The place is close to all tourism attraction .. very convenient

The room don’t have bar fridge though there is an ice room at times you just want cold water when u wake up

It was not nice, your guests were too many to be cattered for. I ended up eating out on Sunday You can do better.

I was accomodated before i checked in. I managed to have my online meeting in your conference room. This i really appreciate

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. My kids loved it very much

The location is very nice, quiet and safe and close to the mall which was very convenient. The breakfast team was very efficient and made everything run smoothly despite the busyness

The pool didn't look quite clean and I just wish they could separate families with people traveling as a pair because it wasn't nice to be woken up by screaming kids at 7 in the morning

The beds are too small even if they are single. I also think the hotel should have done something about our birthday especially that we notified them in time. That would have made it even special especially that both of us went there to celebrate our birthday. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and in a very neat quiet location plus the proximity to the Mall is just wonderful.

It is a great stay especially when you want to shop at Canal Walk! The coffee machine at breakfast was a bonus!

Friendly staff. Neat room. Breakfast was very wholesome and offered wide variety each day.

On our last morning, prior to check out, the staff were not accomodating our needs for a takeaway breakfast or for us to eat the said breakfast in our room. Whereas 2 days before that, we were allowed to eat the breakfast in our room because our youngest was ill.

The bed is small. Their was no water provided in the room. The dinning area is small and had to queue in the morning to wait for a table

The bathroom was a little cramped, with a single door that did dual duty for privacy in the toilet and the sink area

The breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The shower drainage system was faulty the water only went through the drain minutes after taking a shower. We couldn't swith on the aircon, as the sound that the aircon made was unbearable. For my stay, only pillow cases where changed and not the entire bedding. The poured some chemicals on the shower drain on Wednesday, whatever they poured smelled so bad, it triggered my chronic sinuses

Check bedding every 2nd day, change breakfast menu, service aircon frequently and check the drainage system.

Great location, walking distance to canal walk. A variety of choice for the breakfast. The staffs are friendly also, we enjoyed our stay.

I would have appreciated it if our soaps would have been restocked daily.

The staff were really friendly especially at the front desk.

The description said there would be water in our room and there wasn't. Also we booked for 2 adults and a child but there were only 2 mugs and 2 glasses in the room and we had to ask for bedding and pillows for our child.

I liked the friendly staff, easy access to the mall and overall cosiness of the place, the readiness for loadshedding was also a plus for the hotel, as I stayed at another company’s hotel that was not ready for loadshedding.

The lack of mini fridge and microwave and minimal seating during breakfast.

Location of the props is amazing very central

Staff kept making errors: 1. The room I booked was not available at checkin 2. There was back and forth the next morning to get me the room I booked ( had to go wait for hours before getting the room) 3. At check in other guests complaining about other guest walking into their rooms due to double booking, I too had another guest walking in on me while I was getting dressed. 3. No paperwork was done, no inform about breakfast and checkout times mentioned at checkin . Stick late checkout rules regardless of the fact that I accommodated the hotel waiting outside for long hours to get into my room. Breakfast area too small and we had to sit outside in the cold.

Noisy Room not cleaned properly

The cleanliness

The shower water was very cold. I asked for an extra blanket on Friday night, I never received it. I got it on Saturday night when I went to the reception to fetch it myself. We asked for the iron on our way from the dinning, the general worker gave us to carry it to the room. It was so heavy and difficult to carry that iron attached to the ironing board. The general worker came to change our towels in the morning and she never brought them back, we used our own. There is no fridge for the customer stuff, we were told it’s for medication

Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Very good and friendly catering staff and waitrons. Location was brilliant. Great coffee machine. Very accommodating reception that helped store our luggage for us before and after our check in/out.

Unfortunately the wifi is non existent. We did request to move rooms due to this (also the generator on the outside set of rooms was very loud). Initially made to feel that this request was unreasonable but reception did ultimately accommodate the change. Generator on the side of the inside rooms could be heard but much quieter on the inside of hotel. Grateful for the generators during loadshedding :-)

Room was clean, but tea/ coffee station was not fully stocked, milk provided is not sufficient

Breakfast was bad, on both mornings the food provided was not satisfactory. Service at reception was not good, staff was sarcastic, and mumbled under their breath whilst servicing me, one lady referred to God as a swear word. I asked her to stop doing that
