Wowzerz! Our family loves to eat and loves to cook and this is the BEST VRBO kitchen we have visited yet - SO many plates, pans, and glasses we could actually wait to run the dishwasher until it was full! Two highchairs for the one year olds and a griddle for pancakes made it even better. The super-sized hot tub and endless deck were family cake and seeing a mama moose and her babies from the porch was definitely icing! The cousin slumber party room, fantastic water pressure in the showers, proximity to Breckenridge for ice cream shop visits, modern amenities, comfortable beds, responsive hostess, and the great room made it a perfect family trip for fifteen people - you’ll love it!

This luxury cabin is huge and has everything you could want, including a great outdoor hot tub! It was a fairly easy walk to start skiing down to the lift to get started in the morning. I'm really hoping to be able to stay at this house again.

Three families with children stayed for 5 nights and the house was great! Nancy communicated consistently and was always there to answer questions I had. There were plenty of paper products to last our stay and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for us to cook three meals a day to feed our skiers! The bus stop is a block from the house and made it easy to get to and from the slopes each day. The hot tub was perfect for late afternoons, too! Great stay!

Perfect bedroom setup to accommodate all ages, plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the view, fireplace or to just gather around the table for family game night. The listing is accurate, and the house is great! I've stayed in condos, and houses around Summit County since the 80's. Some have been ok, others not good, and a few great. This one is solidly in the great category. Everything was as it should be, as well as the kitchen being very well stocked. Everything you will need from cookware and Crockpot to an ample amount of dishes for the largest groups. The deck space is superb for summer!
Honestly, the only negative is how busy Breck is these days. The location of this property helps with that. You can walk to the base of the mountain (in summer at least) even with little kids. We had ages 3,5(x2),7,8,9,10. They all walked to and from the mountain for a day full of fun. No need to park or bother with the gondola or shuttle. HOORAY!!!

Beautiful house, very well stocked, in an excellent location with wonderful view of the mountains. Family made daily use of the great outdoor hot tub. Two indoor gas fireplaces made it very cozy. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend the Ski Hill Lodge to others and would be very happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway
This home offers a great place for a large group of people to stay in the mountains. Just steps from the Breckenridge shuttle which quickly takes you to the Peak 8. We chose to drive downtown and it only took 5 minutes (you can ride the shuttle too). The house was very clean, the kitchen had all the pots, utensils, etc that we needed. It also has the nicest hot tub any of us had ever been in! The property owner was in contact and very responsive to one minor issue with a thermostat we had. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great House and location
This is a great house in a great location near the base of Peak 8 with easy access to the mountain. Definitely a good house for a large group with room for meals together, games and family time and space to get away from the group when needed. The interaction with the owner was fantastic and they could not have been more welcome and accommodating. We hope to be able to return again in the summer, winter or both!

Excellent experience all around!!! It started well before the trip with Nancy’s detailed communications about the properties vast amenities that simplified our packaging plus tips/recommendations for maximizing our Breckenridge vacation. Ski Hill Lodge was well stocked, clean and comfortable upon check-in. Our family of 8 adults and 6 kids settled in quickly and took advantage of all of the lodge’s great amenities from the loaded kitchen and dining for some great meals to the outdoor patio hot tub and grill. We would recommend Ski Hill Lodge to other large groups or families looking to enjoy a winter or summer break just steps from the resort and town of Breck.

Mountain Get-away Close to Everything!
This is the idyllic mountain home for a family. We went with our 4 children and this spouse and our 4 grandchildren! We had plenty of room to gather and yet plenty of room for privacy. Nancy was attentive from the moment we booked months ago

We had everything we needed for our stay in Breck. The house is spacious and beautiful with enough room for 3 families to roam around and not feel on top of each other. The hot tub was wonderful after long days of skiing/snowboarding. Nancy was was wonderful to work with. We will be back !!

This home was perfect! Nancy was very responsive and super helpful with any questions. We had a group of 14 girls, and it had everything we needed. The deck was amazing and the views were beautiful. Convenient Location/Well Appointed
If you’re looking for a large rental in Breckenridge, look no further. This rental, located half way between town and the lifts is absolutely the best equipped rental I’ve stayed at. A large log home with mountain charm, I invited 7 of my golfing friends from around the country to celebrate our 30th outing and enjoy the charm of Breckenridge and the Rocky Mountains. Golf by day and back to home afterward. We enjoyed hanging out so much; hot tub (the cleanest I’ve ever been in), lounging in the great room watching football, cooking in the kitchen (all the cooking utensils you could possible need), that we rarely left the house. We enjoyed steaks on the outdoor grill, big breakfasts and made pizza. Great landlord, Nancy was in contact before, during and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental for large groups if you’re coming to Breckenridge to ski or enjoy the beautiful summer activities.
