Our family of 6 adults and 4 teenagers thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house! We loved that there were 3 king sized beds for the adults. Nice that all 3 downstairs bedrooms had access through sliders to the yard. The kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect location for us. We'd love to stay in this house again.

We had 2 houses. This one was for the ‘kids’ - cousins all over 25. The location was great. We rented 2 golf carts for each home so the 12 of us had a lot of flexibility to get to the beach and the Mauna Lani hotel and neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked in one evening.

Review of Serenity
Property could have been cleaner when we arrived. Top shelf of dishwasher is broken, master toilet runs, lamp on bed stand in master doesn’t work, need more silverware, outdoor grill heating uneven, shampoo dispenser upstairs was either empty or broken. THOSE WERE JUST HELPFUL HINTS TO GET REPAIRED.
OTHERWISE , we loved it. Great location, Floorplan, privacy, we loved all the beach towels and toys etc in Garage. We would come back. Thanks

Lovely condo with great amenities1
We had the most wonderful time in this lovely home! There were amenities aplenty and lots of places to hang out as a group. Check in was super smooth and easy, we also rented a golf cart for local drives - which was perfect for getting around the Mauna Lani properties. The garage fit one car / golf cart and the driveway fit another. However, there was plenty of visitor parking nearby for the other cars (we had 4 couples). To get to the front door, there were about 6 steps and then once inside, the first floor had the common areas and one master bath. The bottom floor had another master and two other bedrooms with one bath. It was a great setup for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill extensively. All in all, a great rental and we will be back to Hawaii and will happily rent again from Jeff & Suzanne!

Nice house for extended family.
Clean, fairly large duplex. Parking is extremely tight if more than one vehicle. Is very close to pools and exercise place. However, we were under the impression that the beach "club" was walkable (or bikes) from this place, but it isn't really. You could bike to the beach, but it would be much effort on busy, hot roads. Lots of natural ocean areas to drive to fairly close by. The nearby petroglyphs were also interesting.

We had 6 adults an 3 children, the space worked out well for everyone. Everyone had comfortable beds and space to relax after fun filled days at some of the most beautiful beaches.

Good place for families
House was clean and well kept. The floor plan was ok but not what I would build. The appletv and baby monitor were missing when we arrived. The manager was very responsive in remedying this but they should really do an inventory check after each guest leaves. The workout room was fine and the pools were nice but not heated. The beach club beach was nice.

Beautiful property, close to beaches. Property manager helpful. The washing machine stopped working and had to be repaired, which was an inconvenience. On our last day it stopped working again so we were not able to wash towels as requested at checkout.

The home was very spacious and well appointed. The garage area had everything we needed. The home was very clean and the mattresses were great. We loved the beach club access and the ocean was spectacular. Our family of 6 adults and 1 teenager had plenty of space to spread out. Loved the lanai for morning coffee.

Beautiful space to relax and enjoy family time
We were 9 total and the space was perfect for us. As our grandkid ds are 7, 8, and 10, the bedroom with 2 beds was perfect for them. Grocery shopping was convenient and near as was other great shopping. Best was the neighborhood pool area where we met other families. Good restaurants also within walking distance. The bikes were fun for short trips to the Beach and shopping. Snorkel and othe water equipment were plentifully supplied too. We hadn’t expected life jackets and complete snorkel sets but there they were. Wonderful fluffy beach towels for everyone and bamboo mats (now there are 4 as we bought 3 and left them for the house. That was plenty for the beach along with amply supplied beach chairs and a few umbrellas. We felt like home.

Fabulous Home!
Serenity Villa is beautiful, convenient, and extremely well equipped. Our family group was three generations, including a 7-month old, and the villa worked well for all. The club access for pools, exercise equipment, and the beach were great. Plus, the management staff is friendly, responsive, and quite helpful. If we return to the west side of the Big Island, we would definitely seek out Serenity Villa again.

