Desde que comenzamos a visitar Breckenridge, siempre hemos querido un verdadero / ski-out casa ski-in con un alto nivel de privacidad y comodidades. Nuestra compra hace 13 años de esta casa de Cedars realizó estos objetivos. Esta unidad es una unidad final más espaciosa (una gran ventaja) y ha sido renovada tanto dentro como fuera. En el interior tenemos nuevos pisos de madera, un montón de muebles nuevos, nuevos televisores, y una nueva cocina con mesada de granito. También en la primavera de 2014 hemos renovado por completo los 3 cuartos de baño. En el verano de 2016, Cedars implementó un nuevo sistema de wifi y televisión por cable que nos brindó acceso a Internet súper rápido y un mejor servicio de televisión. Los huéspedes que repiten seguirán notando numerosas actualizaciones y un alto nivel de atención prestada a nuestra casa, ya que también somos usuarios habituales de ella. Se debe tener en cuenta que, a diferencia de la mayoría de los otros listados, nuestra tarifa por noche es de todo incluido, excepto por una posible tarifa VRBO.

Pictures don’t do the house justice. Was very nice. Well stocked. Accommodated our family well. Loved the fact was so close to the slope’s, especially with young kids

We had a wonderful stay at the Cedars Townhouse! The location cannot be beat and we found the townhouse to be much cozier than the photos portray.
Most of the beds were reasonably comfortable, with the exception of the bed in the bunk room - that mattress was quite appalling. Also note that the description says this is a queen size - it’s actually a full size bed. You can tell it’s a full size from the photos, but I did want to note the inconsistency.
We also did a lot of cooking here and felt the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We only wished for more containers to pack up our leftovers.
All in all, we were here for a ski trip and the location and coziness of this townhouse far outweighed these few minor complaints. We would definitely come stay again!

Our family had an amazing time. The location is perfect. Next to the slopes and a short walk downtown. When I had a question, Mike responded within a few minutes. We’re planning on coming back next year.

Proximity to the Quicksilver chairlift is tough to beat! From walking out of this condo units garage to where you out your skis on is maybe 60 yards, then you have a slight downhill slide of maybe 100 yards and yiu are in line for the Quicksilver lift. Condo is a classic style ski lodge with 3 bedrooms, well kept up, large garage that a Tahoe fits in, but a Suburban would not fit. Condo owner is good communicator and prompt in replies. Beds comfortable and plenty of hot water for 4 ppl to take showers and still enjoy hot water! Nice ski rack area in garage for 6-8 skis and boards. Will definitely seek to rent again on future trips to Breck.

Wonderful ski-in/ski-out condo on Peak 8 at Breckenridge. Convenient to two lifts, Beaver Run lodge, restaurants and stores in the village, and Breckenridge Ski Patrol ER if you find yourself in a position to need their services, which we did. :( Extremely well-appointed, cozy condo. Owner is lovely too!

This is a great property. We were able to fit all 8 of my family members here comfortably. It was clean and very convenient to the slopes. Mike and Beth were great to work with. I highly recommend this property! We’ll definitely be back again!!!

Friends ski trip
The location was the perfect size for our two families. You can walk to everything which is super convenient. It made it so easy to take our 6 year old to ski school while we enjoyed a few days on the slopes. It is a very short walk to Quicksilver or Beaver Run lifts. We had a great time!

This property was sooo much better than the photos!! The space was so big and open but very cozy with the fire. Kitchen was great and supplied with everything you need. The LOCATION though. This is everything. It’s a perfect ski in/ski out. It was lovely never having to worry about parking or shuttles. Just a couple steps to the Quicksilver and you’re off! Would stay with my friends again!

This is a perfect place to stay for an incredible Breckenridge experience. Just a quick 30 second walk over to the quicksilver lift, a few minutes walk to downtown, great amenities in unit, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We had a great time and plan to rebook this unit again for next year! Thanks Mike!

