Stayed here with family (mix of young children and adults) and it was superb. The layout is great: the dining and family space is downstairs, and all the bedrooms upstairs. Somethings that stand out to me:
*The half bath downstairs as well as the heated garage. We fit our grand Cherokee L in it no problem.
*gas fireplace and the huge windows- you can star gaze from inside on a clear night
*full size dining table for shared meals
*the proximity to the resort is perfect
*plenty of warm bedding
This was also one of the cleanest properties ive ever rented. Hats off to the staff!

I highly recommend this place. My family and I had a great week in Keystone staying at this condo. There were 7 of us, and we had plenty of space. The area was very quiet. We loved opening the windows and listening to the sounds of the nearby river. The scenic view is great from the huge family room windows (you are not looking out at other condos). The kitchen had everything we needed, with plenty of dishes and glassware.

We loved everything about this rental. Comfortably fit our family and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The location to Keystone was perfect and convenient. We loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Lisa was quick to answer any questions and was very communicative. I definitely recommend this rental for your family vacation.

Keystone Spring Break Vaca
We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as we always stay in this area. Condo was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc. The ONLY issue for us was the master bedrooms king mattress. It was very, very firm so we put the sleep sofa mattress on top which made a HUGE difference. If you prefer firm then it will be great for you! We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great getaway !
This family owned residence is spectacular! Two friends and myself spent 10 nights here in January of 2022. We have all been vacationing in Summit County since 1972. This beautiful townhome is one of the BEST that we have ever stayed in all those years. I'm fairly sure we will be returning to this gem of a home in the very near future!!!

Great Location
Our first trip to the Keystone area and we weren't disappointed. This townhouse had everything the 4 of us needed for a wonderful time. Loved hiking the creek areas and the neighborhood. Lots of good places to explore whether you want to shop, eat, drink, or hike. Frisco, Dillon, Keystone are all close by and the scenery isn't too shabby!!!!😉

Wonderful place for a family
This space was absolutely perfect for my family, as we were looking to escape Texas summer heat and be cautious about Covid. The house is beautiful, but the view is just incredible. My kids (2 and 6 years old) loved exploring the woods behind the property, complete with a little creek. There were walking paths, as well. We were a nice distance from Dillon, Breckenridge, and Frisco to enjoy some of their amenities (free gondola, stables, more restaurants, playgrounds, etc.), but far enough away not to be in a crowd. The property manager was very quick to respond to messages, and everything was very clean. Hope to come back again next summer!

Place was great. Running stream can be heard from the deck - which is awesome and relaxing!
Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfy. Garage is a tight fit if you have a big vehicle - but plenty of space down the road to park. Place was very comfortable - enjoyed our stay immensely !

A great vacation place to stay!
We loved our stay in Keystone! This was a beautiful home that had everything we needed, was in a convenient location and had gorgeous scenery right outside our windows. I had made a mistake with our reservation, which was 100% my fault, and the owners couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about my mixup. I would definitely book again in the future.

Great place to stay!
We very much enjoyed our week staying at your home for the week. The location was perfect, very close to shuttle to River Run Village. House was clean, and had everything you would expect at a rental home. There were a couple of very minor issues and after messaging the renal company, the issues were resolved very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable and well stocked townhome
First of all, in terms of COVID, it was really nice to stay in a stand alone townhouse that doesn't share hallways or elevators with anyone else. We took a few family walks along the plowed sidewalks and walked one afternoon to the village for some shopping. The townhouse is set in a woodsy, peaceful part of Keystone, which again is nice for COVID and social distancing. You feel like you are in your home neighborhood, vs staying in lodging. We would see people out walking their dogs or just walking and everyone was always very friendly and said hi (from a distance).
The location to the shuttle was close and convenient, and most of the time, we were either the only people on the shuttle or there was one other family. (We had initially planned on driving to the slopes and parking because of COVID and not wanting to take public transportation.)
The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items, games, paper products (garbage bags, tissues, etc). I can't think of a kitchen item we needed that wasn't supplied. Sometimes we have to bring along our own items like cheese graters, but one was there. We cooked all our meals in except for one night of pizza and lots of space to eat and prep food. (By the way we highly recommend Last Chance Pizza).
It was really nice to have a garage to keep our skis in. And so nice to have a washer and dryer to wash ski masks in!
Beds were comfy and everything was clean and well maintained. Neighbors were friendly, kind and considerate. Definitely a family area, not a party area. We look forward to staying here again in March 2021.

Really nice clean property at the end of a street with great scenic views and wildlife. There is access to the Snake River right off the back patio. Lots of walking trails and access to close by businesses at Keystone Ski resort. There was something for all members of our family from teens to adults to keep them entertained.

Awesome, once in a lifetime vacation.
Awesome! Minutes by car or shuttle. Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood. Condo immaculately clean w/ windows from bottom to top floor in main den. Nice gas fireplace and Netflix. Great to have a garage as our car never got icy, and the entrance from garage has an area for wet boots, and hooks/sheleges for equipment. Bathtub immaculate so actually used it, which is unusual for me. Shower with perfect pressure and instantly hit. Fully stocked kitchen items/utensils for cooking. We enjoyed an afternoon in nearby Frisco where we shopped and ate at a pub with the best pulled pork nachos. Wonderful experience all the way around!

