Clean property that was nice to spread out with a family of four. Close to mountain bike trails and hiking at Red Rock Canyon. Great location for our day excursions.

The property is exactly as pictured, there were no surprises there. The instructions sent to get in and get out are also simple and easy to follow. I also learned how nice the property owner is through this process, and extremely communicative. If you have any questions at all, you will get great response. We had two of us here for 1/2 of the time and our two kids with us for the other 1/2. Everyone was comfortable. The location is great, near 215 and plenty of places you may need. It's also not to far from the strip, if that's in your plans. Overall, we all highly recommend this property.

Great layout, great location, and exactly as advertised. We worked from here for a week and the Wifi is better than what we get at home. The location was ideal for evening fun on the strip but quite during the days. Gated and garage parking was a plus. Surrounded by many shops/restaurants/and even a really awesome dog park nearby. David was a great communicator and a joy to deal with. We would stay here again!

The townhouse is well appointed and located in a perfect spot to enjoy the suburbs and the mountains while still close to the strip. David is an amazing host and very responsive when you have questions. We had a great overall experience and highly recommended this property.

Property is in a great location and was clean. For me the beds were not that comfortable, but wife and other couple said they were ok. Would stay there again.

Great property in Las Vegas. Clean and modern. Great to be away from the strip for peace and quiet. Great quick running routes. Close to strip for meetings or needs if needed.

I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay somewhere close by the strip/downtown. It was only a 15 minute drive and the house was really great. It was very clean and spacey (just enough room for my partner & I and a couple of friends). The neighborhood was nice & quiet, and close to bunch of stores/restaurants. Plus, the owner was really great at communication! Overall it was a great stay!

This place was clean and better than what I expected. The pictures didn't do this place justice. The host/owner was great and available when I needed him. He answered all my questions and was friendly and accommodating.

Condo is modern, well-equipped, and very clean. Host is gracious and exceptionally responsive. In fact, he is the best owner we worked with in our many VRBO rentals in a dozen states. Highly recommend.

We came to las vegas to play in a local soccer tournament and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this stay was. The pictures are COMPLETELY accurate, the house was extremely clean, the accessories and necessities were all available (full kitchen, extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, plenty of towels/blankets). David was soooo quick to respond to any inquiries we may have had and was so kind to offer a later check out if needed. Location was great, quiet, easily accessible. Would definitely stay at any of his properties that may be available!

Loved our stay! Very well stocked townhome. It did have a lot of stairs but everyone needs extra cardio we didn’t mind it at all. Very clean and safe place. We would definitely stay again.

Great Vegas townhouse in a great location. Convenient access to the strip, Summerlin and Red Rock. Very clean and impressed with the attention to details. Has everything you could need, including fully stocked coffee pods and a great coffee maker!

There is not one thing I would consider negative about David’s place, but even if there were, I would still give it 5 stars simply because David is the best! He is very easy to contact, and seems to genuinely care that your stay in his townhome, is comfortable. The townhome is as described, very comfy and everything smells good. Not perfumy, but just clean. Beds were very nice, carpets were clean and soft, big walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Loved the kitchen even though I didn’t get much of a chance to use it. The townhome is very close to a Walmart and several restaurants and one or two drug stores. Very easy access to the strip, 20 min drive. I was a little disappointed that the pool was being fixed and not available for use, but we went to do a trail walk near the Hoover Dam instead. The townhome does have a good amount of stairs, 16 just to get up to the main floor and half bathroom, but doing stairs is good for you! All in all, David’s townhome is one of the best places I’ve stayed, and will do it again when we head back to Vegas. If you’re looking for a place to stay, don’t hesitate to book with David!

I can't say anything negative about this place. My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip to Vegas. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, living room with surround sound, media room, two car garage, high speed wifi, Keurig, 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of linens and towels, full sized washer and dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, huge closet space, large bathrooms, plenty of counter space, the list goes on and on..... The owner is extremely easy to work with. He's super quick to respond to texts at almost any hour (within reason). He's very helpful and wants you to enjoy the place. We have found our "go to" place when we come to Vegas. Highly highly recommended. You won't be disappointed

This unit was in a great location; very clean, new carpet, great host to deal with should the need arise.

The property is very nice in a small, quiet gated neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained and updated. The only comment is that the 'queen' beds are more like doubles, so plan accordingly. Also there are many stairs - take that into consideration. Bathroom spacious and updated. Large closets, high ceilings. Nice furnishings. I would recommend. Owner friendly and easy to work with.

David our host was extremely helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. The condo was a 1/2 block from the 215 so very convent for us. Plus it has a garage which was also helpful. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was a great place for us to stay for a weekend with our grandchildren.

We've stayed in over 30 homeshares, and this was one of our favorites. David the host is incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly. The property is spacious, stylish, comfortable and centrally located. We appreciated the large garage with high ceilings that easily housed our SUV and the location which was a convenient drive to downtown or any kind of shopping. The property is nicely decorated with quirky art, and the furniture is comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again!

There are so many wonderful attributes, it is difficult to cover them all. Good location, I did not need to be near the strip. Easy access to the highway. Beautiful gated community with 2 car garage, great storage, good floor plan and new appliances, furnishings and linens. Quiet, peaceful property. Nice views and palm trees, easy access to unit. Good floor plan and lots of storage with walk in closets, sparking bathrooms, new, modern fixtures and aesthetically pleasing comfortable furnishings. Comfortable beds! Beautiful lighting and windows. Convenient washer dryer. Quick walk to the pool. Modest health club but in good condition and no excuse not to use. Terrific TV's and many options for shows. The owner is very profession and a pleasure to work with. I needed to work while I was in Las Vegas and it was ideal for my situation.
