Capri 1 was the perfect home for our group’s vacation! The home was beautifully decorated ,spotless and well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable! Located near the beach and shopping area it was by far our best vacation and our group voted to return next year We have been vacationing to Hilton Head for many years and this is winner!

It was a great location, a few steps from the beach, not far from Coligny. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear. Great pool and hot tub. Overal nice stay very clean and I would recommend it.

It was a wonderful experience. The home was super comfortable, updated, very clean, had all the necessities, in a great neighborhood that is steps from the beach, a wonderful pool and we would definitely stay there again. It did not let us down and we are pretty spoiled. We will stay again.
Jim was easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions or request. Early check in was so appreciated. Thank you !

Our family vacation for 2023 was a wonderful week staying at 1 Capri Lane, Hilton Head. We had a fabulous week. There were 19 people and the house worked so well for everyone. Lots of room to gather in the living room, dining area and kitchen. Beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Great breakfast bar to gather around. Sleeping arrangements also worked well and everyone had their own bathrooms. The pool area and deck and screened porch are spacious and did we enjoy the pool! Lots of teenagers and young adults in our group and they were never bored with beach, pool and game room. Walking to the beach is easy. Just a very short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. The house is centrally located to activities in Hilton Head. We enjoyed this home and highly recommend it for a large group.

The property is ideally located. We had 8 adults and 8 teenagers celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. Our teens enjoyed biking to Coligny shopping and getting shaved ice and fishing on the beach. The beach is so convenient, just a 3 minute walk. Easy to run back to the house. Both the property owner and manager were easy to work with and quick to respond. One suggestion is to bring eye shades. Each room has windows with no coverings (small ones above the larger windows) that let in light at all times. For our early risers it was no problem 😊. I would highly recommend staying at 1 Capri!

Well maintained, spacious rooms and dining areas, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pool area and nice to have a second refrigerator on lower level . Easy walk to the beach, especially with the wagons to assist to carry chairs, etc. Property manager responsive to any questions and pleasant to work with. so happy to have chosen this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren!

Everything from the well-decorated home to the cleanliness to all the additional amenities were great at 1 Capri Lane. We had 14 family members for the week, ages 2 1/2 to 75 years old. Everyone were very happy there and had a wonderful time.

We had our entire immediate family for a fun family week long beach vacation. This included Grandpa, Grandma, their 3 daughters, the 3 daughters husbands and a total of 10 children age ranging from 14 down to 1.5 yr olds.
The entire family really enjoyed the property, its location, and the space in the home.
There was a small issue with a bathroom leak that started before we arrived and after a visit from the plumber all seemed to be okay.
The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. The pool was on the small side but plenty big enough for what we wanted. Unfortunately the Hot Tub comes at an extra expense so we passed on the use of heating it.
The ping pong table was a fun evening activity, though the paddles were in bad shape, for a place this nice I'd like to see nicer equipment, especially since the table itself is nice.
The location was great, we stayed in the same area in the past so we had an idea of what to expect, but shops and gas station are within a short bike ride, the beach is a short walk with private beach access.
The owner and property manager were both nice, great communicators, and for the most part accommodating. We weren't able to get early check in which is something we usually look for, especially in Hilton Head where getting on the island in the afternoon can be difficult.
Overall the entire family was happy and had a great time at 1 Capri.

Our family stayed the starting Saturday, August 13th. The house is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen was spacious and had a lot of seating for eating. The one exception is in a couple of the showers there was a little mold around the shower doors/tile but otherwise we loved the house. Lots of rooms and areas to spread out and the pool/spa area was very nice. We definitely will consider staying at this house again.

Everything was perfect! We rented this beautiful home for a family vacation!!! Would definitely return and stay at this home again!!! Everything was just perfect for our family! We had small children to adults and everyone had the best week! So close to the beach! The pool and hot tub were so fun!!! Thank you so much for all the memories we made!!!

We had the BEST time on our first trip to Hilton Head staying at 1 Capri. The pool was absolutely perfect for our group (which included 9 kids ages 2-10), and the bedroom setup was great in allowing the adults to socialize after the kids went to bed without worrying about waking them up. The access to the pool was our one worry going in, since we didn’t know the setup, and we were so relieved to know the kids had more than just one door to exit before being able to reach the water (main door, screened in porch door, AND pool gate). With some mischievous toddlers, we were definitely a bit concerned initially but it was perfect. A few minor issues we had during the stay were resolved quickly as Fred and James were both extremely responsive. With the large family that we have this is the first time we have been able to have a vacation like this all in one house, and we made some amazing memories. We have already talked about coming back!!

We are repeat guests….12 very mature women, friends since the 60’s. We come back because the property could not be more perfect….the beach, the pool and hot tub, the deck and lots of space for gathering or having quiet moments. And Fred, the property manager could not be more responsive when needed.

I hesitate to write this review, but only because I know this place will get booked quickly. Everything about this home was wonderful - location, size, proximity to ocean, pool, hot tub, kitchen set up, and owner communication. Definitely the cleanest place we have stayed in the past 30 years! You won't be disappointed! Thank you to Jim and Fred!

