My niece lives in Palm Harbor and was due to give birth to her first child. The first grandchild, first great grandchild and first grand nephew to a very happy family. The location of the house was perfect for travels to Clearwater to the hospital, around Palm Harbor and also taking in some fun activities in Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. The Dunedin Causeway was an easy and short drive away. The couple warm sunny days we had when we weren’t cuddling the baby we took picnics and enjoyed the water and walks on the trails there. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, we did most meals at home. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The open living/dining and kitchen were great for meals and game nights etc. The pool was beautiful and even though it was chilly and rainy much of our stay several enjoyed the heated pool. The covered portion of the patio allowed us to enjoy being outside even when it was raining and with all the palms and vegetation around the pool it was a very relaxing, private getaway. Great location and great place for your next vacation!

It's a really nice house in a great location ! Owner is available to reach at anytime and helps promptly. We will surely rent this house again in the future !

Other than issues with the pool being green, I feel the host is not too blame, but should definitely seek out a new pool company. We did arrive just after a huricane too so that came into play. Everything was great and we enjoyed our visit.

This rental surpassed my expectations. The interior was very well done. Can’t say enough about the pool and waterfall. Everything was at our finger tips as if we were at our own home. The communication with owner was great. We brought our Lab and all had fun and settled in. The property was centrally located to honeymoon island and tarpon springs. Would highly recommend to others and will be looking to stay there again.

From start to finish we had everything at our fingertips!!! The house was clean, stocked, and amazing! Everyone in the group enjoyed themselves (softest couches ever). The beds were clean and very comfortable!

This was a beautiful property, the home is clean, well maintained, great location and with the heated pool a complete getaway. We enjoyed our stay and will if possible rebook in the future.

Wonderful home with a great pool. Close to beaches, sponge docks, great restaurants and not far from the airport and other attractions in Tampa, Clearwater and Saint Pete. Pinellas bike trail also close and we took full advantage of the trail during our stay. Norm was a great host and very good at responding to questions. Was our second stay at Uncle Joes! Highly recommend.

Snagging this property was a godsend. The owner's communication skills were top-notch, and he was so helpful when the pool's heater seemed not to work properly. Before we knew it, he had the pool company out there, lickety-split! I dearly loved the pool with its mosquito-free screened enclosure and the nice deck around it. Best part: It was lightly shaded, so I didn't feel as if I were being baked in the sun when I was there. The neighborhood is absolutely darling. I wish I lived there, actually. It's just so *Florida*. So mid-mod and brimming with character. But the best part of the house was, of course, the house itself. The kitchen is so well laid out, and I couldn't believe how well-stocked the pantry is. Of course one replaces the things one uses (because that's just civilized), but from paper plates to balsamic vinegar, this house had it all. I only had to buy protein and fresh veg in order to make dinner one night. The water pressure is great; the laundry room is convenient; the garage door works nicely; the AC is amazing... Seriously, I can't recommend this house more highly. It's lovely, and so are the owners. A+++++, as we used to say on ebay!

First time renting , very happy. Location was perfect, very close to all my favorite places . Lovely home, just the right size . The pool was a very nice treat. The only thing I would say is the trees around back of the pool kept me from truly enjoying the pool. Not enough sunshine to lounge around. Overall a wonderful experience in a very nice home. We had a wonderful Time in this well stocked, heated Pool home. The House was centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Most of our time was spent on Honeymoon Island which was not far. Norman was easy reachable by text. Great place to stay!

This was a great place. Perfectly described and all the amenities you could ask for. It worked out perfect for us as our family was super close and most days every ended up at our place for big family dinners. There was tons of room. If we had any complaints it would be this: Please replace kitchen sink faucet, and maybe update your welcome sheet with new wifi networks and how to turn on waterfall and lights to pool. But that didn't change the fact of how great the place really was. Also Norman was available to answer any questions we need overall an outstanding experience and when we come back for sure we will rent again! Thanks!

The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we required. The pool was perfect and all the floats were good to have on hand. The Sheet with instructions needs to be updated but we were able to figure out the WIFI. We could not figure out the lights in any of the bedrooms. I was a little surprised when the pool guy arrived, a heads up would have been nice but all in all, this place exceeding our expectations. Quiet neighbor and close to everything you need.

Upon arrival, I must say that I was a little nervous entering the neighborhood. However, the home itself was clean and spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. The layout was perfect for our group of two children and four adults. We enjoyed the pool and grill and having a washer and dryer on site was also helpful. This house is just minutes from Publix and Walmart as well as several restaurants so this is also a plus! My only suggestions for this property would be to update the kitchen faucet as it was not functioning properly and I believe there may have been a broken piece or two.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious. The pool and all the floats were fun for all! We loved pool access from the master bedroom. .The house had everything we needed as far as plates and cups and silverware. The only thing we couldn't find was a grill brush! There was a sheet with instructions but we were unable to successfully connect to the wifi. We could not figure out the lights in any of the bedrooms and we had to turn the dishwasher off and on to run it. We were also surprised when the pool guy and landscaper arrived, a heads up would have been nice ;) Everything was close as far as attractions, Tampa and the beach and we appreciated that!

We had a great time, the house and pool are just like the photos, everything was easy, location is perfect and close to so much. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was so beautiful, clean and only about 15-30 mins away from beautiful Clearwater beach! We would definitely go back! We miss it already!