The condo was lovely, we all especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai. Kitchen is well stocked, we always had breakfast at the condo.
Plenty of beach gear and snorkel gear in the garage. It was so nice to have boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, towels, etc. as it was less for us to pack or try and buy once we arrived.

We enjoyed the place and location. It had all the conveniences for our family reunion, from bicycles, umbrellas, and beach boards, as well as all the needed provisions for a house with 4 bedrooms. The decks provided a delightful places to hear and see birds while being quiet and private. The grounds, swimming pool and gym were well kept and enjoyable.

Serenity Villa was a very nice place to stay for the week. Well equipped for a family of ten. We had a few requests and they were promptly addressed. Close to nearby beaches, restaurants and shops. We would definitely consider staying again or look to a smaller managed home if our group in smaller.

Your home was perfect for our needs, it really accommodated our group with plenty of space and with luxury. The location was perfect for our golfing and the beach, snorkeling , and pool were all very convenient to us. Cooking facilities were complete. Really nice home with lots of space. Trip details very well coordinated by owners for access. House everything you would need for a fun vacation. The snorkeling gear is a big plus as we were able to snorkel many days both at the local private beach (house gives you access) and other awesome Hawaii locations. Construction across the street is a bit of a pain as far as ambiance is concerned, but once in the house we never noticed it (and its out of the control of the owners). Restaurant options in the village are not the best (two were closed and under repair and two others very high end), but we fond plenty of options on our daily trips and the kitchen/dining setup allowed us to eat well and save (restaurant prices are generally very high) at the house. Overall though we really liked it.

Wonderful home and location!
We were a party of 8 (youngest 10, oldest 71) and we never felt crowded during our five night stay at Serenity Villa. The home and amenities are as advertised. FYI: there is one set of about 8-10 outside stairs up to the main level of the home where there is a master bed/bath and all the living areas. To access the three other bedrooms you must go down a set of inside stairs from the main level. Only including this because it was important information for us in choosing a rental and might benefit others to know. We did not have enough bath towels or wash cloths for everyone. I called and they sent someone over the same morning with more.
Beautiful view of a garden area from the lanai. We were out there often. Most often for meals, we cooked at the house and found the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked steaks and hamburgers on the grill.
The home is very convenient to the Shops of Mauna Lani (about 0.5 mile). The Polynesian show at the Shops is excellent (free lei making just before the show)! The Beach Club access that is available with the home is a bonus. We went several times -- white sandy beach and very good snorkeling -- easy entry into the water. We used most of the beach equipment and the beach towels provided so that was very convenient for us to have those available. We brought our own snorkels and masks.
Jeff and Suzanne and their team were very responsive and pleasant. We even left a fairly expensive item behind after checking out - I called them and they mailed it to us!
We left Hawaii filled with Aloha spirit. It was the trip of a lifetime!

Fantastic!
Our family had such a wonderful experience. My goal during our stay was to enjoy every single minute with my family, and to do so in the nicest surroundings as possible. The house was so beautiful. We loved every part, except for the disposal and dish washer. They didn't work so well. But everything else was perfect. The rooms worked out; the kitchen had everything we needed; the living room was perfect, and the dining room. We enjoyed the deck and the grill, though the second burner didn't work. We used the pool, which was so much fun. And we went to the Beach Club, which was beautiful. Foodland was so accessible, though a bit pricey. I could go on, but you get the idea. We enjoyed everything. Thank you so much for your lovely accommodations!!

Perfect location, wonderful villa
We visited the Big Island for the first time with another family. We both loved the villa we shared. It is located in a quiet gated community within a mile of shops and a grocery store. The large kitchen/family room with lanai was perfect for our large group. We especially liked having access to Mauna Lani Beach Club where we snorkeled twice during our stay. The location was perfect as we had access to many beaches within 20 miles. The owners of the villa provided beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach towels which we used every day. We also enjoyed taking the bikes down to the ocean where we saw sea turtles and enjoyed watching the sunset. We all agreed that we would stay at this villa again given the chance.
