Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of room (we had 14 people ages 14-65).

We had a group of Navy Submariners and their spouses, get together for reunion of friends apart for decades. The house was very nice and located in a very scenic and quiet neighborhood. It has very convenient access to the beach just a short walk away. Check in and out was quite easy. I would highly recommend.

The home is in a great location to the beach and other things in Isle of Palms. The house needs updating. The beds were like rocks. Buying bed toppers for each would make it so much better. Because of that we likely would not stay here again.

Great house
This house was perfect for our large family and an easy walk to the beach. We loved it. The AC went out the first night we were there and the AC man was there within two hours after we reported it. On a holiday weekend, no less.

Lovely home! Comfortable and Close to the beach!
Everything about the house was perfect, with 2 exceptions. First, all the beds are extremely hard and in need of memory foam toppers at a minimum. Second, and this is not the owners issue, just a warning for other extended families…because we had toddlers in our party and there are open design steps, we had to bring a play yard to open up and use as a safety barrier around the steps entrance. And we needed a gate for the other stairs, as well.

Nice stay
First time to Isle of Palms and really enjoyed it. The house was very very nice. Bedrooms were roomy. The beach was a short walk. We were unable to use the Wild Dunes amenities such as pools.

Property was very nice and convenient to the beach. Accommodations were nice. The issue experienced were: 1) door lock did not work but repaired second day, 2) ice machine was very slow and we purchased bags of ice during stay, 3) coffee pot didn’t work, 4) toaster worked first day but not after that, 5) fan in living room needed adjusting and repair man gave instructions, 6) drawer in kitchen was repaired during stay as it was off hinges, 7) vacuum cleaner inoperable, 8) needed additional light bulbs

Great place for large family reunion
This beautiful house was large enough & had sufficient sleeping arrangements to accommodate our family of 9 adults & 7 children, and provided enough baths for "bath-time" for all those littles as well.
Location is good, one block to the boardwalk to the beach, and a 10-15 min walk to the pool accessible to renters. Real estate agency was attentive to my complaint about the "chirping" of an expired battery on a security device & fixed it the next day.
Two problems, though, the dishwasher didn't work, and the gas grill had not been cleaned, resulting in a small grease fire.
Otherwise the house, location management were all outstanding.

Awesome Family Reunion
Fantastic stay, said it slept 22 and everyone had a bed. Perfect white sand beach (not crowded on Memorial Day week!) and awesome clay tennis courts. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Fantastic family/friend weekend celebration
We had an excellent stay! The home was very spacious and easily accommodated 13 people very comfortably. The location was great too. Walking distance to the beach and also to Wild Dunes. I highly recommend this rental if you have a large party.

Great Place to Stay
No problems. It appears the beach is at the end of the street with direct access. Actually, there are two properties blocking access to the beach boardwalk. You need to go around the block to get to the boardwalk. It's still only a five minute walk.

This home has a great bedroom setup for 5 families.
This house has a great location for beach and pool. The only negative for us is that it has a small kitchen for soo many people, and the outdoor space is small. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. These two things would have added enormously.

Loved it
This home is beautiful and has a wonderful layout. We had 17 people and we could all fit around the dining table, and there were tons of large pots and pans and silverware and plates etc. Most of the bedrooms had bathrooms en suite, which was really nice. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for big Gathering
Friends of 40 years really enjoyed this house for a recent trip. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were lots of social space for multiple groups to gather. After arriving we discovered we had stayed here 5 years before. We’ll be happy to stay here again.

Perfect for a big family beach stay
This was a fabulous place for our large family to gather. There was plenty of room for all of us! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, neat and in order, just as we had hoped. It's a quick walk to the relatively quiet beach. I searched and searched the ads for a the perfect place and I really feel like I found it here. I highly recommend it. Two small, minor issues: The yard has mosquitos, so plan to bring bug spray. And the water doesn't come out of the tap very cold, so if you want cold water, bring a brita pitcher or bottled water and store it in the fridge.

The house was nice and comfortable. Great for our big family! The aire conditioner in the downstairs bedrooms did not work well. It barely cooled the rooms at night. Aside from that everything was great.

great place for large group
We had an amazing stay at this property! It was very nice to be able to walk such a short distance to the beach from the house. It was perfect for large groups, very comfortable living room and kitchen/dining to accommodate everyone at once. It was nice to have the cabinets well stocked with more than enough plates/bowls/cups/flatware/cooking pans etc because we cooked and ate as a group for most meals during our stay. Having access to the grill and back deck were very nice! The beds were comfy and there was a good amount of bath towels available for everyone. The rental company, Carroll Reality was great to work with the checking in/out process was seamless and very pleasant to work with too! If we ever come back to IOP, we will definitely rent this house again! We had a wonderful time. Thank you !

Very homey and spacious property
We enjoyed our stay very much! We walked to the beach almost every day and also used our access to the Wild Dunes a few times for the heated pool. House had everything you could ever need and was perfect for large gatherings. The property company that rents out the home is very helpful and has a wonderful app that you can access any information on your stay that you could ever need. Super helpful! Very pleasant experience.

As advertised
Nice location; we were very happy to see the walk to the beach was convenient. Kitchen is very well stocked which has been an annoying problem at other properties. The kitchen, sun room and family room provided plenty of common area for socializing w family. It was clean and in good condition.
The Wild Dunes sports card worked well (even though it only provides partial day access to certain facilities) and honestly was a big part of our decision to rent here. Securing extra cards took some frustrating detective work. Tip, go to the Sand and Sea Day Spa. The guardhouses were no help. Once that was done we used the Palm gate and took advantage of the Swim Center and Palm cove pools which are very convenient to the house.

The property was well appointed. Plenty of dishes glassware silver ware for a large group. Was clean and plenty of space to spread out. I would recommend this house to large groups/multiple families

Springtime Sunshine
What a perfect place for a family vacation! Or any large group for that matter. Large, spacious, and very well equipped. We were all able to come together or spread out all under one roof as desired. Very clean with open kitchen, dining, and living room area and plenty of dishes and utensils. Deck off dining area and small porch off master bath were great for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Utilized "Babies Away of Charleston" for baby gates and crib for the little one. They provided great service (delivery, setup, and pickup convenient for you) and I would recommend using them for any baby/toddler needs. Beautiful beach, perfect for little ones to explore, and just a brief walk to get there. Pools accessible with sports card were a short walk away and perfect for a sunbath or a swim. And, just a short drive to Charleston and all it offers! Thank you for sharing your home!
