Awesome cottage ! Extremely clean, crisp and well appointed. Very accomodating, bright and cheerful. Nice amenities, bar/game room, laundry kayaks, boat dock and optional boat. Plenty of parking

This place was perfect on so many levels. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect, causing everything to glow. We used this house while visiting for graduation at Davidson and now want to rebook for a week to enjoy it along with the boat.
The place was clean, comfortable, open enough to manage the larger family in one area, and stocked with everything we needed. The grounds and deck are beautiful. Zack was gracious with his input and very quick with communication. We had super easy access to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. (Although we rarely left the deck).
If you're considering it, book it. You won't be disappointed.

We had a really nice time at the lakehouse! It was so clean inside and had everything we needed. The deck by the water was where we spent most of our time and the best part was the giant tree provided a lot of shade almost all day! We also rented the boat and while it was pricey we were happy with it and the communication around the rental and operating it were really easy. We'd love to come back and stay longer!
Tip for those booking: the temperature was comfortable throughout the house but the back right bedroom got the coldest if that's important to ya ;)

Although we weren’t able to stay as long as we had hoped (work related conflicts) the property was great! Very cozy inside with a relaxing back deck with views of the inlet.

We went up for a lacrosse tournament with a few teenage girls. Perfect place for adults and kids. House was great as all reviews say, but having the outside bar area was key for the adults to hang out while the teenagers took over the living room. Girls had a blast playing off the dock swimming and kayaks, and the back deck is perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. Wish we had more time at the house and will rent this again for sure!

The property was beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy a lake property (dock with deck and lounge chairs, kayaks and life vests) The bar area with the dart board and view of the lake was really nice! The deck off the house was wonderful with a full table, chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful relaxing time!

Great house on the lake! The house was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend renting their pontoon boat for the day to explore Lake Norman.

We enjoyed this property very much.
We did not enjoy the size or comfort of the beds. There should be more mirrors for us women and little bit more of a feminine touch is needed as far as comfort and lighting but other than that it really did the job!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The house has been nicely updated and the availability of the rental boat was great. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

Lake Norman vacation
We highly recommend using Zach's house for a vacation. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Zach and his Mom were wonderful with us. We recommend renting the pontoon while you are there. We had 3 of our younger grandchildren with us and they said they liked it better then a beach vacation. I wished we could have stayed longer.

Great 4th of July stay!
Rented the house and a boat to go along with it for 6 adults over 4th of July week. House is “cozy,” very clean and had everything we needed for a great time. Had an air conditioning issue on the holiday, but owners were amazingly responsive and got it fixed right away! Terrific stay!

Great place! Very clean when we arrived, and there were lots of amenities. The bar in the backyard was the cherry on top. The lake makes for a very relaxing atmosphere, but there is also lots to do in the nearby Charlotte area. Definitely worth every penny.
The owners take really good care of the place and do a very good job of making you feel welcome. It was definitely an above average experience for my group overall. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a place on the water.

Very quiet neighborhood. Not much passerby traffic since it’s a cul-de-sac. Everything at the house was very accommodating. We fished from the dock, and couldn’t keep the fish off our lines. It will be hard not to stay here again when returning to Lake Norman. We highly recommend this place!

Jeff checked in on us from time to time by text to make sure everything was running smooth with the boat and the property. I felt like we made a friend by the time we left. The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, so with having four young grandkids it was nice for them to ride their scooters without worrying about traffic. Although the house was small for our group, we made it work and it served our needs well. I would 100% recommend staying here, we will be back.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. The boys loved fishing off the dock. They caught fish faster than we could take them off the line. Zack was very prompt when answering our questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Lake Getaway
The house was perfect for our family group of eight, six adults and two children. Had everything we needed. Convenient location to town. We thoroughly enjoyed Zack’s pontoon and really appreciated that he accommodated our request for a tube. Plan to return next year!

Quaint, Quiet and Quality
Cottage was perfect for our family visiting college son for Family Weekend. 15 minute drive to/from Davidson College, close to anything you need (groceries, Costco, etc.). Property was as described, very clean, and had everything you needed to enjoy your time there. Would definitely stay again, hopefully next time to get on the water with boat and enjoy the lake! Thank you Zack for sharing.
