Property was great easy check in and out. 99 percent satisfied only disappointment was the large master tub hot water never got hot. So i was not able to enjoy that. I would recommend this for sure.

Property is everything that is displayed. Beautiful decor, clean, has all the things needed to live. Pool is wonderful, swam in it daily. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. I would and will stay here again. The property is just as described so there were no surprises. My family stayed as we were in town for a Celebration of Life for my Mom. The location is perfect and close to anything you could possibly need. It was nice to "come home" to and really felt like home to us.

My family and I stayed at this residence for a family wedding, and it was exactly as described. It’s in a great location, easy to get to the water and surrounding restaurants. On arrival at this property i must admit my heart sank. The property had a strong musty/stale smoke(?!) smell and did not have the feel of a property that had recently been cleaned ready for paying guests. Unfortunately the pictures used on the website are out of date as this property is tired and in need of an update. On a positive, Eddie Nero was great when we had problems that needed sorting, he would get back to us immediately - thank you!

Nice, clean, quiet property, Management was very quick to respond with a concern over the grill and brought us a new one. Wish there was one more bed in the house, as the futon was uncomfortable. Overall, stay was pleasant.

Great house, nice neighborhood. Second time renting from Eddie, and he is always helpful and quick to return messages. Will continue to book with him! Was slightly disappointed as we thought the pool had a hot tub, and the pool lounge chairs are broken, so we weren't able to move them.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Vero Beach for my brothers birthday in November & we found out just days before leaving that hurricane Nicole was coming in. We were so worried we’d have to cancel and I didn’t purchase the trip protection. Eddie was so accommodating & responsive and really put me at ease! Our hurricane shutters were up when we got there and the house was in perfect condition! Eddie came by asap to help us finish removing the shutters. The house is beautiful, the decor is perfect and the beds are comfortable! We absolutely loved the pool and the safety gate was perfect for my 2 & 4 year olds! Would 100% book here again!

Property was as listed. Neighborhood is very quite. Not much in the immediate area but nothing is too far away. No major issues with our stay and I would say the Property is price appropriately for the area but again please be prepared to drive a little for j8st about everything.

We stayed at the house for 9 nights in September. The house was clean and very comfortable for kids and adults. The outside area and the pool were also nice and clean. The location is close to beaches and shopping. Eddie was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience staying here and we'll be coming back again in the future.

What a great place to stay
From the get-go, Eddie was a great host. Responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. We had two families stay for about 10 days. The pool was great and the highlight for the kids. The place was clean and the layout was great. Cooking in the kitchen went great and we liked the layout. It was close enough to beaches and restaurants.
At one point, we wanted to have a crab boil. I asked Edie if he could help us secure a big crab pot. He legitimately took a crack at helping us, but gave us an alternative option which allowed us to have our crab boil using the local grocery store who could boil the crabs for us. This went above and beyond what we hoped for or expected.
We will definitely be back.
