My kids and I needed a relaxing week after we lost my husband (their father) in February to cancer. It was our first vacation as a family of 3 and I was nervous about booking it all on my own. Steve made the process seamless. He was easy to get a hold of for any questions which put my mind at ease and made us feel comfortable. Best part, my two fur babies were able to join us. Luna and Loki (our labs) enjoyed the accommodations I think as much as we did. Plenty of space for additional family to visit. Beautiful rear deck for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee. Two living rooms with televisions so my two teens didn’t have to argue over what to watch, which is a huge plu! Lol! I Close to shops and not a bad walk to beach and boardwalk. Beds were especially comfortable, which is not always the case when renting. The kids and I (and Luna and Loki of course) would definitely book with Steve again! Thank you for being an amazing host to my family.

The property was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal!! The home is walking distance from many restaurants, shopping on Asbury, and grocery stores. If you have small children, it may be a little too far from the beach. But for families with bike-riding kids and older children it’s fine. Steve’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch!

From the time I booked this property, the owner, Steve, was proactively communicating with me to help me prepare for my visit. I received helpful pics and videos that were super helpful for the check in process. He stayed in touch during our stay too, to make sure everything was ok. White glove service for sure!! The property was at a prime location, within a short distance to lots oof local shops and restaurants and a short, walkable distance to the boardwalk and beach. The property was very clean, and LOTS of room (there were 6 of us and 2 dogs.) Everything we needed was there. We only stayed a short time, but this place would be IDEAL for long stays where you want to cook and entertain yourselves "at home" while on vacation. There are even 2 living rooms and TV's in all bedrooms so everyone has space and individual entertainment if you want. HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thanks, Steve!

I stayed at Steve’s place with 7 other people for my 26th birthday and we all had a BLAST. The space was not only huge, but beautiful inside. We enjoyed lounging around, playing games, having breakfast together, all throughout the stay. Plus, the area is a short walk to the ocean city boardwalk which is 10x better than Atlantic. Would stay again!!!

Stereo’s home was a great location to cheer riders on close to the finish line of the MS Ride. The house was spacious for our group of singles…:it’s rare to find a shore home that has twin beds that are not a part of a bunk bed. The kitchens and living areas were great, with two separate living room areas…something I had not realized in the photos/description.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! The house was larger than we were expecting and it would more than perfect for our vacation with our two large dogs! The house had everything we needed and was well taken care of. My husband and I travel a lot and Stephen is by the far the nicest and sweetest host we have ever had. We would definitely come back! :)

Steve was an attentive host who literally fixed a small item that needed replaced (a hallway light bulb so we could see going up the stairs) within minutes. The house felt like a home away from home and was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the house from kitchen items to beach items to games & books, as well as starter items like toilet paper and paper towels. The location is perfect as it is close to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue which has all of the best shopping and an awesome new restaurant called “Hooked On Breakfast”.
Steve’s recommendations for restaurants were great - the Mexican restaurant a few doors down, literally has the BEST Mexican food we’ve ever had and always had a line for takeout as well, so you know it’s good!
Thank you Steve for the great communication about everything and for being there when we needed you! We had a fabulous, memorable vacation and can’t wait to come back!

We actually were in town for a swim meet in Atlantic City. (25 minutes away) so we didn’t want to stay there with 3/14 yr olds & 1/12 yr old. So this place was a great find! Accommodation were wonderful with all the space! Location was fabulous walking distance to restaurants, shopping and OC Boardwalk. We enjoyed Mexican Food @ Cinco de Mayo (recommended by owner Steve) we also enjoyed breakfast at Hooked on breakfast excellent as well! We indulged in the fun over at the boardwalk with food drinks caramel popcorn & Kohr Brothers Ice cream. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to stay in OC NJ

My husband and I loved our stay in this gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable furniture and a great location. Definitely not the typical place we have become accustomed to when staying in Ocean City. The front porch and back deck were wonderful. Love the convenience of keyless locks and being able to travel with our dogs. Steve was an absolute sweetheart. Thanks for everything!

