Overall great experience. Mary Ann was very easy to communicate with. 6 of us stayed for the week and condo was very spacious. Location is great, quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend.

Love the location and spaciousness of this property. We have eight adults in our family and this was perfect for us. It’s close to everything, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Also, love that the clay tennis courts and swimming pool were just a few steps outside the front door, but the place was still really quiet. Host was very easy to get a hold, friendly, and attentive to any questions we had. Would stay here again,

We spent a month in this condo. Even though it could use some updating, we were very comfortable and it felt like home. The condo is very clean, in a great location, the owner is easy to contact. They had someone in quickly to fix an appliance. We enjoyed watching wildlife on the patio.

What a beauty of a spot! Gators, turtles and birds to enjoy from your backyard, and then a quick bike ride to the beach for evening strolls! Comfy beds and a well equipped villa - exactly as listed. We loved our stay!

We had a great time in Hilton Head again! This was the second time we stayed at this place and I hope we come back again. This unit is close to both the public and private beaches as well as restaurants and shops. The house has very spacious bedrooms and everything we need to cook and spend the week. Mary Ann is attentive and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This unit was everything advertised. We stayed with 6 adults and two kids younger than 5. It was clean and fit us perfectly. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in and around the pond out back. We were careful to keep away from the alligators. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furnishings and beds comfortable. The upstairs does need its own air conditioning unit. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for our family.

This was a great stay and located in a nice central location of Hilton Head Island. It was very relaxing, private pool area, has an absolutely beautiful lagoon setting, grounds, golf course view, the host is exceptionally accommodating. The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay again at this location when we merge with family since it is spacious.

A great location, a clean villa, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything at/around the villa was as listed. Relaxing view while sitting on the back porch. On-site binoculars let us watch the birds and the alligator in the lagoon. Clay tennis courts are right across from the villa, which was great for our tennis family. We rented bikes to go to/from Coligny Plaza and the beach. So much fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The property was in a good location, not far from the beach. Pool and tennis was super close. Minor hiccups were quickly remedied by the owner. Only drawback was that the upstairs master was very warm even when A/C was set to 68 at night.

Had never stayed in shipyard before . Although we did have to drive to the beach each day the location was in the middle of everything and the bike paths were awesome! I had to contact the owner a couple of times and she was amazing to respond and answer any questions we had.

HHI 4th of July vacation
Good location walking distance for public beach. Private beach was a 2 miles away. Pool and tennis courts just across the parking lot. It was like private pool and courts. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The temperature on the 2nd floor was too hot but countable cool on the main floor. Communication with the owner was easy and very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and had everything that we needed. Great view from back patio. Enjoyed watching the wildlife. Check-in/out process easy. Was our first time staying on Shipyard and we loved it. Much less busy than Sea Pines which was a plus for us.

Everything we had hoped for
Our family consisted of 5 adults and 2 kids and the townhouse was the perfect size for all of us. We all agreed that our favorite thing about our vacation home was enjoying the view and wildlife from the beautiful patio and the unique interior decor. We noticed something new every day! We enjoyed watching our grandchildren try their hand at fishing right from our own back yard. Mary Ann was great to work with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Beach, tennis, pool & more
This townhouse was perfect for our family -- 5 adults, 3 year old and 1 year old. Everything was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, 3 full bathrooms were very helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The communication with Mary Ann was very easy. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
The location is great - tennis courts and pool are right out the front door. Beach is a lovely bike ride away -- HIGHLY recommend renting bikes, as Hilton Head is made for bikes! Coligny Beach and Plaza is also a short bike ride away.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend -- we had an amazing week! The only negative is that the large bedroom upstairs gets a little warm, but there is a nice standing fan and ceiling fan that keeps the air moving. So, it was not an issue for us.

One month of relaxation!!
This was a great place to stay. Mary was easy to work with. She answered all questions in a timely manor and helped me out with a couple details.
The property is in a perfect location, very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, especially the three legged alligator.
The property does need a little updating but that is a work in progress. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very clean, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. We loved it.

A Delightful Spot
This townhouse backs onto a lagoon complete with at least one alligator, turtles, birds, trees and grass lawns. The alligator(s) never came too close for comfort and there is a wall separating the back lawn from the lagoon. The four rooms were adequate for our group of seven and the kitchen/living/dining area were comfortable and sapcious enough for all seven at the same time. The house is located a short ride from the beach or Coligny Plaza and the drive through the plantion is a delight. The owner was concerned about our well being and experience and she was only a text or call away if we needed help - we didn't.

The living room was spacious and had enough seating for 8+ people. Large dining room table seating 8. Kitchen was sell stocked - plenty of silverware and other items not typically stocked like coffee. Very close to entrance gate into Shipyard. The owner was very friendly and checked in several times to ensure we had no issues.

We really were looking for a quiet getaway to rest and simply enjoy ourselves. This was so perfect
It was everything that we were looking for. We did find that the master bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs stayed a little on the warm side however there were plenty of fans to take care of that. We were very pleased with the location and the relaxing atmosphere as we came to recharge ourselves and just relax.

Wonderful trip
We loved staying at your home. It was very beautiful, clean and unique art. The house that everything you can need including beach stuff, bikes, patio furniture for relaxing in the evening and a charcoal grill. Our little one loved spending time with her grandparents and then going back and learning how to swim in the pool. My dad kept thanking me for planning the trip, it was a very pleasant experience. Delightful area; wonderful townhouse
You definitely can believe the pictures that you're viewing for this town home. It is everything and more than his promised by the pictures. The kitchen is complete with just about anything you can think you might need; the furnishings are both practical and tasteful; you your family friends everybody will love it here! Likewise if we had any questions we were always able to reach the owner who was very receptive to helping us immediately. What more can you ask?

Wonderful family vacation!
The property was just as described - modest décor, clean and pleasant to stay at. Kitchen small but has all what you need for a week long stay for grownups and children. Very comfortable beds. View from master bedrooms - stunning! Perfect location - close to everything! The pool and tennis court in front of the house and beach access from the estate were big bonus. The owner - very responsive, provided a lot of details, very quick to respond. We hope to be back and spend more time here!

Last minute beach getaway
This property was delightful and very spacious. We really enjoyed and made good use of the very close by tennis courts and swimming pool. Although we did have to drive to the beach, parking was very easy and we enjoyed having the pass at our disposal. Although the townhouse is a little out-dated, it is clear that it has seen a lot of love and happiness over the years. We really enjoyed the character of the place. I, personally, loved having the bicycles to use and there were so many other things in the unit at our disposal.
My only complaint (which really isn’t one as I would have mentioned it to MaryAnn at the time of it was an issue), is the place could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few sticky spots on the floor when we got there, but I had no issue cleaning them myself. The linens, bathrooms and bedrooms were perfectly clean upon arrival. I’m just guessing that the main floor (which is a clay tile) is very challenging to clean thoroughly. Wonderful stay overall and would love to come back in the future! Thank you so much MaryAnn!
