This 2 bedroom, 2 nd floor, ocean front condo is outstanding. It must be newly renovated. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, the 2 king beds firm and comfortable, lots of nice dishes, utensils.....the owners have thought to provide everything. We've never stayed in a more magnificent condo, and we've been coming to the islands for over 30 years. This place is truly amazing. You want to stay here!

Well equipped kitchen which includes plastic food storage cotainers, beds comfortable, shampoo soap and conditioner in the showers, on the 2nd floor and quite private as other condo owners cannot see inside unit, no street noise, stair access only no elevator, heated pool, close to grocery stores

This property is located in a perfect place! Sunrise and sunset are the best on the lanai! So close to the ocean that you can see and hear those waves that are so relaxing! The landscaping outside is so beautiful and well maintained. The beach just steps away. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can’t go wrong with this property!

The property rented looks just like the pictures. Facility was beautiful and well maintained, beach was beautiful, and everyone staying there was very friendly. The view from the deck is spectacular. The Condo has everything you need to cook with and for the beach. There are alot of shops and restaurants very close by in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again as we had an amazing time.

Well appointed condominium on a pristine beach. Perfect base to explore the entire island and conveniently located right next to shopping and restaurants. All the comforts of home while staying in Paradise. We will definitely aspire to stay here on a future trip.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful condo: on site staff and security were present and friendly, beach is fabulous (we snorkeled here), the view is stellar, the lush grounds are immaculately maintained. the condo has been updated and is super comfortable. Location was so convenient with small shops and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk plus a well-stocked market. Easy access to the major road going north/south for trips to other parts of the island. We did not have children with us, but I will recommend this as being extremely family friendly!

This 2nd floor walk-up unit is perfectly situated on Kauai's Coconut Coast with unobstructed views of the beach and waves from the Primary suite and Living/Dining Room lanais. Well appointed kitchen and newer appliances enhanced our stay. Furnishings were comfortable with adequate seating for four or more. The two King-sized beds were luxurious and easy to sleep on - or maybe that was just a result of listening to the waves on the shoreline! The keypad entry lock was nice not having to carry keys. Louvered windows in the Living/Dining, Kitchen and Bedrooms allowed for 24/7 breezes through the non-air conditioned unit (we went in November and didn't need A/C at all).
We utilized one of the community barbecues for steaks and shrimp. It was easy to use, convenient and clean.
Permitted parking was close by as was a path to the Lava Lava Beach Club just north. The Coconut Marketplace with shops, restaurants and a convenience store was a 5 minute walk out the front gate (memorize the gate code for exit and entrance).
Overall, a great unit in a great location to relax or explore the beautiful island of Kauai.

Nicely equipped and awesome view. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. Bed was pretty firm, and pillow’s really flat. I would stay again but bring my own pillow.

The view from our balcony was fantastic ~ looking over the beautiful grounds & gardens to the beach & surf was the highlight of every day! The resort is within a few minutes walk of shopping & restaurants.
The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean & comfortable. A note: there is no air conditioning in this unit. However, the gentle ocean breeze kept us cool & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hawaii!

Wonderful unit with everything needed for a comfortable stay on the best-sand beach on Kauai. The elevated outdoor lanai furniture make time spent there very enjoyable. The hosts are generous with plenty of kitchen items that make cooking and hosting other friends/family easy. There are ceiling fans in every room, the kitchen, and the Lanai, which makes it very comfortable both day and night. This is our second time staying in this unit in building 5, and we will rent this unit again when we return.

Best place to celebrate a retirement and a birthday!
Our condo at the Lae Nani property was absolutely beautiful! The condo was so nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we could have ever asked for. The location of the property to the beach was stunning with great views of the breathtaking ocean. Booking through VRBO and Cindy (Property Manager) was seamless and flawless, and we can't wait to return one day soon.

Very beautiful
We had a great time. Property was beautiful and was nice that there was extra necessities like TP and such to get us through until we could get to the store. The guest room was very muggy, even the carpet seemed wet. The bathroom sink clogs so needs to be cleaned out. Otherwise the property is wonderful. We would cone again. Thank you.

Paradise in Kauai

Be aware there is no AC!
This was a great condo, the only drawback is no AC. We weren’t aware until we got to the condo, my bad for not checking it out in the listing. We were here during record breaking heat and unfortunately only one of the two floor fans worked. There are overhead fans in every room, but not sufficient for the temps we experienced.

Such a beautiful condo and a wonderful, very helpful property manager. The location is so lovely we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view and going in the pool and ocean. We've been to Kauai many times and this is the best!

Lae Nani Unit 522
The unit comes with all the essentials for an extended stay. We had stayed on the property 3 times prior, but not in unit 522. We absolutely loved it. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was essential during the July heat/humidity. We plan to come back to Kauai in a couple of years, and we will look for this unit in particular.

Place with space and a view
I have stayed at three units in Lae Nani and this is by far my favorite. Well maintained and updated condo with an ocean front view. Especially unique is the ocean front master bedroom with lanai and the bonus of a washer and dryer in the unit. A central location that is walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and the Kapa'a bike path is also a bonus.

Tropical paradise
Loved the condo, the grounds and the view. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach was pure relaxation. The grounds are impeccable. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great view and relaxing atmosphere
This was the first year we have rented a two bedroom condo and it was so relaxing to have a bedroom on the ocean side where we could listen to the ocean as we drifted off to sleep every night (one bedroom units have a bedroom on the back side). This unit was very well appointed and ideal for a family or two couples. Walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and restaurants also make this a perfect location.