Easy check in and out. Steve, the property owner was very helpful, which was especially appreciated as we've never done a Vrbo (or other vacation rental) before. He was very communicative and provided plenty of written instruction as well (and even a video to show how the locks worked on the property).
Property itself was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We really appreicated the large dining room table for playing board games during a rainy day. There were some minor maintainence issues that were mostly just visual, but I attribute those to the end of the season.
One thing to be aware of is that it's a 2nd floor property and there is a narrow flight of stairs to haul luggage up. If you're able-bodied it shouldn't be a problem. I mention it though because it's something I missed in the listing (it was probably there somewhere and I just overlooked it).
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would rent the property again.

A wonderful vacation spent at Steve’s House on West Avenue. The house was exactly like he advertised it. It was stocked and had everything we needed for a family vacation. Beach chairs and beach toys for kids. 3 bedrooms 1 with King. Location Location. 3 blocks from boardwalk and right near pier with rides. Also many stores and local shops on Asbury Lane . Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation or a better host with communication. Thank you!

Holidays 2021
Everything was as pictured / advertised, communication with Steve was easy and wonderful, and check in / check out was a breeze.
My husband and I like to stay at a rental when visiting family so we can travel with pets and have some peace, quiet, and privacy. This place provided all that, plus the coziest great room ever. Would absolutely stay there again!

Awesome Place!
I love staying at the beach, but don't need to be reminded I'm at a vacation home. This place was perfect for that. It was great to relax in and close enough to the action to feel connected. We're already planning to stay Stephen's place again when we go to Ocean City.

Excellent place to stay!
From the minute we walked in the door everything was perfect, just like the pictures. Cannot find anything to complain about. The owner and his family live below and we're always there but never in the way. I was happy to meet them and they also spent time with my two dogs. My dogs also found the house to their liking especially the front porch. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone. The home is convenient to everything in OC.

Great location and host.
The location was so close to everything, it was so great for our family. The place was very spacious and had room for everyone, didn’t feel crowded. Steve was very nice and responsive.

We were just floored by the place. It is HUGE and it was so great to go from our tiny NYC apartments to being able to spread out. The layout was also perfect with the bedrooms upstairs, and two, yes two, living rooms. Well appointed amenities with all of the TVs you could ask for. Comfortable furniture as well. It was hard leaving!
Location was perfect! There is a Starbucks right around the corner, and the boardwalk is a quick walk away. Super clean, and we felt very safe inside.
We didn't get to use the front porch, but the back porch was divinely sunny and warm, even when it wasn't a particularly warm day. Would love to come back and use the grill!
Steve was a wonderful host, and very helpful. All of the instructions were laid out and easy to follow (i.e. door locks, curfew times, garbage drop off, etc.). Thanks for letting us use your home, Steve! We would love to return!

Fantastic visit
We had a great time visiting Ocean City and staying at Steve’s house. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do - we rode bikes to the boardwalk, my teens walked up and down the shops on Asbury, and we all enjoyed the setup of the house. Having two sitting rooms makes a world of difference when visiting with kids! The kitchen is well supplied and the whole house was clean upon arrival! Thanks, Steve!

Great house for family get-together
Steve's house was a great place for my family to get together for our annual NYE celebration. The kitchen, dining area and living room were where we spent most of our time and it worked out perfectly for the people we had. Some minor things to note, the stairs leading to the third floor are tricky for tall people (we bumped our heads a few times), and the master bedroom is actually a loft that opens up into the living room so don't expect too much privacy. But overall, great house.

Friendsgiving
Our Friendsgiving trip was perfect thanks to Steve and this property! The clean and spacious kitchen was perfect for all the cooking we did! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and platters! We sure did love using both the front and back porches on this gorgeous November weekend! We had no issues with anything at all, but Steve was super helpful and available by text if we needed anything! The location of this house is just perfect! Downtown is less than a minute away (when you can see Drip and Scoop from the back porch, you know the location is perfect!) and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk! We are so thankful for this great experience!

Wonderful weekend getaway home. TVs with high-end sound systems were a big hit. Separate family rooms provided plenty of space for adults/kids. Owner communication was fantastic.
