We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was perfect for us in terms of location and size. In addition, the pool was conveniently located outside the condo doors! Parking was convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries.

Mark did a great job setting us up for success with a clean place that was fully and comfortably stocked for a longer stay. The facility is wonderful and we very much enjoyed it. Look forward to renting with Mark in the future.

Nice condo. Modern renovation. The blinds were dated and the cieling fan on the patio was missing, but overall enjoyed our stay. Fast internet access and owner was responsive when it went down as well as getting us our blow up mattress. Sleeps 6 but you will need a queen blow up as sofa is not a fold out.

The place smelled like mildew whenever we came in. The worse was the last day when we found what turned out to be black algae (according to the owners plumber)covering the head of the kitchen faucet, after we had been drinking water from it all week. We pulled down the head & finally noticed it. Also after stripping the master bed, no mattress cover, just another sheet. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper & none other available (not something you want to find out the hard way). The owner left a maintenance person to repair the ice machine who asked us questions about the fridge settings- how /why were we supposed to know? Very unpleasant text exchanges with the owner who offered no apologies, just excuses. Would never rent here again.

This property is well located and the rooms and appliances are excellent. There was a problem with the floor-to ceiling blinds, missing slats. The owner was willing to repair them, but we were forced to deny help because one of us got Covid....twice. The metal doors to the pantry and the master closet don't work properly and the lanai needs upgrading. Overall, a nice place to stay and a cooperative and helpful owner. We had a nice stay there.

We had an unexpected bump upon our arrival, but Mark responded immediately and made things right. The condo was perfect for what we needed as we had many family members gathering for the holidays. We hope to return.

The location and size of this condo is great. We were a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. So much stuff on the walls. I don’t mean scuff marks just stuff that had been splashed on the wall. Maybe like food or makeup or ????? Not sure. This place just really needs a deep clean. Every window had a vertical blind or 2 missing. I did reach out to the owner and he was more than willing to come over but we just hung a towel up. The owner was available but as long as we had the bedroom window covered we could deal with all the other missing ones. I wonder why the cleaning people don’t mention stuff like that to the owners.
The water pressure is poor but that might not be anything the owner can control or fix. Overall nice location, great size, and just a good deep cleaning and this place would be awesome

Very nice well equipped 2Br condo on first floor with community pool just behind lanai. Owner was responsive and responded quickly to any issues. Coffee maker broke and he ordered new one that arrived in 2 days. You can walk to beach and stores from this location.

GREAT PLACE!
Large roomy condo with bedrooms on opposite ends. Very nice outdoor living screened in porch close to pool. Location is safe and close to Publix Grocery, restaurants, theater and, of course, the beaches.. Great communication and smooth check-in. Just let the owner the vehicle information for parking pass.

Disappointed stay!
Check in took hours. Paperwork was not filled out prior to our stay. Condo was musty . So much so that I had to buy Ridex containers for every room to try to eliminate smell. Absolutely no household items ; toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent,.. I also had to buy batteries for the TV controllers as all the remotes had none. The patio furniture was rusty and ruined a pair of my white pants. Couch/ pillows need to be updated. Batteries also need to be installed in smoke alarms. We stayed in Jupiter Bay before with none of these issues. Needless to say was disappointed.

Fine place, needs some tlc to be a good rental
I didn’t mind this rental but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. No toilet paper refills, no trash bags, remote batteries for TVs half missing, tv in master not working. No shampoo or conditioner (not even minis). Owner didn’t know what unit I was supposed to be in and didn’t answer my message when I asked which unit I was 3 hours before I checked in. Then stalled me so his cleaners could finish up since I was checking in at the check in time and they weren’t done yet. It was just really disorganized and not ideal.

Lovely stay
Easy checkin. The unit was as described. The complex is perfectly located. Convenient to Publix, the theater, Harborside and the Riverwalk and beach. Will be returning to Jupiter Bay next year.

Jupiter condo
We had trouble getting inside initially as it was a holiday and the door code we were given did not work. Due to the holiday, we had trouble getting assistance. We had ants in the kitchen, which was taken care of after we reported it. Master bed was great; however, the 2nd bedroom had a too small, uncomfortable bed. It was advertised for 6 people, but the pull out sofa was not the best for 2. Condo location was awesome and within walking distance of many destinations! Pool area was very nice. Overall, a decent condo.

A great property just a short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to many amenities grocery store restaurants pharmacies and beaches. Great stay, highly recommended, would definitely stay again. Had a small issue but the owner was answered quickly and problem was solved in no time. Highly recommended!

A great condo experience
Great location for the beach (10 minute walk), 2 community pools and an endless number of day trips. The unit was well furnished and provided plenty of private spaces so that 4 adults could co-exist peacefully for a month. Loved the screened in ground level patio for morning coffee, mid day snack and evening cocktails.

Close to beach, pool, heart trail and shopping
The place is updated - new kitchen and bathrooms. There is plenty of space for us - a family of 5. There is an enclosed porch that looks out toward the pool - perfect to sit and drink coffee! We really enjoyed our time at this unit - walking to the beach, playing tennis at the nearby courts, sitting by the pool... Jupiter Bay is great and this particular unit is central to everything.

Best unit ever visited in Jupiter Bay!
This unit was furnished with high end products. Even had a 55" TV with leather furniture. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen was just remodeled. Close to the pool and parking great for those with disabilities. First floor so no long walks to elevator. Mark is a gracious host and we hope to rent from him again. No disappointments here.
