Amazing Property - Virginia was super helpful and attentive with anything we needed. Highly Recommend this property!!

Lovely home, we would definitely stay there again! It was a perfect arrangement for our family of 5 plus the grandparents. Owner Virginia was very kind in messaging with me. Our only complaint was the unavoidable winter storm that had us shoveling the driveway our 1st 2 days so we could get out to ski. The property mgmt company did finally send out a snow plow around noon on the 2nd day of snowfall, after we had already gotten out. And the main road through Angelfire had not been snowplowed either! Fortunately the driveway was not too steep, the neighborhood roads did have a few tough spots for our minivan. But the house was warm and cozy, and the labels around the house were super helpful too!

Would definitely recommend this property!! It had tons of space and things to do. It could easily sleep 7 in beds. There is room for extra on the couch or bring air mattress. They had the kitchen stocked well with utensils and dishes. The ONLY negative thing I could say is the kitchen is a little small and hard to cook with more than one person. But the dining area is large and the deck has a grill. I would still book this property again if I was in the area. Good host as well with quick responses.

Great location, easy to find, and close to the lake. Plenty of board games and shuffle board and fooseball table in the basement for evening entertainment!

The Cabin was perfect for the size and various ages of our family. Beautiful setting to explore the great outdoors and see wildlife right outside your door. Games downstairs on a rainy evening was a lot fun for the whole family.

This house is not fancy but it's very comfortable and on a scenic street very close (under 5 minute drive) to the ski area. The main room has tall windows with nice views. The basement has some fun games (foosball and shuffleboard) that our kids enjoyed. We didn't use the deck because it was ski weather but it would be nice in the summer.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was close to the slopes, very roomy/comfortable, and had entertainment for the teens/kids including sleds and a basement with shuffleboard and foosball. The house was clean, cozy, and supplied well. Communication was very prompt with questions answered fully. We recommend this property for your next adventure in the mountains!

We so enjoyed our 5 days at Alces Lodge! There were many thoughtful touches -- labeled cupboards, plenty of pillows and towels -- and total rustic cabin decor! My kids especially loved the basement game room with the foosball table and shuffleboard. Virginia pinged us over the app to make sure we got in the house OK, which was so thoughtful! Can't wait to return to this awesome property!

This is a great property to entertain a family in. The deck is peaceful. The game room is made for family tournaments. The easy walk to the lake is perfect for taking in the mountain air. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. We hope to be back soon.

Great cabin with excellent proximity to everything Angel Fire has to offer.

We didn't feel we had enough time to enjoy the cabin as check in time was so late. We had to drive around for two hours before we could go relax. And check out time was early so we had to rush to get out of the cabin before 10am. Over all beautiful place.

This property is easy to find in what can be a maze of streets in the Angel Fire area. It is very close to nearby trails and the small lake which has all kinds of activities.

We had three families staying at the cabin. It was very nice for each of us to have our own floor/space/bathroom. Common areas had plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful setting! Nice deck and view. Very relaxing. We hope to come back next year.

Location was great. House was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend.

The only complaint if you call it that... it’s not BTW... the internet service wasn’t great to watch a movie upstairs in bed.... and the 4 wheelers in the garage was a huge tease to our 15& 18 year olds ;) overall spectacular house and vacay!!!

We had to fix a couple of things like drain to sink and other minor things during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We were called ahead of time and the owner communicated with us and was very helpful. We had a blast in the basement with the little bar and the shuffleboard. The deck was large and perfect for a little fall fire in the wood burning fire pit and a great place to draw the whole family together. Recommend this whole heartily for a casual and fun stay in Angel Fire!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. We left feeling completely refreshed and revived. Beautiful views, beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Great for a nice stay in Angel Fire! Walking distance to nice trails and the lake, perfect for our family. The cabin was cozy and perfect, and our boys loved the basement room.

There were 3 generations of family that stayed here. We enjoyed all of the amenities offered by Virginia. Even though it rained we still had everything we needed to make it comfortable. The bucks walking across the properties was enjoyable to see. Chipmunks and Squirrels were fun too.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this home. Nuff said!