Awesome place to stay!
We loved this unit. Absolutely perfect location to ski Breckenridge. You can take a short walk downhill to Quicksilver lift or an equally short walk uphill to Beaver Run chairlift (recommend starting at Beaver Run on really crowded days). The sidewalk along the road had a lot of snow on it and we were able to ski all the way back to the garage of this unit.
This is a nicely decorated and very well stocked place, you can tell that the owners spend a lot of time there. It was very comfortable, we loved it. Owner is super responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable Townhome in a Great Location
Two in our party of 7 (Family with all adult children) are not skiers. This townhome works great for us. Skiers walk about 50 yards, snap on skis and ski to the lift. Non-skiers have about a 1 block walk and then have all of Main Street to shop. In my humble opinion, this townhome is in the best location there is in Breckenridge.
Mike the owner is very easy to communicate with and he is quick to respond. The unit is always very clean and over the five or so years we’ve rented, the furniture has been updated and is always comfortable. The garage will fit a full size SUV (even a Suburban) and if you have two cars, there is an extra parking pass.
We love this unit and hope to continue renting year after year.

Perfect Place and Layout!
We had an amazing time! This condo was just perfect for our family and relatives. The split level was great and allowed us to all be together, but not on top of each other. The porch off of the kitchen is so much fun; watching people heading to town and the mountain. Our 18 mos old greeted each and everyone. The very short walk to lifts was just right for our 4 year old. Mike was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions. The unit is well supplied with kitchen appliances and everything is super clean. This was the perfect first COVID family vacation and we hope to be back! Thanks to Mike!

Beautiful place & amazing location!
This is one of the best locations to stay in Breck! You can walk across the parking lot then get on ski's and ski onto the lift. When your done for the day you can ski right back to a little bridge that leads into the parking lot. Very nice place & well set up. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!!
This place is amazing. The townhome was spacious and very clean. The ski slope and lift is less then a minute walk and Main Street was close as well. The owner was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. I would recommend this unit for anyone visiting Breckinridge. We will definitely try and stay here again. Do not look anywhere else. You have all you need with unit 42 at the cedars

The kitchen was well stocked - almost to the point of being too much - from a grinder to a blender to a stock pot, you won’t need for any cookware or utensil if you hunt the cabinets. It was nice having the washer/dryer, plenty of towels and the owners had detergents, soap, lotions, etc stocked. That was very much appreciated. The only issue we had was the lighting. Perhaps some of the bulbs could be fixed or updated... We enjoyed staying at the condo and definitely would stay in Cedar Village again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedars #42, all of the conveniences of home with ski-in ski-out availability. The location is within walking distance of Main Street, making access to shops and restaurants easy. Looking forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Property is all you could want in a Breckinridge property. Clean, comfortable and close. Ski to lift, quick walk and in town.
Garage for your car that you won’t need to drive.
Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, which we used this year given COVID.
Living room has new furniture and beds are great.

We loved that we could come back to the condo for lunch and a short break and then ski again in the afternoon. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals. Lovely Ski In, Ski Out Condo
I am so glad we chose this condo since it was so convenient to the slopes. We traveled during COVID, and all indoor dining was closed in Breckenridge. We loved that we could come back to the condo for lunch and a short break and then ski again in the afternoon.
The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals. I have stayed in other places that we had to purchase all of our salt and pepper and spices so it was nice that we didn't have to spend money on items like that. We also liked the garage where we could store all of our gear.
I emailed Mike a few times to ask questions before we arrived, and he was always quick to respond and very helpful.
We walked to downtown a few times, and it was very close. We definitely want to come to Breckenridge, and we want to stay here!

Great Property
The house is in excellent condition and the location is terrific. 2 min walk to/from the slopes and a 5-10 minute wall to the village. Plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, etc. We used the garage as our staging area and it was super convenient.

Great Ski-In/Ski-Out Property for Families!!!
Our recent stay in this Breckenridge townhome was fabulous!!! The property is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. This is a true ski-in/ski-out property, located adjacent to the Quicksilver lift. We had four children with us, ages 8 through 11, and all first-time skiers. The townhome is located within a short walk to The Village, which is where we registered the kiddos for ski school. This property is also located just a quick walk from downtown Breckenridge, where we were able to shop, dine, and enjoy some locally brewed beer! The owner even came to shovel snow off the sidewalks during our stay! We can't wait to go back again next year!!! :)
