The staff was great,.. helpful with any request,and the location was good.

No hot water, but I guess is comon I that area.

i very much appreciated having FREE DRINKING WATER WITHOUT DISPOSABLE PLASTIC BOTTLES in the room. I can't imagine why this is so rare. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe Loka is right nearby, and a few other restaurants are a short walk away. If you want more food choices, or need to buy any necessities, you have to take a trike into town.

The room stinks of chemicals. You get used to it, but as soon as you enter from outside, it hits you. Also, the bathroom sink had something on it that attracted ants like crazy. I had them clean it, which helped keep it mostly ant-free. Also, no screens on the windows or door, so if you don't want to be bitten by mosquitos at night, you have to close them and turn the AC on. No ceiling fan.

The guy at reception is sooo nice trying to help with whatever you ask for. The wifi is really good if you site outside. Good breakfast in a closeby restaurant. I could check in early which was nice of him.

Well they have quite alot to improve. First of no mirror in the bathroom (inconvenient if you want to shave). Second only cold water to shower (really cold water). There is no waterpressure so after toilet i had to fill my bucket with water and flush that way. There were PLENTY of ants in my room. No laundry service, bar or.good restaurant for food (just breakfast)

I like the place because it’s very near to cloud 9. It will just take a few steps and you will see the wonderful view of cloud 9 and the beach. Actually it is located at the back of cafe loka. Very comfy place and clean. Kuya Bong is very accommodating to your needs and very approachable as well. It’s really worth the price. I will surely come back again.
