Close to ski slope and all the things you want to experience in Beech Mtn. Cozy, quiet and can we talk about that view?!? My favorite part of the day was sipping coffee and watching the daybreak across the mountains. Definitely what I needed to reset. I’ll be back!

This condo is in a great location and is close to the mountain, but a few things you should know if you stay here:
First, there is NOT a hot tub, which the VRBO description includes. This was disappointing for us because it's one of the reasons we chose to stay here.
Second, no shampoo or conditioner is provided.
Third, no coffee is included.
That said, each of the beds is king-size and very firm. The fireplace was a welcome addition and frequently used. The home did include a lot of cooking utensils.
It's extremely close to the mountains, but (and this is included in the description) you won't be able to park in front of the house. There's also a beautiful view from the back windows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped cabin! It boasts a beautiful view over the valley. We were able to cook our meals there and really feel like home.

Cozy place great for the family and very concerto Beech Mtn. Beds were incredibly cozy. The only bummer was the pilot light went out on the fireplace almost immediately and we didn’t get to enjoy it, but those things happen. Recommend!

The townhome was amazing! It was fully stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Easy to get to up the mountain and close to the lifts. My daughter loved snowboarding while we were there. Day of leaving, woke up with it snowing to finish a great weekend. Would definitely book again.

This cute little villa was exactly how it was described. The views were amazing & we had everything we needed. The location was easy to get to and only a few mins away from restaurants and shops. It was perfect for a girls weekend in the mountains to visit the Land of Oz park!!

Spent two weeks in this villa this summer. It was wonderful. The villa is even better than the photos would indicate. Very good hiking right on Beech Mountain (a mix of profile hikes and uphill hikes). Other good options in Grandfather Mountain, Boone, and Blowing Rock. During the summer the Appalachan State Music Festival has some great performers / performances.
I'm planning to returning for two weeks next summer.

This place is exactly as listed. Perfectly clean with everything we needed. So close to Beech Resort, less than a couple min drive, if that. The kitchen had everything we needed and CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on how to use fireplace, oven, electronics etc. That part was amazing and made it even more relaxing and enjoyable. Would totally stay again.
Oh yeah, when we arrived there was a momma bear and three cubs digging through the large trash dumpster, someone must not have closed the door previously. It was both amazing to see up close but also unnerving because they were really tearing up the trash. Close the doors peeps! Lots of beautiful dear and birds chirping.

The property was ok for the price. The carpet should be replaced to wood or tile due to visible use/traffic stains. The place was overall clean but dated, 70's green tubs, dated furniture, older bedding. The owners were good with communication and it fit our purpose to take our 4 year old to start to learn to ski. There was winter weather one morning where I could not get back up the ramp to the unit after I had left to check the road status due to the Ice that had developed on the walkways. The walk to the unit was down a very long/steep set of stairs, would be perfectly fine in summer but in winter was scary at times. The downstairs tub did not drain well (we discussed with owner) and the front door knob fell off while we were trying to exit one day, we had to find a screwdriver to put it back on. Overall an ok stay, fees were reasonable but overall feel the unit needs lots of updates.

The condo/ cabin is perfectly located on Beech Mountain and has everything you need for your stay! Tom was very quick to respond and helped with anything we needed!

Enjoyed our stay in Beech Mountain. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck enjoying it. Great location with sort drives to many places to eat and/or enjoy a beverage.

Wonderful location, however for the 65+ the walk to the parking lot was difficult. On the plus side, the views were spectacular! You felt on top of the world and very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Ski trip
the villa was clean and very comfortable. The only issue is the loading and unloading of the vehicle. But we made it work. I would stay here again. The views were beautiful and located close to the ski slopes

We loved the location of this mountain cabin. Easy to get to Beech Mountain for skiing and close enough to Banner Elk for food. We had a lovely snow the night we checked in. The roads are treated up to the last turn so we had no trouble. Getting out the next morning wasn't bad. The condo was nice and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked. Tom was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Beautiful views. Friendly deer appeared each morning. We hope to return next year.

Mountain Paradise
We (mom, dad, and two adult children) stayed here this past Thanksgiving and we all agree this will go down as one of our most memorable family holidays! The views from the main family room and kitchen were SPECTATULAR and changed beautifully throughout the day depending on the location of the sun. It was amazingly cozy, clean, and with a well-stocked kitchen (which was definitely needed and appreciated cooking our Thanksgiving dinner!) In the mornings, we enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the balcony. In the afternoons, we ventured out to one of the many hikes in the area and in the evenings, we spent time chatting and cozying up around the gas fireplace. Tom was an excellent communicator with clear instructions available throughout. Thank you Tom (& Karen). We would definitely love to return one day to this peaceful, mountain paradise!

We had rain, we had a little bit snow, we had sunny view, from foggy morning to sunny afternoon to starry night, the view changes every minute with the mist or cloud moving so fast. The property really has everything you can think of, beds are comfortable, livingroom with fireplace is cozy, home decoration makes you feel like home., kitchen equipped almost everything you need. Owner provides a very detailed information once booked, finding the place can be a little challenging, especially in the dark, but if you read those instructions carefully, you should be fine.

Spectacular View
It was our first trip to Beech mountain and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The view from the living room was spectacular. The villa was clean and well-stocked. The Check-in process was hassle-free. Tom was available to answer any questions I had. Will be staying again....hopefully soon. Thank you Tom for sharing your property with us.

Mountain-side getaway
The drive up and down from Banner Elk is not for the faint of heart. That said, once up to the condo, the view is spectacular.
The condo is well outfitted. owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. One consideration is noise from the first floor upstairs, there is no door at the top of the spiral staircase.

Enjoyed our stay, especially using the Beech Mountain Club for golf and pickleball thru a temp membership transfer. Tom was very good to work with - easy, quick communication. Bed in MBR was comfortable; couch in LR could use an upgrade. Kitchen was well stocked. Did not use the upstairs at all except for a couple of loads of laundry. Enjoyed sitting outside. We had an unusually warm week, hitting 80 a few days, so A/C would have been nice during the day, but we were out most of the time anyway during the day, and things cooled off nicely at night.
