We felt so comfortable here. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and the grocery store was only a short distance away. We were able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, double rainbows and the serenades from the ocean and the birds. We are recharged, but didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

Bill and Cathy’s condo lived up to the rave reviews and was even better than expected! This is our first day back on the mainland and it was hard to sleep without the sound of waves crashing below. Our family of four found the space to be very comfortable, and the well-stocked supplies like beach gear, ice packs for the coolers, sunburn cream, etc made everything easy for us to dive right into vacation. Walking down the path to Turtle Cave was our favorite daily adventure. Thanks again for a great week!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay here. It was a pleasure communicating with Bill! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated staying in a fully stocked condo and all the beach gear! The view from the patio was breathtaking. We even saw some whales!

We spend many hours on the lanai, admiring the view, looking for sea turtles, and watching whales go by. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The view from this place was incredible. Spent so much time just sitting on the lanai watching the waves. Also whales, turtles and albatross. The condo itself was very nice and clean. Each of the bedrooms has same great view of ocean. Short drive to beautiful Hanalei Beach. Great communication with owner/manager Bill. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had chosen this place at this time of year so I could watch whales while my husband played golf. Our friends came for the same reasons. We walked into the condo and the first words out of each of us was, "Oh Wow!" We have always chosen places on the ocean when we have visited the Hawaiian Islands but never with the dramatic effect this condo offers on the cliffs of Kauai. We loved every minute at the condo and saw lots of humpback whales, even a false killer whale spyhopping in a group of dolphin. Going to sleep at night to the sound of crashing waves was icing on the cake!

Beautiful location with glorious views. Surf this tin of year is huge so loud day and night. Light in master shower is on the fritz and stove light isn't working as well. A few of the plastic glasses are cracked bit otherwise very well equipped kitchen The outdoor bbq needs to be adjusted to go much higher as it only heats to 250 degrees! Otherwise a fantastic spot!

The property is fantastic! The only reason i put a lower score on the cleanliness is because i would have expected it to be spotless. Top of the refrigerator is dirty as are some of the lighting fixtures and wall hangings. The condo is very spacious and quiet. You dont see anyone. We had a wonderful time. We are leaving very refreshed and recharged!

Awesome stay in paradise!!! This unit truly sits on a cliffs edge where the sounds of crashing waves will ease any stress in your life. My husband and I spent many hours sitting in the tall chairs on the patio in awe of the ocean’s beauty. On the opposite side of the unit are amazing views of the mountains and walkable paths to nearby beaches. The interior of the unit is very clean with every amenity you can imagine (e.g., beach gear, beach towels, binoculars, awesome shower, comfortable bed, good coffee maker, etc.) The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cooking tools and dishes to host Thanksgiving dinner for 8. In addition, the host provided welcome gifts of coffee and wine which was quite thoughtful. We loved our time in Kauai and would definitely stay at this unit again.

This is an incredible property, with a spacious layout for the four of us. The views are stunning, with the ocean right at your feet on one side, and lush mountains on the other. This was a 20th anniversary trip for us. Back then, we stayed in the adjacent building, also in Alii Kai, which also has very nice views of the ocean, but nothing compares to Bill and Cathy's condo. It's also in a great location on the North shore, close to Hanalei Bay beach, shops, restaurants, hiking, Kilauea lighthouse, etc. There is a lot to do in this area. We swam in the cove at the foot of the cliffs, plus several other area beaches, hiked to the top of those mountains in the distance, took surfing lessons in the Bay, hiked down to Queen's Bath and jumped into the pools, went snorkeling, and just had a great time. We had sunrise coffees every morning, and evening cocktails each night on the awesome lifeguard chairs on the lanai, where we could watch the turtles swimming by. This is THE PLACE to stay in Kauai, and Bill and Cathy were great hosts. The personal welcome sign and gifts were a very nice, thoughtful touch. I'm not sure when we will be back in Hawaii, but we'll be sure to come back here when we do! Thank you again for hosting us, and being part of this special, unforgettable experience.

Very convenient property location 10 minutes from Hanalei with incredible views. Perfect condo for family or two couples.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and you can see the mountains from the other side, too. We sat and watched sea turtles from the lanai in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Beds were comfortable, we found everything that we needed, and Bill (the owner) was very responsive. It might be helpful to know that there isn't an elevator, but we made it work. Thank you for a great vacation!

If you love sleeping to waves crashing at night and viewing the ocean this is the best place! Owner was responsive and very helpful! Great location. Unit had everything we needed. Minus a beach towel which owner offered to reimburse us for if we purchased one. Hope to return one day !

