Home was in a great location, just roughly half a mile from kings beach with a grocery store right next door and water access to the lake at the end of the road. Home was clean and had much more beds and space than the photos appeared to. We do not regret booking and plan to book again for our next visit to Tahoe.

We rented this property at the last minute when plans fell thru for a Birthday Celebration in Reno. It is a large spacious home with a great secure backyard perfect for our pups. Well stocked and clean.Vasily was easy to reach and helpful. Location is great with Grocery and Moon Dunes Beach in walking distance.

We had a great time being able to be close but still away from the bustle. You’re within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Even though we came during a heat wave the house was cool inside. We are hoping to come back and visit again.

Great place! Convenient location! The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking and BBQ. The fenced yard made having our dogs with us easy and the hot tub was ready when we were!

I was looking to unwind in a house with a fireplace, hot tub/spa, that was super close to the lake. BINGO. This spacious and well accommodated house thats 3 minutes walking distance from the beach was comfortable and clean and big enough for several couples.
The nearby beaches were not dog friendly so we drove passed incline village where you could pay 15 dollars per car to park and explore the many beaches and trails.
The house had several rooms and bathrooms and a lovely wood burning stove in the living room, with some wood available, courtship of the host. I purchased kindling from Safeway and left behind the stack i didnt use, for the next guest. As well as firestarter to easily get the fire going.
The only downside was that we brought dvds to watch bc the ad listed a dvd player. Upon arrival there was no dvd player. There was wifi for the downstairs tv so we were still able to enjoy the large tv by the fire.
The furnishings and appliances are all updated and there was plenty of room to stretch out and lounge.
The hot tub heated up fairly quickly after we adjusted the temperature. The chlorine smell mention by others is actually more likely due to insufficient chlorine but only a chlorine test strip could truly know. It was a bit chlorine-ey but we still enjoyed the hot water and jets.
The fenced in yard meant my dog could roam while i soaked in the hot tub, and the host had clearly snowblowed the sidewalk and patio as it was dry and safe.

We absolutely loved our stay for our family including our dogs! The home was so spacious which was much needed for our wild 7 year old, and so comfortable.
The owner was quick with responses to our questions and lovely overall! I would for sure stay here again!
The added bonus, Safeway and the most delicious Italian restaurant were just steps away as was the beach!! We didn’t have to take our car out to get a great meal!

Great little place. Walking distance to a lot of things. Comfortable property with plenty room for our family. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong it took our breath away if we had the jets on. Otherwise, was very nice stay.

We loved the house it really was comfortable and has so much space. The beds were so comfortable and all the living spaces. We walked to breakfast every morning and to Safeway. We enjoyed the yard, at the time of our stay there was no grass, but still lots of patio to enjoy. We chose it for the EV charger mentioned and the location. Unfortunately it is just a EV size plug not actually a cord or charger, so we were not able to use it. We were ok since we found a fast charger in Truckee. There is definitely dog hair around the living areas (couch and carpet) otherwise very clean. The owner was fast to respond.
Overall a great home and we will recommend it to friends. Hopefully we can get to Tahoe again and can stay there ourselves.

This was a perfect home for our quick get away. I did not realize they did not provide firewood but the owner was very responsive and we were able to get wood at Safeway which is within walking distance. The place was great!

So grateful for the wonderful responsiveness and help received from Vasily (and his wife!) to get through the huge New Years Eve snowfall. The house is very nice, if showing some age here and there. Most areas are roomy and we especially appreciated the 8-seat dining room table. Full baths 2 and 3 are small but workable; same for the kitchen. New appliances are great, and location can't be beat! Our group had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Our family of six and our puppy found this to be an ideal rental house for our short stay in the area. It’s just across the street from the lake and a short walk from the grocery store. Our puppy and our kids enjoyed the fenced in and flat yard. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The furnishings are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a weekend and let me tell you how great everything was. First off, the house was perfection. Beautiful backyard for the snow. Close to Safeway so getting groceries in the snow was easy. Very quiet and lots to do for entertainment. As for Visaly, he was a great. He was very communicative and had the best of interest for my family and me. We will definitely be back to stay here again soon! Wonderful experience!!

