Casa de 6 dormitorios, 4 baños, 2 cocinas completas a solo minutos a pie de todos los restaurantes, bares deportivos, tiendas y hermosas playas en el corazón de kona. ¡Justo arriba de una colina en un barrio tranquilo sin ruido de tráfico en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de la ciudad! Un lugar perfecto!
Una espaciosa casa de dos pisos de 2600 pies cuadrados con dos cocinas completas, en la parte superior un patio mirador con escalera y abajo un patio cubierto con barbacoa.
Acceso a una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora. Aparcamiento privado en el recinto. Una barbacoa webber de cuatro hornillas. Área de basura y reciclaje.
Verificamos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes con nuestro gerente. Si hay algo que nuestros huéspedes necesitan, si hay algún problema o mal funcionamiento, está a solo una llamada telefónica para resolver el problema.
Nuestro vecindario está lejos de la carretera principal, subiendo una pequeña colina en un vecindario muy tranquilo y silencioso. Todos los vecinos son muy tranquilos y respetuosos con todos. Los altos banianos y ficus dan una sensación de privacidad.
Se ofrece transporte público justo bajando la calle en la parada de autobús local a unos 5 minutos a pie. Vehículos de alquiler disponibles para alquilar en el aeropuerto de Kona con reserva previa. Alquileres también disponibles para Keiki (bebé / infint / niño) i. mi. cochecitos, pack n play, cunas, asientos de automóvil, etc.

The house was great. We all enjoyed our 3-night stay. The one complaint is that the travel crib (in the listing) was broken. We rented the house in part because we were travelling with a 2-year-old and the listing said there is a travel crib. With no travel crib, we would not have rented the house. When we found the crib, the mattress was missing and the frame was broken on two sides. It was unusable. We contacted Jeri immediately and she gave us the name of a place that would deliver one the next day.....if we wanted to rent one. She flatly refused to pay for the rental. I don't blame her for having a broken crib; perhaps the last renter broke it. However, I expect the host to provide what is promised.

We were a group of 10 and this house was great for us. We had plenty of room for everyone and it was close to shopping, beaches and a beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this house

This property was perfect for us, our adult children & our grandchildren. We walked down to the pier each of the evenings that we were in Kona to view the beautiful sunsets. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away & restaurants downtown.

Huge house with room enough for our entire extended family (7 adults and 3 kids). The upstairs living room was very airy and comfortable. Lots of room for people to spread out and not be on top of each other in between excursions. Very close to downtown.

The area around the unit is a little run down but the house itself is great. Perfect for a large group.

Property was listed as a 5 bedroom with only 4 pictures of the bedrooms which worried me at first as we had 6 individual parties. But to my relief and surprise the unit had 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Everything is located nearby. I would stay again if i plan another golf trip to kona.

Perfect home for our family of 10. Great location-10-15 min walk to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Beach towels, beach toys and coolers are provided. The kids loved the boogie boards! Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book this home again.

We had a great stay in Kona- 3 families (6 adults) with kids from 18 months to 10. The location was very convenient to everything and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We love staying at this property, it’s clean, very comfortable, the decor is well thought out and tropical. The kitchens are clean and well-stocked for groups that love to cook and grill. The A/C units made it very comfortable during the day. We are repeat visitors, and will come back tiny phone

We had a great time. It was very hot but coolers and fans helped. Coqui frogs were annoying but not property owners fault. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and two cooking areas. Would have liked more outdoor space. W/D were very nice and adequate. Ours was a family get together with family from Europe. Central location helped as we toured from Hawi to South Point to Volcanos to Hilo to Konaha.

This house was perfect for me and my family. We are from Hilo, and were in Kona for my daughters wedding. There was enough bedrooms for all of us and we appreciated having 4 bathrooms. The house was very clean when we checked in :)

Great house for a family reunion!
Great house and a perfect location! Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had 8 adults stay very comfortably in the 6 bedroom, 4 bath house with 2 kitchens. We were in Kona for my son's wedding. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to stores, airport, and things we wanted to see and experience. Parking was easy. Beds very comfortable. Living area accommodated our family for eating, laughing and games.

What a gem indeed! Came back home for the celebration of life of my father and needed bigger accommodations since my family, grandmother and uncle would be staying there. This gem was PERFECT!!!!! There are so many rooms and bathrooms, everyone could get ready without running into each other. Spacious living areas upstairs and downstairs to relax. The amenities were plentiful! You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. There was even sunscren to use. I assume other guests left some because of carry ons (we left one too, lol) but if you forget any toiletries, I'm sure it's there. Lots of beach toys and towels to use, coolers, grill, I mean you really don't want for much. Communication with the host was superb. Always responded quickly and kindly. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Our stay was simply wonderful.

Would suggest having a guest book detailing how to work electronics and maybe highlight some attractions in the area. One bed in upper floor was full-sized which was a bit too cozy for one family member and spouse. I would highly recommend staying at the property. Manager was very responsive to any concerns we had.

We stayed here for 2 days while visiting the Big Island. The home was better than advertised, and the hosts were very respectful. One of our kids asked us to stay on this island longer -- just so he could spend more time at this property. Effectively, we had 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 living rooms. The home was near many of the Kona attractions. We hope to stay at this property again on our next visit!
