A major home project necessitated our having to live elsewhere. Fortunately, this VRBO was available and was an absolutely perfect home-away-from-home for my husband and our 2 Chihuahuas and me. It had a privacy-fenced backyard for the dogs with a covered deck and ample shade. It was clean, attractively and comfortably furnished, well supplied with all one needs to live away from home, and best of all in our hot, humid SWFL summers, bug free. For those of us who like to walk, this VRBO is perfectly located for a walk across a bridge, past the shops on 5th Avenue S, and to the beach. It’s a long walk. A shorter one would be to Tin City just a bit beyond the bridge. In short, this was a great place to stay in a great location. Moreover, the property manager, Gayle, was easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything.

The property was very clean & the owner was extremely helpful! Unfortunately, we were cut short by a week because of the Covid -19 Virus.

We enjoyed the privacy afforded by this duplex. The back yard was especially appreciated by my two dogs. It is very close to downtown Naples. The unit was clean and very well apportioned with everything we needed for our stay.

great location, great host, all accommodations were met with comfort. Internet was down when we got there and immediately fixed. (cut cable from construction) air condition, all comforts of home, kitchen, bed comfort, you name it, perfect for two with our small dog.

I really enjoyed my stay at Gail’s cottage. It was very clean and the perfect size for me and my dog. It had everything you could possibly need. Great location. Close to downtown and close to my parents place so a double plus. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. It is a great location. They had everything we needed for our visit including two bikes if we needed them. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This is a great 1 bedroom cottage in Naples, FL. It is located on a nice quiet side street, but close to the main roads for wherever you want to go. Most of the places that we went to were only 10 to 15 minutes away. The cottage comes with most everything that you need, and Karen started us off with some extra treats! It was hard to leave by the end of our time there.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean comfortable home. The quiet neighborhood was a plus and the location to everything we wanted to do was perfect. The owners were very friendly and were readily available if we had concerns.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for 3 weeks (Jan. 7 - Jan 28, 2017). We wished we could have stayed longer! We chose this cottage because it was pet-friendly, with a great location and price. It was perfect for us and our cocker spaniel. This unit is half of the cottage pictured. The other unit is VRBO # 918323. The cottage is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, with very little traffic. Neighbors were welcoming & friendly. The Cottage: Clean and well-maintained Great natural lighting in the living room & kitchen/dining area Bedroom, closet and bathroom are brightly lit as well There are ceiling fans and air conditioning units in both the living room & bedroom New ceramic tile throughout - easy to keep clean, especially with a pet WiFi - great speed & reception throughout the unit The Living Room: Lots of comfortable seating Flat panel TV with Direct TV with HBO & Showtime DVD player, with a nice selection of DVDs The Kitchen/Dining area: Updated kitchen counters, backsplash, sink, cabinetry and appliances Nicely stocked - we had everything we needed The Bedroom: Queen bed - very comfortable (we like a firm mattress) Storage - there was a huge dresser, a smaller bureau and 2 nightstands - plenty! The Closet: large walk-in closet, right off the bedroom The Bathroom: Newly updated with new toilet and sink/vanity. For storage, there were 2 wall-hung cabinets along with the vanity base Great water pressure with plenty of hot water Towels - more than enough! Hair Dryer The Lanai: Comfortable sofa & coffee table - perfect for our morning coffee Full Size Washer & Dryer - the owner provided laundry detergent Flat panel TV Other Amenities: Bicycles - 2 bikes were provided (one guy's, one gal's). Perfect for our daily bike ride around the neighborhood. We brought our own bike helmets and bike locks. Beach chairs (2), beach towels and cooler Table top grill - we did not use, looked new to me The Owners: Gail & Andy were friendly, easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions prior to reserving the unit. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks again, Andy, for giving us the freshly-caught grouper fish - it was delicious! We loved our stay at this cottage. Perfect location, pet-friendly and great price! We'd love to return!