This property is wonderful! So much space for our group of 17 people. Perfect pool and so easy to get to the beach! All the things for the beach are so helpful. The kitchen is also nicely stocked! Our foodie crew enjoyed having some of the extra things in the kitchen that don’t always come with a vrbo. We are already trying to find a time to come again!

Spent the week at 1 Capri to extend a wedding celebration. The home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. Owner is very detail oriented and helpful. Don't hesitate to reserve this property.

We had a great stay at this house. Lots of room for family and friends to sleep and hangout. Very close walk to the beach and nearby Sonesta resort for events. House had all the items we needed during our stay including an elevator that was great for getting heavier items upstairs. Will absolutely recommend this home for stays in Hilton Head and would stay here again ourselves.

This property was well kept and was the perfect location to the beach and Coligny Plaza! Jim was very responsive with any questions I had and throughout the booking process. The amount of beach toys and chairs were very helpful as well. My only complaint is a house this size should have at least one pack and play already at the house for guests. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely come back!

1 Capri was a great place for my family reunion. There were 11 of us and the home allowed great times together and times apart. Location was fantastic, an amazing beach was just a few minutes walk. The house supplied all a group would need for a day at the beach. The pool area was neat and clean. Plenty of chairs and recliners. We enjoyed having a screened in porch. I look forward to our next visit to 1 Capri, it didn't disappoint!

Our family has been to Hilton Head numerous times and this home was perfect for our now grown children and their spouses. The lay out of bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. The owner’s stock of beach chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. We did pay for pool and spa heat and the system works really well. Just follow the instructions and it’s super easy. We had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly with no further issues. Sure the living room furniture could use a refresh, and I guess it’s time to update the kitchen cookware, but neither of those 2 things take away from my 5 star rating. It would just make the home seem fresh again.

This was the perfect property for our group of 18. A block from the beach plus a pool on site. So pretty and so well equipped. Created so many wonderful memories. The elevator was a godsend to my husband. Thank Jim, the owner, for an exceptional home.

Great property, super easy to get to and has all the features and amenities you can ask for. Pool was awesome for the kids and adults alike. The beach is a quick 2 min walk away. Jim was very accommodating and communication was crystal clear. Definitely recommend for large groups!

2 major problems
it's seen better days and needs a serious deep clean
along with new furniture or new upholstery
Capri lane is a swamp we had several nights with downpour
rain and had to wade through mucky mudding water to get
to the beach. one more negative the grill we fully
expected to cook out but there was no way I would
ever cook on a grill that was filled with greasy gunk

This is a great house for a large group. We had 16 people (9 adults and 7 kids) and had a bedroom to spare! The pool is above average size for what you would expect on the island. Only a mile from Coligny Plaza so provisions are easily accessible. Fred, the property manager is the best if you need him and a great guy! Beach access is easy and not crowded at all. Only con’s are that the beds could be a little better quality and…this is a weird one. If you park under the deck your car will be suspect to pool water and debris that has collected on the deck. Overall this is is a great place to stay!

1Capri Lane was the perfect house for our family get-together. The house is spacious and well laid out for our group (8 adults and 5 children ages 2-7). We were very comfortable and lacked nothing. The beach was a short walk (2 minutes down a private lane), and when we wanted to just cool off without going to the beach the pool was right outside. Coligny Plaza was a short bicycle ride. We would definitely return.

1 Capri Ln is a great location for anyone looking to be close to the beach but have a great pool retreat close by. Our family enjoyed both activities all week long all while being situated in a very nice house. Definitely a memory making house and location. Will certainly be back as the schedule permits.

Easy quick walk to the beach, quiet secure neighborhood, sufficient refrigerator space, nice open concept for large group, nice pool deck area, comfortable beds. Considered staying next year but property was already booked!

Great Vacation Getaway
Capri 1 is a lovely, bright and sunny home! The 12 of us had a wonderful time the week we were there. We enjoyed the pool and deck area every single day.
The kitchen is well stocked and large enough to gather and cook together as a family. The beds were super comfortable and there was enough space for everyone to have privacy and quiet time if needed.
Loved the easy walk to the beach and relaxing on the screened in porch. Having the beach toys, wagon and chairs made the trip to the beach much easier. The location was great being away from the hustle and bustle of Coligny but a short drive or bike if needed. We hope to come back again!

Great location & house. Our family of 13 had plenty of space, and highly utilized the great pool deck & screened porches conveniently located off the main living area. Quick walk to the residential beach … nice avoiding the crowds. Very convenient to Coligny … all the shopping you need! The owner & manager were very accommodating.

Our family included 3 generations with 10 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 13. This house was perfect with plenty of room for all of us. Just and a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pool with the latching gate that the little ones were unable to open in their own. Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at 1 Capri. Great for a large group. We had 9 adults and two children. Had all kinds of room. The pool was a hit and the close proximity to the beach was really nice. Beach toys, chairs and wagon a nice amenity. Jim had a new grill installed just before we arrived and it worked great.
We rented bikes and used them every day as the bike path to Coligny Plaza was right across the street. The kids loved the Celebration Park.
Overall a great stay and would highly recommend this place.
