not even crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in the perfect beach vacation.

Perfect location and only steps from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs to use. Comfortable bed and couch. First time visiting the west coast and will definitely use this location again. Made our week vacation very memorable and enjoyable. Pool was also a hit for the kids. The explanation of the location was even better than described in the details.

We enjoyed our time in the condo and at the property. Everything was as described. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, pool which was very warm (heated), hot tub, and beach. We had a car but wasn’t really needed… so much close by and we used the sun catcher bus to go downtown St Petersburg.

This unit is clean and updated, however be careful with the language used throughout the description that it is beachfront. The building is beach front, however the unit itself is not. The actual view of the beach from the unit itself is quite limited, the beach is only visibile from the angle while on the balcony. There is only a view of the parking lot and adjacent building while in side the unit. This is a side facing condo with a restricted view. In additon, the hot tub did not work the entire week we were there. The weather was poor during our stay in mid january, very cold and windy, but we had hoped to sit in the unit and enjoy a view of the beach or use the hot tub. Neither of these were available.

This condo is as clean as the rest of the reviews say it is! The unit is newly renovated as well. We enjoyed our stay with all the comforts and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and beachfront location make this the best spot for your stay in St. Pete.

We had a wonderful vacation! This property was exceptionally nice and clean with Walgreens, Publix and Dollar Tree close by. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed waffles in the waffle maker one morning and we had coffee/tea every morning. This property is directly across from the elevator which was very nice. The area was nice and quiet. I especially enjoyed the hot tub in the morning after walking on the beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We loved our stay and had everything we needed to relax on the beach and hot tub and pool! We walked everywhere and the location was convenient for that with 2 young kiddos. The kitchen was also well stocked with supplies and the beach equipment was great! This condo had ample seating room to accommodate our group of 14 people for 2 nights for dinner and grilling down by the pool…great rental to congregate with multiple families for meals.

This condo was cute and has a beach view from the balcony! The property is quiet which was nice and check in was easy. Our room was ready early which was unexpected and a nice surprise! The room was clean enough but definitely has some age to it. The bed in the master was comfortable but if you or your partner move, the whole bed moves. Overall, this is an excellent property and we will definitely be returning the next time we stay in the St Pete area!

AMAZING CONDO!
This condo was beautiful! It was everything the listing said and more! It was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view! The pool and hot tub were perfect and well-maintained. This condo was well-equipped and everything was updated and new. We had everything we needed during our stay and it felt like home. One of the best things is that the condo was located right off the elevator on the 2nd floor and you could easily unload groceries, luggage, supplies, etc. The luggage carts were also very useful. Would NOT HESITATE to stay here again, actually we are planning our next trip right now! Great job!

Loved not having to carry a key to get in and out of condo. Was so much easier with the kids. Super easy access to the beach. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Bedrooms were a bit tight so not a lot of room to store suitcases. Perfect for family of 5 that has outgrown hotel rooms. Would recommend.

Clean well-equipped condo was great for our family of 4 (including 2 college students). Easy access to beach in the middle of everything but still a quieter part of St Pete beach. Grocery store, restaurants, beach shops all within walking distance or short drive. Very responsive hosts, too.

Two week getaway from the cold weather.
The property is located ON St Pete’s Beach. A long stretch of white sand beach. Long walks everyday - a perfect warm weather getaway. Went to Gulfport ( loved Pia’s Restaurant - went twice) Petersberg (new pier is fantastic) and up to Indian Rocks for dinner at Guppy’s. The building has a heated pool and jacuzzi and the building, maintained by Mark who does a great job, is a little old but if you get the right condo it’s great. On Site office staff were great. Emily is terrific.
If you are getting a unit try to get one on the gulf for sunsets. They are over the top great.
It’s a busy area but we had a great time.

First let me say, GREAT communication with the owners! I contacted Kim a few times prior to our trip & she always responded in a timely manner. The condo was very comfortable & stocked well. It was great having beach chairs available to us in the condo. The TV's were nice and big in den & master bedroom. Very convenient being on the 2nd floor and being right across from the elevator. Easy access to the pool & beach.
Great location to a wonderful Publix, Chick Fil A and restaurants. Skidders was good eating, as well as Crabby Bill's. Definitely would recommend this condo & beach!!

60 secs from the condo and you're in the water at the beach. Beach view from the balcony, the condo is literally at the elevator! Not only did everything in this condo feel new, fresh, and clean, but the owners were incredibly easy to get a hold of and we ended up wanting to stay longer because it was such a perfect getaway! Our beach was on the quieter end and exactly what we wanted! There wasn't anything this condo wasn't already stocked with either! All plates/silverware/cookware/beach chairs/beach umbrella/beach wagon made for literally the most carefree vacation we've had! We will definitely be back!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very clean and remodeled. Great communication with owners and management staff was very friendly. Great pool and hot tub with direct access to St Pete Beach. It had everything we needed and then some. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in staying here for this price range.
