MnC's Cozy n Clean 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in San Gabriel
Hermosa, acogedora, moderna, limpia, casa independiente con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en su propio lote privado en San Gabriel. Esta es una casa individual de 1.105 pies cuadrados que cuenta con una sala de estar grande de concepto abierto y un área de comedor combinado con desayunador área de comedor en la cocina. El primer dormitorio es un dormitorio principal con una cama queen size, dos armarios separados y un baño privado con ducha de pie. El segundo dormitorio es una habitación más pequeña con una cama de tamaño completo, un gran armario y un escritorio.
La casa recientemente renovada, ubicada en el corazón de San Gabriel, tiene pisos de madera noble, iluminación empotrada, calefacción central, pintura nueva y ventanas de doble panel en toda la casa. La cocina está recién remodelada con nuevos gabinetes blancos y encimeras de granito. Totalmente equipado con refrigerador, estufa y lavavajillas. Todos los elementos esenciales para cocinar y disfrutar de una buena comida en casa están incluidos durante su estancia.

My wife and I have now stayed multiple times at houses hosted by Michael and this time (for a week) was as before a great experience. This house is very comfortable for two to four people with a more than spacious floorplan. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is completely equipped for any culinary need. We will definately plan to stay at this house again when in the LA / San Gabriel Valley area.

We were in town for the 2024 Rose Parade but also had other things we wanted to see & do. This unit was a great location for us. The unit is in a great safe neighborhood and it is very clean. The landlord was excellent. We had one little issue and he came right over and took care of it. Overall this is a great place.

The property was in a good neighborhood but the house needs some attention. Windows and doors not working properly. Had to call the owner several times regarding issues with the house. Luckily, he was right next door and responded very quickly. Would not rent there again.

Michael the owner had been super nice. Even come visit and help us fix appliances with little problems almost midnight at our request. Amazing job. And our stay at this quiet, convenient to all amenities and clean little house is a totally enjoyable experience.

Just Great!! From first contact with Michael to our departure. We came all the way from Montreal, Canada and no experience in renting a property. We were not disappointed. The house, commodities, neighborhood and proximity of what LA area has to offer. Hopefully we get the chance to go back again.

Michael and Cindy have a wonderful home. They have many little touches that make it a great place to stay, like lots of dishes! We had some minor issues but Michael solved them within our time schedule. Quiet neighborhood. Near many restaurants. We went to the LA Arboretum, which was very close. We would stay here again!

Home was very clean and welcoming, the host was quite helpful when i asked for assistance. The neighborhood has alot of construction surveying going on but that didn't interfere with anything still quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you need, andbi never heard that train that another guest spoke about. My only issue's were that the back door was totally uncovered and it didn't seem to sturdy and as well as the door in the 2nd bedroom just seemed like it would come down if the wind blew too hard and when i did go to watch roku tv the remote is actually broken the middle button the ok and/or enter button is jammed so it make the remote obsolete.

This is the third time we have stayed in this rental. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with offstreet parking. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice gathering space to visit. There is a big backyard for outdoor gathering as well. Michael has always been very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this unit and we would stay here again! Thank you Michael!

We chose it because it was close to our family's home in San Gabriel. Medium quality finishes. I would change the worn out and bent miniblinds which detract from overall appearance. Overhead lighting could use dimmers to reduce harsh impact.
The shower unit in the MB is in need of replacement. Nice tile in bathrooms. Good value for the area. Lots of 'add ons' to the base price including charge for actual people in second bedroom. I would expect the price for a 2 BD to include people staying in the 2 BDs.

Out of the fray of L.A.
Because most of what we were in L.A. to do was in the central area, this wonderful property in San Gabriel was a bit removed, but that gave us a lovely quiet place to return to each evening and recharge. Host Michael was of great help with good recommendations. The three of us had a comfy bed (or futon) of our own, and the kitchen was well equipped. Nicely furnished and appointed throughout.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, comfy mattresses. Clean—wife swiffered the floor upon arrival (as she always does) and the swiffer was spotless. Host communicates fast and very welcoming. Large and well lit yard.

The owner really made this experience excellent. We had several communications with Michael before arriving and worked out details . He was responsive and professional. The house was a clean 2BR/2BA unit with nicely done bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet where we enjoyed daily walks.
