This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. The owners was very responsive. Provided everything from check in instructions, how to properly use every item in the house. House was stocked with everything and was very much appreciated. It was VERY CLEAN!
This house is better in person- the views, the trails the location was perfect! We will return next summer.

The house is exactly as pictured and completely equipped and furnished for our family vacation. Peak 8 is just a short walk away. Hiking, horseback riding, golf, rafting and mountain biking were available nearby. Weather and views were outstanding

This is a great house. We had our entire family, 10 people, for a week. This is great for that. We all had our own space and the dinner table sits 10 very comfortably. We all had a great time. The owner was very reachable and very good to work with. Overall, it was a great week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had great access to the base and gondola to go down to town. Every day we had wildlife come around the house (moose, chipmunks, foxes, etc.). The place was fantastic for our family of 12 and we would love to go back on our next trip to Breckinridge. We recommend it highly.

We had an amazing time in Breck and this property was very nice. Dave was great in his communication with us before and during our trip. We had 13 in our family stay there, mostly adults, and the home handled us just find. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which as nice. The kitchen and gathering room was awesome and spacious. We BBQ'd and hot tubbed in the jacuzzi nearly every day. The garage is spacious and we brought mountain bikes - there is so much to see and do. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return to Breck.

The location was perfect - just steps away from the slopes for easy ski-in and ski-out access. The facilities were amazing, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, making it easy to prepare meals for our group.

We all felt the house was much better than the pictures and descriptions on the website. Dave was amazing to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions. The ski in ski out was fabulous. I think it would be a wonderful summer retreat also. We are going to warmer weather next spring break, but hope to be back in 2025.

We had a wonderful time!!! The property made it easy to ski out and back allowing us to take shifts to watch the babies in our group. Dave was wonderful whenever I had to reach out to him with questions. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for a family of 15 (10 adults, 2 young adults, 1 -5 year old, 1 -2 year old and 1 -1 year old. we had an unforgettable trip! Thank you again!!

This home is in a very convenient location. It is one lot away from a green slope which, if you ski down the driveway can be reached by walking about 100 feet. Skiing back couldn't be better. An easy trail takes you to your garage door. Great for lunch breaks or a quick warm up with small children. The run off the house ends at the base 8 ski school. The very large hot tub is constantly on so you don't have to worry about controls. In short a great Family ski home.

The great room is magnificent! Ski on was down the driveway, past one house and over a small snowbank. Ski off was effortless . I’ve never stayed in such a well stocked home.
The highlight was a fox visiting the back glass doors who seemed to pose for pictures.

Everything to do with this trip was outstanding. From booking to arriving to questions while on property. The Property Manager, Dave, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The house is large and spacious. It had absolutely every amenity you could imagine including reading glasses close by for those of us who are constantly misplacing them! It is fully outfitted for all your needs. The location is truly fantastic. During the summer you can walk to trails and to the lift that will take you to the activities at the top. I recommend the house and the owner/property manager whole-heartedly!

Amazing property!
This house is absolutely gorgeous! The architectural details are incredible (if you're into noticing details like the gorgeous sinks, etc.). We comfortably had 3 generations - 10 people - and lots of room to all hang out together and eat meals, play games, etc. The teens enjoyed the movie and game room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The foxes that visit the back deck are a lovely bonus as well! The house has every detail you could hope for and is a techie dream. The owner is incredibly responsive and fabulous about providing information.
It's a quick 5 minute walk down to Peak 8 and the gondola into town. It's not a bad walk down the hill into town either. There are lots of cool hikes in the neighborhood.
As others have said, this is the best stocked house I've ever stayed at (and we rent houses at least 2x/year every year for the past decade). It was so nice not to have to buy all new condiments and to be able to take advantage of a stocked pantry if we were short on an ingredient. There were plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, etc. There are also puzzles, games, and DVDs for entertainment.
Wonderful summer vacation to escape the heat in a beautiful home. We hope to come back someday!

The House is beautiful. Extremely well equipped so that a group of adults can have an outstanding time.
However we had kids (under 6) and seniors (over 70), and it wasn’t the best option for us.
First of all, this is not a ski in ski out property (as we thought). Is a ski-in property 100%, ski-out; you need to walk down an icy driveway and then walk a little bit more via snow to the sky track (maybe 100 to 150 yards total) which is not a big deal for young and middle-aged adults, but it you put small kids and seniors into the equation that will require a bit of extra effort.
We didn’t like that there was one quite improvise small room (there where no pictures of it in the properties’ profile) that you had to walk down the stairs to go to the bathroom.
We tried to keep the house as clean as we could (but it was quite the challenge do to our group). We thought that with the 350dlls they charge they would be ok with it. But the owner was quite upset and made our back home quite uncomfortable. Again, we did take out all the garbage, clean the towels, etc. just on our way out we didn’t sweep or vacumme.
It’s a great house, just not the most practical house for diverse groups like ours.
We purchased damage protection for accidental damages, witch we did end up using, and the owner took a bit on advantage, because even though we still had money to spear of the coverage, we didn’t recover our security deposit.

