Este alquiler ofrece cocina completa, pisos cerámicos, sofá cama Queen, mesa de comedor y un relajante porche delantero y garaje para dos autos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen size, armario extra grande con lavadora y secadora. Dormitorio de invitados con cama matrimonial. Gran baño con ducha y ropa de cama y bañera. From the moment I opened the door I knew that I had found the perfect vacation rental. The House was immaculate and stocked with everything one would need for a trip away from home. Each of the two beds were very comfortable, the water in the soer was hot, there were more than enouch twel, sheets, etc. It was evident that care was taken in the choosing charming decor and the comfort of the guest. It was a true delight sitting on the porch and drinking coffee each morning. Kathy (the host) kept in touch from the moment I booked the stay to the last day.

We stayed as a family of 4, two adults and two kids plus our 8lb dog. Property is a detached mother in law type of property that is very well maintained and clean. Hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. The location is ideal just a couple of minutes to Manasota Beach which is great to find shark teeth. Very private and spacious outdoor area with swing. We were comfortable and had great wifi. The added laundry room and spacious garage were a huge plus! We have stayed in MANY vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites because it was clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying again!

This is our 4th or 5th time to stay, the owner is awesome, the accommodations are fantastic ! We also recommended friends to stay also and they loved it too!

This little cottage is perfect for a get away. We booked this for a small girls trip and we loved it from start to finish. The cottage made us feel so safe and secure. The house smelled clean and was SO nice. The host was also very quick to respond. It is also a very close drive to the beach. We will definitely book again.

This was exactly as I had hoped for! It was in a quiet area, and private, but yet close enough to the beach to just jump in the car and go! The owners are wonderful and communicate quickly. This little hidden gem is a must when in Venice! My little four legged baby enjoyed being able to roam and play, or just sit on the back patio and relax! Oh, and you truly don’t need anything except your suitcase! The owners have everything you need waiting for you!

The property is somewhat remote, which is good. And, truly only about 4 minutes to drive to the exceptional Manasota State Park Beach. The host, Kathy, is very helpful and responsive!

We enjoyed the location/distance to my family who live in South Venice. The space was perfect for our family of 3. Had a garage to park inside if you wanted. The hosts were present at check in even though we got in late. They Communicated the water conditions at the beach when a rip current was in effect. Would be perfect for anyone there to visit the beach, they had all the beach necessities so you wouldn’t need to bring anything with you. Would definitely stay there again.

The rental was clean, conveniently located to beaches and shopping, and a pleasant place to relax after a busy day in the area. The rental is a guest house in the back tucked behind the owner’s house. All went well with our stay.

My husband and I, along with our 3.5 month old, spent a long weekend here and it’s the perfect spot! Great location! It’s quiet but also close to everything. The beds are comfortable and the hosts thought of everything. For our baby, we set up the pack n play in the second bedroom and they even provided an inflatable infant bathtub. The house was very clean and we would 100% stay here again!

This was perfect for our family of 3. The house is very spacious. We saw blue jay and cardinals in the yard every day. The beach was about a 6 min drive away. This was a great place to stay and we definitely recommend this home. Kathy and Jerry were great hosts! We loved vacationing here.

This cottage is amazing! So clean and comfortable. We loved that it is only a few miles from a beautiful white sand beach! Perfect location tucked away on a dead end road made it wonderfully quiet and private. Having a garage was a plus and having it stocked with beach chairs, shell rake and other beach supplies was a blessing. The host was very welcoming and had great communication with us. We loved it and hope to go back in the future!

The home was excellent—just the right space for my teenage son and me as we visited family. The bedrooms and bathroom were nice, and the living space and outdoor patio area were great.
The only minor issue was the neighbor, who has dogs, and they would be out barking late at night, but that was not the hosts' fault; it is just something to be aware of.

Lots of bath towels and wash cloths. Kathy and Jerry are very friendly and welcoming. The garage is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay here served great purpose as it was convenient to beaches we wanted to shark tooth hunt on. Would stay here again.

Super cute guest house that had everything we needed including our own garage! Pleasantly surprised how roomy it was with good sized
bedrooms an open living area and a very nice bathroom. Also, super close to beach!

Cottage was amazing, Mrs. Kathy was amazing...had my son a birthday cookie cake upon arrival. Kept in contact and answered all our questions...we loved our relaxing stay. Highly recommended

Great little place! Close to a lot of the beaches and cool park down the street. Jerry and Kathy are very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the rental ,but the neighbor's dogs may wake you in the morning. Overall it was a great experience and it was a bonus that Jerry and Kathy are a brother and sister in Christ. They are a blessing!

From the booking process to check out ,the experience was perfect .Kathy was wonderful to work with and the cottage was adorable ,very clean and well equipped..I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again myself !! And I definitely will !

This property was PERFECT for us. Minutes to Manasota beach where there is plenty of space to enjoy. Our host was very responsive and the property was immaculate! We will DEFINITELY return. Thank you to our host for making our first vacation in 2 years a great one
