Excellent large property, well stocked, great ocean view, all the comforts of home and a few more. Laurie and Mark extremely helpful responding quickly to all our questions. An enclosed car garage a plus.

The condo was just perfect, the condo itself was perfectly decorated and with all the necessary furnishings, including beach equipment. We loved the view of the water and proximity to the beach. The private access pool and hot tub area was a bonus. OV has many amenities and the area was great to walk and bike.We loved the walk to the jetty and back every day.
Met very nice people but best of all was working with Laurie and Mark. They were very responsive and the communication was excellent. Thank you both so much, we look forward to our next visit. Sincerely grateful, Chris and Patti

Best Condo
In the eight years we have rented in Ocean Village, this is without a doubt the best rental. The condo was complete with everything we needed for our stay. Having a garage was an added plus.

Ocean Village is beyond incredible!
My husband and I spent two months this year, Feb and March 2021 during the pandemic, in this condo in Ocean Village and we had a terrific time. The condo is well appointed, clean, and beautifully laid out. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items for cooking, including pans, coffee pot, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware etc. The mattress on the king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Coffee in the morning on the side porch, sunsets in the evening on the front porch, what more could you ask for. I participated in all the open activities in OV, tennis lessons with Raymond and Emile, pickleball, golf, yoga, water aerobics, walking, biking, pools, shuffleboard, bocce, and of course swimming and riding the waves. Everyone in OV was very friendly and helpful, it just doesn't get better than this. The owner, Laurie, is the best! Her communication with us was spot on. My only regret is that I wasn't quick enough to book this condo for 2022. Enjoy! Carol

Excellent place to stay
The condo is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, it was immaculately clean with organization throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for cooking. Watching the beautiful sunrise each morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee, started the day on a perfect note. We appreciated Laurie's quick response to any of our questions. We look forward to returning next year!

Everything about the condo, the entire complex, the location and the ease and willingness of Laurie to make our stay enjoyable was way more than we anticipated. We loved everything so much we are hopeful that we can do it again next year.

Great accommodations.
Laurie was extremely easy to work with through the whole process. She has the house fully stocked. It was convenient to get to the pool beach and other amenities at Ocean Village.

Relaxing Vacation Spot
This rental property provided everything that was advertised and more. The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped for Florida living and activities. It was enjoyable to have coffee on the screened in balcony overlooking the ocean at sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the many amenities that Ocean Village had to offer including the direct access to the beach for exercise and shell collecting, pools, hot tubs and the Tiki Bar. The owner, Laurie, responded quickly to all of my sometimes silly questions. Thank you Laurie for making our two week sibling visit and my retirement trip so memorable! I look forward to returning in the near future!

Fully updated spacious condo
We spent three wonderful weeks in Ocean Village. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. We especially enjoyed morning coffee in either of the two screened balconies facing the ocean or pool Owners were terrific.

Fun in the sun
Our first time visit to the area was a wonderful experience. The condo was spacious and decorated very tasteful. A beautiful view of the surrounding property with ability to see the ocean waves coming into shore. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, great location
We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. This condo is newly renovated- beautiful and very well equipped, clean and comfortable. I loved having morning coffee to the sound of the waves. The property is gorgeous, many amenities- pools, tiki bar, restaurant. There is garage parking which is nice and walk a few steps to the sand- paradise! The owners were very easy to deal with and made sure all of our needs were met. We can't wait to go back!
