Very clean!! Cozy and felt rite at home. Close to downtown but yet very quite. The owner was helpful about where to hike and eat. Kichen was well equipped. I will stay here again for sure. It beats any hotel out there!

This little vacation rental is without a doubt the nicest experience we have ever had. The location is perfect — a 5 minute walk from downtown Prescott. The appointments in the unit are classic — a decorator's delight — which always mean so much to me. The kitchen is a dream including a view of the neighborhood, and a coffee / microwave bar. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is well-stocked with designer towels and shower supplies. Everything was as outlined in the post. We did not have any trouble with the steps up to The Terrace or the steep inclines on the walk to/from downtown, but if you have a mobility issue, you might want to choose The Townhome, or The Cottage in the same building. The whole house is delightful. We will be back for sure, again and again. And…. I can’t say enough good things about the town of Prescott !!!

It was the perfect place. Very homey. Loved the kitchen windows and balcony. Beds were super comfy. The Terrace had "everything" you could need. Home away from home. I stayed for 30 days and loved it. Couldn't have asked for a better place!!

Came into town for a soccer tournament. The house was super cute, clean and comfy. Had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable for the weekend. It's an easy walk to all the downtown shop and restaurants and you can see Bosa Donuts from the balcony - bonus! I would stay here again. Larry was very communicative and caring during our stay.

Great location, comfortable, charming downtown apartment. Hosts were very responsive. Our son will be going to Embry Riddle for school and we will be regulars!

We had a great stay! Super clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, and BoSa donut shop across the street. Easy check-in, responsive host. Only complaints would be a squeaky bathroom door (only seems loud in the middle of the night), and the master ceiling fan starts knocking after it's been on for a while. Turning the speed down helped. Otherwise, perfect!

Comfortable and Good Location
Very nice stay. Very comfortable and relaxing but two concerns. the stairs are difficult, especially for older people. Wife slipped going down because stair end cap too slick. The frig takes too long to cool so had to fill coolers with ice for first couple days.

Nice property with a perfect location
Our stay was pleasant and convenient and the location can’t be beat in terms of it being walking distance to town and access to shops and restaurants. Easy parking, great host communication. Not for people with mobility issues as it is up a flight of stairs. We enjoyed the little outdoor balcony.

Quiet spot minutes from Whiskey Row
This small apartment seems much bigger than it is due to the split floor plan. Master bed very comfortable. Smart TVs in bedroom and living room with Netflix and Prime Amazon. Minutes to walk to Whiskey Row. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, with lots of natural light. We loved it!

Wonderful stay at Terrace in Prescott
Stayed at the Terrace while visiting Embry-Riddle University with my daughter. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to the school and we could take the quick walk downtown to restaurants and shops. Larry the owner was great and quickly helped out when I had forgotten my arrival check-in information. Would definitely stay at the Terrace again.

Weekend Getaway!
This was a great place for a quick weekend getaway. We drove up from Gilbert AZ to explore and found a gem!! This place is a skip and hop go to the downtown actions. The commutation and check in and out process was great!

A great stay in Prescott
This property is a gem! It’s on a beautiful, tree lined street that is a short 6 minute walk to Whiskey Row. The space is plenty big for a couple or group of 4 and parking is available right out front. We we’re bringing dinner to a family members house for 25 people and, while we prepared everything ahead of time, the kitchen had everything we needed to finish the last parts of the meal. We only used the king bed but it was comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. There’s a great patio you can sit on an enjoy coffee or cocktails. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we come back to Prescott

Cute place with a great location!
We decided at two days before the weekend to be spontaneous. We booked this cute place based on the reviews, amenities, and proximity to the downtown area. It really is about 1/4 from the downtown area. We would walk to the restaurants and bars and then walk back with no issues. I live in Arizona and have been to Prescott many times but have never been to this particular area, The townhouse is in the Historic District so there are so many really cute houses that are really old but have been completely renovated. This place was the same and did not disappoint. Really cute decorating with modern touches. Also, ample parking, which is unusual.
I have stayed in many places where there is only one parking spot per housing unit and sometimes that spot is a very tight fit. Not here.
The only thing that I would change is that there is only one TV which is in the living room. Since we were only there for the weekend it wasn't a big deal but if we were staying longer, i would have preferred a TV in the bedroom as well. This might be something that the owners will add in time.
Also, the owner called my Saturday just to check to make sure everything was good. Good communication and easy check in. Will definitely stay here again for a weekend.

