Everthing on the listing and more, we have stayed in Naples many times and this is the best property we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a great vacation near the beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys for younger ones. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Its situated near beaches and lots of shopr, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon, thankyou Eduardo.

We are interested in the area and wanted a place close to the beach…this property was perfect for our family and we loved the proximity to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato. Would highly recommend this property for those that need three bedrooms.

Everything about this place makes us want to come back. Clean. Decorated well. Pool and pool toys. Close to beach. The only downside was it would be nice to have a king bed in master sweet.

Me and my 5 cousins stayed here during our trip in Naples. Eduardo was an amazing host and dropped us off a wireless speaker for the beach. The house was in stunning condition both aesthetically and cleanliness wise. Publix, Mercato, Vanderbilt beach and Starbucks are all 5 mins away. The pool was always heated and great to have during the night. I recommend Baleen for beachfront dinner and Campiellos for authentic italian. 239 in Mercado for brunch. We are all in our mid 20’s so Cavo and Blue Martini for night life. The house was in distance to all of these places. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eduardo.

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. The safe feeling and quiet neighborhood was also a great perk! Great place to stay.

The house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It perfectly fit 6 adults. We loved using the pool area and rode the bikes to the beach! Great location. :)

We were spoiled for six days and did not want to go home. It is a well-stocked house: toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs, coolers, pots and pans. Southern exposure pool with privacy fence was wonderful! Looked like it recently went through a major renovation and all the furnishings inside are new.

This was our first experience staying in a private residence rather than a high end hotel. Sea Breeze is paradise! It is meticulously addressed! Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean. The host is responsive and professional. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is available, the kitchen is equipped with all items one could ask for, and more! It is obvious that Eddie the host has put a lot of effort in making certain his guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool and surrounding area is so tranquil. We will return again soon!!

Beautiful place. Everything is brand new. Had most everything you would think about in a house (tons of towels, kitchen tools and appliances). However, the reason we picked the place over others was a heated pool without extra cost. The reality is that it just wasn’t heated. Called our host. It is true the heat is set at 88 degrees, it’s just only on a few hours a day and never actually heats the pool. Would have paid a heating bill to stay somewhere else and have a warmer pool.

Totally remodelled Villa in Naples Park.
Everything in the villa is new and spotlessly clean.
Very good taste to all the furniture and decor.
There was nothing we could have wanted any more in the Villa.
Felt homely, and we really enjoyed staying there, and next time we are in Naples, this will definitely be are choice to stay.
Great pool, bikes to use, and the plenty of cleaning products, more than any other place we have ever stayed in.

5 day get away was amazing ..house was immaculate..filly stocked with anything you need ..we had 2 12 yr old also ..location was amazing by all the beaches. Went for a birthday weekend with my wife and 2 other couples. Plenty of room with a open floor plan that leads to a great pool area which is all screened in and a small covered area with a large table that fit 8 people. The best part besides a short drive to the beach was anything you think you need it is stocked in this house.. Tons of nice plush towels, tons of beach chairs and towels, bikes, pool/beach toys! Not to mention a beach parking pass and was very clean with comfy beds and all around a great time.

We all loved the house and pool. It was beautifully decorated! I loved that there were ceiling fans in all the rooms. The lights and fans were a little tricky to figure out, but not a big deal. It is pretty close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was also mostly quiet and calm. Our daughters absolutely loved the pool!! We would definitely recommend this house for someone looking to get away. Thanks again for having us!

We loved staying here. It was my husband and two kids ages 10 and 11 and my elderly mother who is 76. My Mom is very picky and even she loved the place. We used the bikes and helmets to ride to the beach a few times which was close. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything you'd need. Check in and out was easy and seamless with the owner. I might have preferred a larger bed for the master room since my husband and I are used to a king size, but that's the only complaint that I can muster.

Perfect accommodations for a perfect Easter week vacation.
I have been spending Easter week with my family for the past 10 years. This house and accommodations were rated with five stars. Pool and patio fit our every need. Close to the beach and Mercator . Met friends there for dinner. Great restaurants to be easily reserved. Eddie was a perfect host. Quick text with any questions I had. This house will be on my list for the next time. Love the fact that there were bikes to ride. Bonus with the beach parking sticker. That alone is worth five stars.

Great location well appointed
Overall great vacation. The only item in the house that needs some attention is the couch in the kitchen area. I think it is starting to lose its structure. Everything else was great!

Great beach house !
This is our second February at this house . We signed up for next year . It is perfect for our family. Well equipped , spotless very comfortable space , quiet , warm pool and the location is a few blocks from the beach .We highly recommend it ! Eddie is responsive and attention to detail .

Great vacation rental!!
This is our 7 th February in Naples and this was one of the best houses we stayed in . It was clean and well equipped when we arrived . The warm pool was a favorite of the family and the location was excellent , quiet and close to the beach . Ed was responsive when we called him . The only suggestion we have is a new mattress in the master bedroom . All in all , a very pleasant home .

Perfect family vacation home
Perfect for our family of 6 plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers and bedding and space the space was great for the kids when they were tired they could go off to their own room and nap or watch TV for a while. Kitchen has nearly everything we needed maybe a colander and a pizza cutter or sharp chopping knife for salads but we were easily able to make do. Quiet neighborhood, pool was clean and warm. Very happy with our 4 day stay, we were even able to check in a little earlier which was an extra bonus because we had little to no sleep that day. Great time will remember this house for our next trip down to visit our family. Really close to anything you need beach, Walmart, publix, Walgreen all right there.

Small Delight
An older small house that was rehab'd very well. Private in a very quiet neighborhood. One mile to the beach with pass provided. Impeccably clean and stocked with everything you can think of, including coolers, bikes, beach umbrella, tan lotion even. Up to date stocked kitchen, newer grill. Sweet pool area. Only glitch a leaking master bath faucet but silent. They only forgot Kleenex in the house but for a buck, big deal. Overall a good stay for 4 days.
