NEWLY RENOVATED Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!
Este condominio frente al mar se sometió a una renovación completa de cocina y baño en diciembre de 2018. ¡El blanco, todos los gabinetes de madera y las encimeras de cuarzo iluminan el condominio! También hay un amplio espacio de almacenamiento en la despensa con cajones extraíbles. Y todos los electrodomésticos de cocina son nuevos a partir de 2018. Actualizamos a un calentador de agua sin tanque para que no haya temor de quedarse sin agua caliente. También permite un amplio espacio de almacenamiento en el baño.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama queen con topper de espuma y una bañera de hidromasaje con revestimiento de baldosas de cerámica. Hay una litera que es perfecta para los niños con alojamiento adicional en el sofá cama que tiene un colchón de espuma de 4 "de alta calidad. Recuerde que no se proporcionan sábanas ni toallas. Very pleased with ability to speak with Jennifer Hall about opening door to condo & her explanation made it work! Otherwise very pleased with bed, but wished towels were provided rather than another bag to bring. Overall, easy to get there and convenient to other areas.

We‘re coming off of another great vacation at OIB and another year of staying at Ocean Cove 110! We have made it our tradition to stay at OC110 every year and it never disappoints. The condo is well equipped with anything you might need to make your stay feel like home.
We are fond of the location. We often times love to go for a swim at night and because the condo is situated so close to the pool this makes it super easy. So much to do that’s within a short walk from the condo - whether it’s to the playground, play putt-putt, visit Sunset Slush, or grab lunch or dinner at the Pelican’s Perch! A vacation is also never complete without dinner at OIFC and Sharkey’s. Whatever you decide to do, the location is spot on.
To Jennifer, thank you for being so gracious in offering hospitality at its finest! We will definitely be planning to return for our 2025 Summer vacation!

This condo is small but makes great use of the space. Location is perfect for beach and pool. Condo is very tastefully decorated and had everything needed. Owners were very responsive in addressing a few minor issues at check in.

We booked this last minute and we loved the location. Right in the center of town. Walk to shops, restaurants, mini golf and the pier. The covered porch was great as well. We were able to watch our kids in the pool or on the beach right from the porch. We also were able to sit out during a rain storm as well since it was covered.

We loved our first trip to OIB! OIB was very clean and family friendly. The condo was clean and in such a convenient location right off the beach. We were able to walk with our two young children to beach shops, ice cream and the park. It was a short drive over the bridge to grocery stores. We spent a day in North Myrtle Beach at the Barefoot Landing which wasn’t a far drive. We also definitely recommend going into Calabash for an afternoon/evening. Calabash was a short drive from OIB and is very neat area with nice shops and very good restaurants. We can definitely see ourselves coming back to OIB and this condo.

This is our go to condo on Ocean Isle. The location in the complex and on the beach is awesome Just steps from everything. Lots of storage in the kitchen and bath, which is important to me. The owners are very quick to take care of any issues that may arise. This is definitely our happy place when visiting OIB. We'll be back!

ON the beach, 60 yds from the tide line with room for parents and 2 kids or teenagers. Big community deck with pool is right out front as is beach access. Literally minutes to all necessities and not far to everything else. You love it!

Our vacation was great … great location to everything and ocean front. The only thing I would say is that our place could have been a little cleaner . I had to clean out the dish washer with colorox wipes and the silverware drawer needs some cleaning overall the condo needs a deep cleaning and the rug in from room needs to be replaced . Other than that we had a great trip .