The Terrace was is within walking distance of the courthouse. We walked to shops, restaurants and bars. Didn't need the car!

Charming Place and Great Location
We had everything we needed for a great stay! We were very comfortable in our unit, it was very clean, decorated nicely, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was great also, it is only a few minutes to walk downtown for lots of restaurants and shopping. We would love to stay again next time we are in Prescott.

Small and Cozy
My husband and I had a very nice stay here. It is close to downtown that we walked everywhere. The Terrace has all the amenities you need while staying away from home. The only thing that was a drawback was we had brought our two small dogs that could not get up the narrow steps leading to the top floor so we ended up carrying them up and down the steps each time we came and left, so we would not recommend this place if you have pets. The other thing is that there is not enough room for the doors to open up to get into the place easily. We will be back without the dogs next time!

Cheerful, lovingly decorated, and conveniently located to historic downtown district.
My desire was to be within walking distance of the historic courthouse and this apartment's location did not disappoint. Enjoyed walking my dog several times a day in the residential district and was three short blocks to the square and its shops. The "Terrace" is nicely furnished, tastefully decorated and had all the extras needed in a turnkey setting. The Elks Theater is about 2 blocks away, so be sure to take in any entertainment there. The shows we saw were superb. The beds were comfortable and the apartment spotless. Sadly the month of July flew by too quickly and I returned to the sweltering remaining monsoon in what appeared the be no time at all.

Perfect!!
Having been to Prescott many times over the last 35 years. I thought I had the best place to stay all figured out. Well, now I can truly say that.
This property is outstanding. Comfortable, quiet, and So close to historic downtown that our car hasn’t been started since we got here.
We truly enjoyed the cool summer evenings on the deck and the sunny days roaming my favorite town in Arizona. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Best customer service ever! Super location!
Condo is cute, clean, well equipped and very well located. Larry set a new threshold for customer service: called us before the rental date, then on the rental date to invite us to check in early; and then on Sunday nite responded to my plea after I locked my self out. Always gracious!
I suggest the website be corrected to list one bath (not the 1 1/2 bath listed.)

Can't beat the location!
Great location, we were able to walk with our dog a lot which was important- couldn't find a dog sitter so we had to take him. Very cute and clean apartment.

Very nice
We loved the Terrace! It was clean, spacious, affordable, quiet, close to town for walking. I would stay here again or at one of the other places on this property. We will be back again next spring!

Great Location, Friendly People
The terrace had everything we needed in the perfect location. Larry was easy to work with, even called upon booking. Binder in unit offered a bit of history, recommendations and everything we needed to know about using the terrace and checking out. I would rent with this host again.

Great Property, Great Location
We stayed in Prescott for 4 nights during the Whiskey Off Road bike race. The Terrace is located in a perfect location that is only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and downtown activity yet it sits in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The place was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. We'll definitely have this one on the list for next year.

Great place for a Prescott Getaway
We had a wonderful weekend in Prescott at The Terrace! The Terrace had a wonderful patio that we enjoyed and was well equipped. We chose this location due to its location to the Courthouse/Whiskey Row area which is walkable for most and also because it offered a king bed in one of the rooms. It was very clean and decorated nicley. We felt very at home here with our family of four. The owner Larry was wonderful to work with and we would definitely come back again.

We really liked the area and conveniently located to downtown and ERAU. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