This is a beautiful house, which is well appointed, and excellently maintained. The location to the ski slopes and to town could not be better. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen is well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay there again..

Overall great
The description and pictures were accurate. The location was amazing. Very easy access to the slopes to and from bottom of Peak 8. The pool table was a big draw and a big hit off the slopes With the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout very comfortable and accommodating for 12 people.
The manager was very communicative. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub didn't work. They did send their guy up twice to fix it but we only had it one night at 98 degrees. It was a highlight and big draw for us to select this place as we had a member with restless legs and a member who wasn't totally fond of skiing. TBH we are disappointed not to have received a discount at the end of our stay.
Otherwise the location, pool table and well furnished and stocked home was great.

Amazing stay in Breckenridge
Perfect home and location. We had 11 adults and a 5 month old and the layout of this home couldn’t of been any better! Home was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The location for the ski-in ski-out was amazing. We enjoyed watching the kids ski through the backyard on their way home for lunch. Dave was great with communication and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We hope to be back someday.

Awesome Summer Adventure HQ
Not really a skiing family, but we've been to CO many times for summer vacation, including a few trips to Breckenridge. This house is huge, well equipped and extremely nice, but its location cannot be beat. You're right next to the slopes of Peak 8 with great hiking and mountain biking right out the door. Walk down to the lodge for all the summer activities or to take the free gondola down to town and back. Bike down the hill and catch the incredible rec path that goes all over the county (be ready to bike back up!). More hiking, biking and mountain climbing are all a short drive away. Enjoy everything Breck and Frisco have to offer, and at the end of the day the whole family can hang out on the massive couch to chill with a movie, or spread out and shoot pool, hit the hot tub, etc. The owners are great and super responsive. This place must be amazing in the winter - maybe we will take up skiing.

Fantastic Breckenridge Vacay
Our extended family (11 people) had a super fun time in this beautiful Breck home over the 4th . The house is well suited for a large group with lots of room to spread out. 4 kids/teens stayed in the first floor bunk room and enjoyed the media/pool room and the hot tub. The 3 master suites were perfect with very comfortable Cali-king beds. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. We appreciated the large fridge, the beverage fridge downstairs, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and 3 dryers! The views are amazing and the location is great (a short walk to the Breck activities or gondola into town). Dave is an attentive host and easy to work with. We hope to return!

Perfect for a large Group!
From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful house, we knew it was going to be everything we hoped it would be. The garage is very spacious with lots of sleds and toys to stay there and play in the snow. The 4 and 2 year old actually learned to ski right there in the driveway because there was so much snow. Very easy access to the slopes. If you dont ski, it was just gorgeous to sit in the hot tub and watch the snow fall or sit by the beautiful fireplace and watch. There is plenty of room on every floor to have some privacy and we cooked the entire time we were there. It is a short drive to town and convenient to everything you need. The kids loved the media room and adults loved shooting pool in the evening. We will definitely be back!! Dave is so flexible and if we had any questions no matter how small, he was available to answer. Well worth the stay and fully stocked kitchen. Just heaven on earth!

I spent a great deal of time searching for the perfect property for my extended family vacation in Breckenridge and hoped I had found it with this home. My expectations were high going in based on the prior reviews and pictures, but I must say they were greatly exceeded after staying here! The home is stunning, spacious and beautiful with too many custom features to mention. The great room, gourmet kitchen and dining room on the main level very comfortably accommodated our party of 10...and could have easily fit more. While this area was great for gathering and meals, everyone also enjoyed spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms for some privacy. The kids absolutely loved the entertainment room downstairs and the adjacent bunk room. Also with close proximity to town and with a hiking trail right out the back door, the location could not have been better. The owner was extremely gracious and timely in providing information and answering questions, and he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, which it most definitely was!

Heaven
This VRBO was one of the best we've ever rented, its worth every penny. We booked a week prior for a last minute trip before school started, having never done Breck in the Summer season. We decided we may enjoy it just as much in the Summer as the Winter! We had 2 families (total of 8 people) and could have fit at least 1 more family and still had too much room. Dave was extremely helpful if we had a question and made us feel very welcome. The location of the house is perfect for hikes, walks to the gondola to go to town to eat, kids activities on the mountain, etc. We easily could have gotten by without a vehicle if needed. We will be back for sure!