Vasily’s place was perfect for us. Close walk to everything, nice safe neighborhood, and lovely yard to lounge in. Lots of beds. Not a lot of natural light, and could use some fresh air- it’s a lil pet-musty or old smoking-musty that’s the only knock on “cleanliness”. Overall it was an excellent stay

We knew this and brought a Firestick but , the service company in Tahoe makes using this and many Broadcast apps: ex ESPN, Fox, ABC ‘unavailable’, even when connecting to a laptop for streaming, TV cast etc. We tried (our grown children tried as well, and they know tech)… but we made do.
Plan on returning MANY times !

Great space in a good location, about a block from Safeway and a five minute walk from a very kid friendly/sandy beach. I loved the back yard patio. I sat out there often and just took in the fresh air.

Terrific house and Location
Terrific house and Location I have rented many homes all throughout Tahoe every summer and winter for many years. This home has it all plenty of space big hot tub new barbecue literally short walk to Safeway five minutes to the beach it was big it was clean it had everything we needed would definitely be staying there every year also if you golf Brockway is right there the driving range is right there lanzas restaurant like I said the perfect house and lots of room for a big family

This is an Older Home, very clean. How ever they had shampoo, conditioner and Bath soaps in every bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook there. There was a Brand new bbq, with 2 propane tanks. The owner responded to fix a couple of items very quickly. Nice big back yard with lots of seating. Hot tub.. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and really just a short walk to get to the beach.

Location location location! What a great spot to spend three full days in North Lake Tahoe at! Right across from the beach and walking distance to town, where you can get just about anything, this place was A++
I met a friend who was in town from Australia and took my two dogs! The well fenced yard was awesome to have while we were hanging out visiting! The hot tub was hot on arrival and the kitchen was well stocked! Safeway is next door to grab your essentials like milk butter and bread and anything else you may need for your stay! Hiking trails nearby and short drive up to Truckee to hit the shops :) Vasily was easy to communicate with and the place was spotless on arrival! Furniture was plentiful and beds were comfy! This isn’t a newly remodeled home but well appointed clean and comfortable- will absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Safeway is block away. Lake is a block away. This place is bigger than expected from the pictures. The owner of thisVerbo was very friendly and accommodating. Quickly answering any questions before and during the trip. Will contact again for future stay with more family members. Thanks!!

Great location, everything you need, beautiful and immaculate baths and kitchen, great heat, lotta room for a family. Great hot tub too.
But the saggy king bed and couches kinda undo some good. But if you like a soft bed then alls good. We had a great time and would return if concerns addressed.

Cozy cabin in great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Safeway, coffee, and several restaurants in downtown King's Beach. Our dog loved the closed yard. Vasily was very responsive and helpful during both check in and check out.

Amazing house!!
My husband and I took our puppy here for a week and such a nice time. The house was in great shape and all appliances worked perfectly. No complaints! The owner was very nice and communicative. Highly recommend for a week/weekend getaway!

A great spot for us
We were glad to find this property just a short walk from a family member's small home. We were also happy that our two dogs were acceptable to the property owner. We had one small issue during our stay and Vasily was incredibly responsive – he came over to fix it within 10 minutes! We would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, great location in North Lake Tahoe
We loved the location. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activity outdoors. It's great being able to pick up grocery from Safeway and enjoy a relaxing meal together at "home". It's great having wifi at the house so we can catch up on work and/or school when needed. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard.

Convenient to beach and town
This house is walkable to the lake (across the street and a few hundred yards to two different public beaches) and maybe a quarter mile to all the shops and restaurants in Kings Beach. Practically next door to Lanza's and Safeway.
As others have mentioned, the layout is a little quirky... it's one of those houses that must have been added onto over time. Plenty of beds... you could think of this as a 3-bedroom house or kind of as 5 bedrooms, as there are two dens with doors off the living room and master bedroom with bunks or twin bed inside. The only downstairs bathroom is ensuite with the downstairs bedroom. Two of the bathrooms must have been renovated quite recently.
The kitchen is modern and nice. Though its footprint is small, there is plenty of cabinet space, including plenty of empty cabinets in which to store your food and a large separate pantry near the stairs. There's a nice large dining table and the living room is quite large.
Though we didn't have small kids in our group, a family with young ones would appreciate that there was a high chair in the closet.
