Unidad 216. Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños muy bien decorado está lleno de obras de arte contemporáneo. Una de las mejores características de este condominio es las vistas sin obstáculos de la playa y las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México.
El primer dormitorio es también el principal, que tiene una cama king-size y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño privado cuenta con todas las comodidades estándar. Esta habitación cuenta con hermosas vistas de la playa.
De dos dormitorios tiene un par de camas de tamaño completo y un televisor de pantalla plana con un baño adjunto. En la cocina se encuentran todos los grandes y pequeños electrodomésticos de calidad que se pueden utilizar para hacer todo, desde aperitivos a comidas gourmet.

Loved the unit and property. The unit could be cleaner. There was sand on the floor and in bed. Killed several huge cockroaches in the unit.

Floors were dirty, mold in the showers and there was a hole in the wall where you open up the entrance door. Light was very dim in the master. The pool area was extremely loud. I have stayed at Phoenix X before, this condo was the dirtiest one. Floorboards were filthy.

Very satisfied with our stay for our annual girls trip. Clean condo and easy check-in. Just a heads up for owners - the drain stopper in the guest bathtub does not work. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

We were here for our Son's wedding on Orange Beach. Phoenix X was a perfect location for everything we needed to do. Whithin walking distance to many eating places. Great views from the unit. Easy to get to the beach. Overall easy to navigate the complex. We had a fantastic vacation. The unit is definitely in need of repairs and updating.

Loved location, layout of unit, ease of check in. Very disappointed in lack of contact by White Shores Realty. Got pre trip contract, provided I d and payment. Received entry info for door.
After checkin I sent an email with some observations- didn’t get and acknowledgment or response anytime during two week stay. Am used to a host making at least a welcome contact for other places we’ve stayed. We did donate a couple items to unit that were not provided: a set of kitchen tongs, and a small cutting board. Would be nice to have a blender for use - great with two coffee pots - one for tea and one for coffee. Ease of parking and access to 216 was great for loading and unloading. Would suggest the addition of a safety bar in guest bath/shower…for seniors it can make a difference. Also tub stop in guest bath needs replacing (per my hubby - a retired plumber). There was a large mirror left standing in the master closet that took up save so we moved it behind the dresser for safety too. There was prior damage to wall behind unit door - the bumper wasn’t installed at the correct spot to prevent it. And suggest there be a bumper put on the wall behind the main bath door to prevent damage. Also main bath toilet roll holder is missing / broken off and needs replacing. Entry hallway light is flickering and likely will burn out soon.
All this said - we hope to reserve / rent this unit again next year …just need to set our dates!

We were under the impression that we got two parking tickets with our stay but that was not accurate we had to end up paying $60 per ticket for our vehicles. You are allowed to have two parking tickets per condo but you have to pay separately for them that was some thing I did not read the fine print on. Also we were told that nothing can go over the balcony even accidentally or we would be evicted. Overall I did not like the experience in the front desk it was manic and uncomfortable. The room was good there were a few spots on the wall or paint had chipped and a few door jams were not working properly but other than that the property itself was wonderful the balcony was wonderful. The beach was great I had plenty of shells. Probably the downside to this property is the front desk. And thinking that you have to reserve parking spaces when you get the property just realize you’re paying $60 apiece for those parking spaces.

This was our second time staying in this condo (July of 2022 and this July as well). Convenience is the first word that comes to mind. The condo is very close to the parking deck and just a short walk from the elevator or stairs. The view is beautiful! Plenty of space for our group (4 adults, 2 young kids). Kitchen is well stocked and any concerns were quickly remedied by contact listed for this condo. Will be retuning again for sure!

We stayed here because of the close proximity to FloraBama. What made it even better was the view from the balcony. We were able to see dolphins in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. In the evening we listened to the rolling waves and music coming from FloraBama as we unwound from our day.
The area is very laid back. Its not commercialized and not the typical spring break atmosphere. The facilities at Phoenix X are wonderful. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and a grilling area. Parking in the garage will run you $60 but it’s close proximity to the condo and the only option available. Check in was a breeze and elevators were always available.
The unit itself was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and nicely decorated. It felt clean and the beds were comfortable (if you like an extra blanket at night be sure to bring your own. There are no extra blankets). We did find things left behind from previous occupants (both clothing and some trash). I notified management of the clothing asking if they wanted to alert the previous tenants but never received a response.
A note to management - most of the lightbulbs in the smaller bedroom are burnt out and the living room sliding door needs attention. My elderly friend was not able to open it as it is difficult to slide.
It was our first visit to the area and if we ever return I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We loved the location of the unit and how the beach was not super crowded. We drove to Gulf Shores to eat and shopped along the way. We always found parking right by the unit. Would stay here again.

The property was Great! Available parking spaces weren’t an issue for us, however A $60 parking fee to self park and then to read that there is no guarantee of a parking space is ridiculous. Each unit should have at least 1 dedicated parking spot with second vehicles parking first come first serve.

No unit number on rusty, spotted front door, coffee maker quit (but was replaced quickly), master shower door was jammed up and handle fell off in my hand, there were ants crawling around the living room….specifically all under rug. Other than that it was ok. Would not rent again

Family vacation
The condo was great! We loved being on the 2nd floor. The parking deck always had a opening close to the door. Loved being across the road from the flora-bama grill and yacht club , as it was a short easy walk with kids. The beds were very comfy and furnishings were very pretty. Only con, was that the kitchen didn’t have a pitcher or a larger pot for shrimp boils. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Highly recommend for families
This condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen which made cooking for and feeding our family of 6 easy. The view is incredible as well as access to the beach. Our kids loved being able to swim in the indoor and outdoor pool. Having a parking deck with direct access to each floor of the condo was a game changer. We will definitely be back!

Blankets and pillows were sparse. Needed more. Keurig did not work. Light in master did not work. Master bathroom drawers were dirty. Underwear were left in drawer from someone else’s stay. Good location and easy rental process.

Family friendly vacation
Phoenix X is located directly on the beach with easy access. Beautiful view. The beach was clean. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice. 3 hot tubs. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Washer only fills 1/2 way-even on deep level. Glucometer stick in the fruit bowl decoration, left over from previous renter along with playing cards in ceramic fish. Both screen door sliders were torn and unable to be used. Maintenance did come get these for repair-not returned before our departure. Owner/manager please email me for contact information-thank you.

Location was great but the room was not clean. Incredibly disappointing considering the significant cleaning fee. We were also traveling with an infant, who is crawling, which made cleanliness that much more important to us.

The until was nice but the floors were dirty when we got there. We chose the property because of the proximity to the Flora-Bama. Being on the second floor near the elevators was also a plus. We did have an issue with the A/C but I contacted the property manager and they had it fixed very quickly!
