Fell in love with "The Cozy" from the start. Exceptionally clean and perfectly located for us. We are new to exploring Naples and really love Fort Myers Beach so this really was a great spot. Anything we thought we might need was already provided by our most gracious hosts. Thank you Dave and Shelly!

Property owners were extremely accommodating, the room was clean, quiet, no noise at night. This VRBO is in a great location, 15 minutes +/- from anywhere. Beaches in the area are beautiful, best we have ever seen. Clean, safe, easy access. Would go back again, Thank you.

Small, but equipped with everything you will need for your stay!
Great to sit outside on the patio and grill after a day at the beach with provided chairs and towels. AC units kept it very comfortable with ceiling fans. Great host!

The name says it all...perfect getaway location. Dave and Shelly were top notch in every aspect; communication, accomodating, and extremely friendly. The Cozy was clean as a whip, super close to shopping and beaches and had all ammenities one could need for a florida getaway...outstanding vaca would do again in a heartbeat...Thank you Big Dave and Shelly!! :)

The 1 bedroom duplex was just perfect in every way. Each space was used to optimize its size and it is decorated to make it so inviting. The location is close to many beaches and areas of interest in and around Naples. Shelley is so helpful with suggestions for dinners and favorite beaches were spot on. She accommodated all questions and is the perfect host. This was a much needed relaxing get away. We loved it!!

This was a second stay at this sweet little bungalow. The owners have thought of everything for a great stay including fresh flowers, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler etc….The kitchen is well stocked & we enjoyed being able to BBQ & relax on the patio out back. We love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood & loved walking to Vanderbilt beach each day. Shelly is a good communicator & responsive. We look forward to returning again to this little home away from home!

Fantastic Cozy Stay!
Cozy B is just as it says , truly “cozy”. My hubby and I had a wonderful anniversary vacation week there. Shelly & Dave are fantastic hosts with excellent customer service and care. The villa was spotless, had everything we needed and was conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood close to all the things we wanted to do. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful. Wonderful property!
The Cozy was just perfect! My husband and I are very picky about staying at a property that is clean and well kept. This rental will be at the top of our list since it met every criteria that we set. The Cozy was not only clean, it was furnished well and supplied with everything we needed for our vacation. Also such a convenient location. The owners were very easy to communicate with as well. I give it 5 plus stars! Hope to return in the future.

Clean as a whistle!
Extremely cozy and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a place that was this clean, stocked with everything imaginable, and everything so organized. The home paid attention to detail and when I stepped in the front door it looked as though everything was brand new. The fresh flowers in the room was such a nice touch, and the detailed information of things to see and do, and the beaches close by we’re really extremely helpful. The location was fantastic as well. I loved staying here, And would highly highly highly recommend this home.

Lovely bungalow for beach getaway
My husband & I enjoyed our time in this lovely home. It was beautifully decorated & maintained with everything we needed for a fun beach getaway. It is set in a quiet neighborhood but close to numerous conveniences (groceries, stores, restaurants). The home is small but perfect for 2 people. The personal touches made it special: fresh flowers and bottled water upon arrival. We loved walking to the beach & being able to unwind at the end of the day by sitting in the backyard. We can’t wait to return!

Cleanest place I ever rented!
This cute little house was spotless. I have rented dozens of places around the country, this was by far the cleanest! It had everything we needed and was so neat and organized. Great location in Naples Park, close to Wiggins Park Beach. Tons of things to do and great places to eat, the bed was super comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Great little rental!

Location, location and location
Dave and Shelly have done a great job on their place. It is clean, well appointed, well stocked and the extras they provided shows the thoughtfulness of its owners. In addition, the location is great, restaurants, department stores, grocery store, beaches and anything one can think of are all very close. Highly recommended.
