Just returned from our golf trip and this house was perfect for the 20 of us. The accommodations were excellent and we’ll certainly return in the next few years. Plenty of parking, living space, and sleeping. The hosts were great to work with as well.

We had a wonderful time and so did our 5 daughters, their spouses, and all the grandchildren. There were lots of activities available both at the Boyne Highlands Resort and in the surrounding area. We played, laughed, and relaxed. Our favorite gathering place was the large covered outdoor porch with a gas fireplace and gas grill overlooking the ski run, where we had several deer visiting.
The house is huge and there was plenty of space to get away from the crowd if needed. One of the sons-in-law actually worked online for several hours most days.
The place was very clean but I marked off one star because the sheets in the Blue Spruce BR were thread bare and torn upon arrival. There were very few and rather thin towels for the number of people with the explanation that there are very nice laundry facilities but having to do laundry every day was a drag. Finally, there was a recurring ceiling leak in the master bedroom right above a dresser, apparently well known to the owner and resistant to repeated attempts at fixing it, which woke us during a cloud burst in the middle of the night.

Everything was great with the house. It was spacious and accommodating of a larger group with space for everyone. It allowed for our family to gather together and enjoy time at the house. Very clean, and comfortable. Good communication with the host.

This home is spacious, beautiful and perfect for a large group. We needed lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and this home has it! It was awesome having two living spaces plus an extra kitchen. The location is beautiful and quiet with some surprise visits of deer. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Our family had 3 great days at the ski lodge. This place is wonderful, plenty of room for kids to play and adults to have their space as well. Great kitchen and great room. We all had a fun time and we hope to be back next year! Thank you from the Caldwells

This property is really awesome. Well kept and very up to date. We are 6 families staying there for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms and a huge kitchen with ample space to accommodate a large crowd for serving food. Overall it's worth the price you pay. Would highly recommend it to anyone .

Group of 13 stay for a long weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday, house was perfect large enough for everyone to have their own space and still then be all together for meals/games or just hanging out. Well stocked kitchen, pantry for all the cooks in the family.

There were 21 of us that stayed over Labor Day weekend. The only thing not positive to say about this house is that their profile photos do Not do the house justice!!
The photos look good on the website. But the house is SO much more amazing in person. 7 bedrooms total, including the 2 bunk rooms (with 6 bunks in Each bunk room).
A kitchen that just calls everyone in the house to come and mingle together.
This was an experience all 21 of us will remember for the rest of our lives. Great job to Jean the homeowner. Her customer service and attentiveness to us was second to none.
Overall, from a 1-10 rating scale… I’d give this house a 15. It was that good. :)

We've been doing this golf outing for years and this has to be the best place we've ever stayed it. The house easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen/dining area was huge with plenty of counter space for all our cooking needs. The house was immaculate and has everything you need to host an up north gathering. Thanks again for let us stay!

We are a 3 generation family of 20, ages 6 - 73. The home had plenty of space for us to spread out and bedroom/bathroom accommodations were a good fit for our 5 individual families.
Location was ideal to explore the area which included a trip to Mackinac Island for the day.

Great place and Location
This was an amazing place to stay. There was more than enough beds for our party if 13 plus a bathroom for each room!!! Plenty of space to cook and eat. The outdoor patio and outdoor fireplace was so enjoyable! Great location to other places. Some went to Mackinaw Island while some went to the upper peninsula. The Hostess, Jean was always very helpful and quick to respond to our emails or texts. Would love to stay here again!

This lodge was amazing and so much more! So much space and kitchen so well maintained and stocked for large groups!
Our whole family could eat in the dining/kitchen area! The grandkids loved the bunk rooms! Everyone had their space! Jean was gracious and so easy to work with! Thank you!!

Stunning and Spacious
The Evergreen Mountain Lodge is a gorgeous, well-appointed home with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Our extended family group particularly enjoyed all of the wonderful gathering space for family dinners and game nights. What a memorable family vacation!

Amazing Ski Weekend
Wow what an amazing property! We just finished a ski weekend with another family. We had 8 kids under the age of 11 that were eager to ski. The ski in/ski out accessibility was so convenient. The house was perfect for gathering with plenty of space and Jean was so great to work with. We’ll be back!

House was absolutely beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice in the slightest. Bathrooms are beautiful. House is well stocked with everything you need. Amazing kitchen. We stayed here in the summer for golf, but I bet this place is amazing in the winter for ski-in ski-out as well. Our entire group was thoroughly impressed. Thank you Jean!

Great stay!
We had a great stay in Harbor Springs! The house is huge so perfect for a large group, and we loved cooking meals in the kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed! Spent a lot of time on the deck by the fireplace as well. Jean was great with communication and we had no issues during our stay! Highly recommend staying here!

We hosted our family reunion at the house and all went well. the house was fine; the facilities were fine; the grounds were nice and there was plenty of place for walking. our only complaint is the lighting; parts of the house were just not well illuminated. But that's a nit; overall we enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the house. Thank you.