This condo is amazing. Nothing but ocean waves out any window. The balcony with a breakfast bar and life guard chairs is spectacular. We actually left the beach to come back there to have lunch on the balcony. The beds are comfortable. The showers are great. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a family to have a great beach experience, including chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and even a wagon to carry it all. After a brief snafu at our check in, Bill quickly solved the issue and was extremely apologetic. We had a great stay at his place and if we ever travel back to Kauai, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The condo is absolutely amazing! The location is great. The view is absolutely fabulous! We really enjoyed every single minute sitting on the balcony. This was the second time we've stayed here, and it will definitely not be the last. This is literally the BEST view in Princeville. House is super clean, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible views. Oceanview out of every window and it's so close to the water that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The location is great too - close to Princeville center, minutes from Hanalei Bay, and only an hour or so from Lihue Airport. Prime location, and we HIGHLY recommend this little spot.

Everything was what we planned for. Do your research before you come to this island. Plan for rain/showers it comes and goes. As we expected nothing is close by. Once you walk into this place, it was a home away from home. It had everything you could ask for. The whole place was well stock and maintained. The host(Bill)was awesome , always check-in to make sure if we needed anything. The view was awesome! Be sure to pack some binoculars you will see dolphins,whales,turtles,etc. Be sure to pack some water hiking shoes because Turtle Cove is a challeging hike to get down and back up. By the way it is between building 3 and 4. I suggest go when it stopped raining/showering. As we mentioned nothing is close by, I suggest start your trip at the farthest point you would like to go to. That way each day becomes a shorter trip. Keep in mind most of the beaches had limited parking so start early in the morning. Where to eat? Puakea Grill is a local spot we went here twice. It is near the airport so if you have time before you head back home stop here as your last meal. The Dolphin was our number 1 restaurant. I suggest getting there at 415 pm, get your name on the waiting list for the 5pm opening. If you want good drinks and food this is the spot. Others, Puka Dog,The Spot, Pinks(Ice Cream) We went to the beaches, shopping, ate great foods,sight seeing. Lost track of time/day. Just remember you are on Island time.

This property is exactly as described. We immediately felt relaxed and at home. The views are amazing and the sounds of the waves will be missed! We saw the sea turtles daily through the binoculars and saw whales two days in a row. Communication was great and the location was perfect for our visit to the north side of the island. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kauai. Thank you!

It’s hard to top this condo. Bill was an excellent host, wonderful communication and the condo was a dream. Cozy beds, plenty of towels and linens. Extra blankets, beach gear, kitchen fully stocked, AN IRON (we didn’t need it l, but wow!), washer and dryer, dishwasher…I mean…it was fabulous!! But the view was the real star. Sounds of crashing waves every night. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the lanai. Just a dream. Mahalo, Bill. What a healing time I had with my granny. It was lovely.

This was our second time to visit Kauai and the Princeville area and we couldn't be any more happier with this property! From the location, the views, listening to the smashing waves and the condo, so clean, so comfortable and so well equipped. Also, it can't go without mentioning that the owner / host Bill is so amazing! From booking, to arrival, to checkout, he was always in communication and available to answer any questions we had. We cant wait to return!!!

Condo was great. The view was amazing and it was well stocked with everything from condiments to beach gear to binoculors. Bill was super helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay. This is the type of experience that makes you wonder why hotels even still exist.

We just left this place and I couldn't wait to leave a review. The host, Bill, was amazing. Super helpful and accommodating. Very nice and easy to work with. The place was fantastic. Comfortably slept my wife and I and our four young children. The views off the balcony are breathtaking. Can't be beat. Just to the right of the building is a trail that leads to Turtle Cave - super fun. Hideaway Beach is close and beautiful. It's a few minutes to Princeville center which has a grocery store and a variety of great places to eat. And Hanalei Bay is just 15 minutes away. Overall amazing place to stay and great location overall. Would highly recommend. We will be going back!!!

Like someone else said... after you stay here, you kind of want to keep it a secret! Bill's condo is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Sitting on the lifeguard chairs drinking coffee while watching the sun come up, great hiking, beaches & excellent food nearby, but we really wanted to be back on that balcony each evening to have a cocktail & watch the beautiful sunset! Love the sound of the ocean right outside the condo. So many fun things to do in this area that my husband and I did not turn on the TV even once (wifi did work well for laptop/communication necessary). Turtle cave right below condo is fun to explore & quietly observe sleeping turtles. Bill is responsive & has great recommendations. We were able to view the Napali coast on a small boat cruise, which was awesome. Many beautiful beaches and places to hike not far away. We love the small town feel (hope it can stay this way) and the beauty of the Princeville/Hanalei area. Truly is paradise! Thank you for sharing it with us, Bill!

Williams Princeville condo was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise over the Ocean we a once in a lifetime experience. The views were amazing and the condo was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed any more — we got a lot of use out of the beach chair, beach wagon and snorkeling equipment.
