Fantastic 3 bedroom 2 1/2 just steps from the beach and heart of Wrightsville
Beachcomber ofrece lo mejor para sus vacaciones en Wrightsville Beach. The bedroom options were perfect for our foursome. The home was roomy enough to enjoy our time together. Some problems existed with the electric in the home, giving us trouble charging phones and using kitchen appliances. The bathrooms and bedrooms were not clean. Sheets and towels were supplied and left for us in plastic casing, so you know they were fresh—but it would have been nice to have a blanket in addition to the comforters. And we had to make the beds at the beginning and strip them in the end.

Overall this was a very good stay. Perfect location. Oneblock from the beach with an easy access point at the end of the street the house is on. Didn’t realize Wrightsville Beach would be so wide compared to most of the other NC beaches. Similar to south Florida beaches. House was very comfortable: beds, living room furniture, dining area, outdoor deck etc. We look forward to staying here again.

We were there for the week of 4th of July. Parking was excellent as we were able to park 2 smaller cars in the garage, as well as 2 cars on the driveway for 3A. The 3 BR and 2 1/2 bath were perfect for our group. Loved the deck!

This is a review for the second floor unit. Pros: Great location with easy walk to the beach. Unit was generally clean and spacious. Check in/out process was easy, with good instructions. Parking also a plus and the exterior of the property is very nice. Cons: The property needs maintenance. There was significant mold in the main bathroom shower ceiling and grout. Mold was also noted in the 1/2 bathroom. The door knobs/locks on the doors are worn and difficult to maneuver. The fan control in one bedroom is clearly broken. Patio furniture very worn and not maintained (didn’t use due to this). Kitchen materials (pot/pans, etc.) also rather worn. Bedroom pillows need replacing. We have stayed in several 4 to 5 star vrbos previously and this was unfortunately not that. Some of these concerns I noticed were also mentioned in previous reports. I hope they are rectified for future renters.

This property is in a nice location and very pretty - you can walk to many shops and restaurants and beach is beautiful. All outside lights were not working when we arrived after dark but they did respond the next morning. They definitely need to take an inventory of kitchen stuff - only 4 spoons. Great for family and friends!

This is a beautiful home, very convenient location. We enjoyed the deck and the close beach access. We parked our cars and walked everywhere, which was awesome. It was a bit confusing finding the right door to our rental (it's a duplex) and it's tricky locking/unlocking the hurricane doors.

Great location, a few houses in from the beach but you still like you are beachfront. Spacious and cozy patio to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Open kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for our group of four. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Other reviews had mentioned the poor service you receive from the Realty Company. I must agree with their comments. Overall the property is as advertised, and very comfortable. The fan in one of the bedrooms does not work(or we could not figure it out), the master shower drain does not drain, and several of the lamps in the living room we could not work. I am not sure I would rent from this company again because they are 100 % unresponsive. And the fact it was "off season" is a poor excuse. There were very few wine glasses, and most plates and bowls are chipped. Bring your own sharp knife if that is important to you.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen includes everything needed if you want to cook some meals. If you prefer to eat out, several restaurants are within 5-minute walk. Our stay at the Beachcomber was great. The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The breeze was great. Short walk to the beach and the bicycles were a big plus. We had planned to rent some when we arrived. We only encountered a few issues. #1 If you have kids, bring an extra sheet or two to cover the WHITE furniture in the living room. It is lovely but hard to keep clean with a 2 year old. #2 there were some issues with some breakers turning off. We had to call about the outdoor lights not working and the outlets in the bathroom and kitchen. They came right over and flipped the breakers. Might just want to be sure not to plug in too many things at one time. #3 the tile in the master bath could use a good scrubbing but that is a minor OCD issue of mine. Other than those small things, it was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. Will absolutely stay here again.