Absolutely perfect vacation home!
Our family of four had an amazing time at Ski Tip Ranch. Keystone is a wonderful resort area nestled in the mountains. It is very convenient to Dillon and Frisco for everything you need during your trip, and many things to do. There are many great restaurants to choose from as well. The location was perfect and we loved the peace and quiet. It is close to Breckenridge and Vail, both great fun to explore, and Idaho Springs or Clear Creak for whitewater rafting, or the Colorado Adventure Center for ziplining and the Sky Trek. And of course, Rocky Mountain National Park, the crown jewel of the area. We enjoyed many day hikes as well.
We loved taking evening walks around the property and enjoying the incredible views, the mountain stream, the architecture, the wildlife, the dogs (and their owners, since we missed our pooch), and the fresh air. We also biked in the area on the trails, which was great fun – the mountain bikes provided were a real bonus.
The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It has everything you might need for a fabulous time in the mountains. The entry way with bench and cubbies was perfect for unloading our gear after our daily adventures. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all lovely with an open feeling, and terrific views out the back. We enjoyed morning tea (from the Celestial Seasonings factory up in Boulder!) on the deck each day, listening to the river and loving the 50 degree temperatures, a nice break from the heat and humidity of the East Coast.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and was super convenient. We used the propane grill a couple of nights also, which was handy. We enjoyed the games and watched a movie one night on the excellent entertainment system. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable and roomy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well laid-out, with plenty of hangers and hooks, linens, and toiletries, even an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers. We slept like logs all week – the beds are amazing - and were lulled to sleep by the river. The hot tub was a treat at the end of each day, to relax our tired muscles.
Lisa was extremely professional, and answered our questions and handled the administrative side of things in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure working with her. We would definitely stay at Ski Tip again when we return to Colorado. Vacation of a lifetime! Thank you!!

Convenient and comfortable
My husband and two adult daughters and I stayed at Ski Tip Ranch while attending a family wedding at the Windy Point Campground (the beds were all way more comfortable than sleeping on the ground). Most of our meals and activities were out of the house and it was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after all the fun and hullabaloo of seeing family and friends from all over the country. Loved having breakfast on the deck overlooking a rushing stream and listening to that same stream while sleeping with the windows open to the clean, cool mountain air.

Great property!
Loved the quiet location of this townhouse. It was easy to get out and go for walks or bike rides. The property was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely come back again next year. Our only suggestion is to add an umbrella or some kind of shade on the deck because it was often too hot to sit outside which was a shame since enjoying the outdoors is a big reason for coming to the mountains. Also include a map of Keystone in the unit since it was really hard to find good maps online. I finally picked one up in a bike shop in the River Run village. Thanks for a nice stay.

Beautiful setting
The view of the pines through the windows is stunning. Hearing the river flow is so calming. We really did not want to leave! My kids walked to the resort many times from the home, while my wife and I would take the car and meet them there.

Summer Getaway
Just got back from a pleasant and fun time in Keystone and the surrounding area. This unit had every thing we needed for our family of five. It was clean, cozy, roomy, and easy access to Keystone, the surrounding area, restaurants, and outlets/shops. Me and my family would recommend this unit if you are planning on taking a trip to the area!

A perfect place for a ski getaway!
The townhome is right on a shuttle route that takes you right to Keystone - so easy and convenient. Cozy accommodations - had everything we needed! Great place for a family.

Perfect Accomodations-Look no further!
What's not to love about this property? It has everything you need! About 100 steps away from the shuttle to the River Run Gondola (runs every 20 mins). You are close enough to the action, but yet not so close as to be disturbed by traffic & noise. This unit is very peaceful and enjoyable.
It has an enclosed garage with racks for your skis. Entryway area has nice cubby holes to stash your gloves, helmets, etc. There is also a convenient 1/2 bath downstairs right inside the entry. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make any type of meal. Fantastic view while sitting in the living room/dining room, or outside on the deck (equipped with a fire pit and grill -which we thoroughly enjoyed)
3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (all upstairs). In unit washer/dryer. I couldn't think of a better place to stay!
The owner's agents were super responsive and when we needed something specific to make our stay more comfortable, they went the extra mile to accommodate us. We will be back to rent this unit again!

Perfect group getaway pad
This condo met and exceeded every expectation we had for our group ski weekend. The place is even nicer than described, and was well stocked with towels/toiletries. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in the place every night and there was room for everyone comfortably. All the bedrooms being upstairs made it easy for some to head to bed early while others stayed up late. Big kitchen table was great for eating and games and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals. The condo is located very close to the bus route to the resort but we drove everyday and its about a 3 minute drive to the free lot in the River Run area. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the place or the owners who were responsive and attentive before and during our stay. Can't wait to plan our next trip here!

Really comfy property and well stocked kitchen,..beautiful views and spacious. Beds were so comfortable! Loved they had all the tools for cooking and a crock pot! Only disappointment was jets in master bath tub don’t work. Be careful of hot water...it is seriously hot! Otherwise, great rental and very organized!

From the minute we stepped in the front door I knew that this was not an ordinary VRBO. From spices in the kitchen to the bikes in the huge garage, there wasn't anything that would have made our family time more enjoyable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the deck, especially when the moose strolled by. Thank you for opening your home to us. We can't wait to return someday.

We have stayed in unit #8726 several times but the view from this unit is much better and we prefer the more "edited" decor here. LED candles are a nice touch! We converted several Christmasses ago and were pleasantly surprised. We will be back! Cheers! Doug & Mary Sue

We stayed here with my parents and with a 1.5 year old. We chose it for several reasons including
-Super close to the resort without being in the crowd
-Child friendly
-Family amenities
-Comfortable/Nice accommodations
My parents are ones where we need to be close to everything but cannot be in crowds. This house is literally 2min to the free public lot or you can take the free shuttle right to the lift. Also, traveling with a 1.5 year old we needed a place that he could explore and have fun but would also be friendly to him. This house definitely had all of that and more.
