Fantastic time staying at this property. We had 5 adults. The space was great, and the location is really hard to beat. Awesome views, and close enough to the water to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. House was very well appointed with everything we needed. In terms of location - just a short walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars, and shops. Communication with host was great. We would definitely stay here again. We’ve done a few different VRBO’s in Duluth over the years, and this is our new favorite!

We loved our stay again at this place! It has 2 levels which gives us the ability to give everyone some space. Big kitchen table (and dining room table) for eating together and playing games. Love the upstairs room with its views to watch the ships come in and out by Lift Bridge. We were able to make the brisk walk to Bentleyville and Canal Park. Loved it all!

Stayed at this gem while in town for our daughter’s Duluth wedding. The location, amenities, view of the lake, direct beach access for morning walks— were exactly what we were wanting. Absolutely perfect!

I booked this house for a long girl's weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was in the perfect location for us. We had easy access to Canal Park and took advantage of the beautiful, cool weather to walk all around the area. Parking was not a problem, our two rental cars fit easily in the driveway. The house was well stocked with basics that made our stay so much easier! It was nice to have plastic food storage bags at the ready and even shampoo in the bathrooms - little things but not always available in this type of setup. The house is quite spacious but we ended up in our favorite space - the living area on the second floor looking out over Lake Superior. The fireplace is fantastic - flip the switch and it was on and pumping out heat. It was so relaxing to sit sipping coffee every morning, toasty warm and watching ships come in to the harbor while listening to the horns as the ship and bridge 'conversed'. The bedrooms were very comfortable - we all slept really well. The owner was responsive answering our questions in a reasonable period of time. Overall it was a relaxing, comfortable, quiet wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we decide to visit Duluth.

We visited for UMD parents weekend and watched the hockey team play. Kitchen was well stocked, we played games, beach walks and took in the lake view!! I would definitely atay here again

This house was perfect for our Grand Traverse weekend. The location and views of the lake were fantastic! We even watched surfers all day even though the weather wasn’t great. We get to Duluth often so we hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect! Location, location, location.
The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sitting on the upper deck watching the freighters was just amazing. Thank for a great experience on our first trip to Duluth.

The view of the lake is fabulous. Multiple areas to play games, read, nap. Kitchen has whatever you need to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Beach is right outside the small backyard. House is very clean. Only downside is the horn on the bridge,

The house was even larger than I expected. We had family from 3 to 63, and we had the best time. Watching the ships, the bridge, visiting Lester Park, the RR museum and aquarium were great fun. We will be back.

Our family had a great stay at this house. Our kids loved the sand beach and watching the ships. The upstairs family room and deck were great for viewing the lake and beach. We loved the location and how easy it was to walk into Canal Park to walk around or grab lunch or dinner. Awesome rental!

Truthfully, I wanted to lie and give this place a terrible review to keep the competition down.... This location was ideal for our family of 4. Our 4 year old and 1 year old love to dig. Juggling naps, snacks, bathroom brakes and diaper changes all within stones throw of "best digging ever" was great. Quick strolls to other adventures such as lift bridge, canal and "wow" sized boats was great. Bottom line, we booked again for next year.

This was our third time staying in the Park Point neighborhood and this location and property is the best we have found. Very close to Canal Park and amazing views of the lift bridge and boats from the upper deck, clean and updated house with a well-stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms. Will definitely book again. This was the perfect place for us to stay for Grandma’s weekend. The location right over the lift bridge was wonderful and watching the waves and boats from the balcony was so peaceful. Well stocked home and a great home base.

This was our second stay.
We love the location, close to Canal Park and right on the shore. Beautiful deck and views of the lake. Comfortable rooms andfine kitchen. Beautiful family room over looking the water. Lots of stairs if that’s a problem.

The location of this property can’t be beat. Watch the ships come in and go out from the warmth of the living room or take a short walk to Canal Park. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The only down-side was that we had to shovel quite a drift to get into the driveway. Luckily, we had some folks with us that were up for the shoveling challenge!

What a great girls' weekend we had in Duluth and a big part of that was this awesome property! The view of Lake Superior, even in the winter, was amazing from the upstairs family room. We could have stayed there all day and night! And the closeness to Canal Park and all it has to offer was wonderful. Just a few minutes walk and we were across the bridge and shopping, eating, and having drinks in Canal Park. I would recommend this property any time of year!

Went up to Duluth to get away from MSP for a long weekend and unfortunately weren't able to escape the snowy minnesota weather—but being snowed in in this house was incredible! The upstairs living room was such an awesome hangout room for board games and movies. And even with the snow, so many restaurants were within walking distance just down the road. We ran into some unavoidable issues and Kay was extremely easy to reach and accommodating. We'll definitely consider visiting back on a warmer weekend to experience even more of Duluth!

We had a wonderful stay. Walked the beach and saw two ships coming in and out. The upstairs family room with the fireplace is fabulous and the view was outstanding. We truly enjoyed it and would come back again. Thanks Kay.

This house is so much better than the pictures. The view is amazing, the location cannot be beat. We stayed in the winter and I can’t imagine how wonderful it is in the summer!!
This house has everything you need and more! A whole closet of games!! Kitchen fully stocked with all needed supplies. The only thing they could add to enhance the stay is a hot tub outside on the patio!!!
So much space in the house to spread out. You can walk over the bridge easily and shop or eat within minutes.
Our only issue was the check in code didn’t work so we had to wait a short time to get in touch with the owner.
I would love to stay here again!!!

This rental is everything and more for location and amenities! The views from downstairs and upstairs are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels upstairs and down. The kitchen is well-equipped! Kay, the owner was always available when I called with questions. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return!

Quiet, convenient, comfortable, restful. Located just across the lift bridge from the popular canal park dining and entertainment section of Duluth, this is not only within easy walking distance to Duluth's most popular area, but a great way to experience the quiet calm of Park Point. Wonderful!

Three couples stayed at this property the week-end after Thanksgiving. Upon looking out the patio door at the back yard, beach and Lake Superior, my sister-in-law said "this is like a scene from a Nicolas Sparks book". So true, everything was picture perfect - the house had everything we needed for our two night stay. The location was great for easy access to Canal Park, downtown Duluth and Bentleyville. We lucked out with gorgeous weather so we also took in Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse. We took a candlelight tour of the Glensheen Mansion - beautifully decorated for Christmas. The pictures of this property are very accurate - tastefully decorated with like new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching ships come in and out from the lower and upper decks. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Duluth.

Our stay here was fantastic. When first arriving I was surprised at how large the house was. The pictures don't do it justice, it's very spacious. We loved sitting upstairs by the fireplace watching the boats on the lake. Also it was opening of Bentleyville and this house is only an 8 minute walk or so to where you can pick up the shuttles to take you to see the lights. We took a glass blowing class at Lake Superior Art Glass, also within walking distance. I will hopefully be staying here again in the future. Thanks!

My friends and I love Duluth and this was a top-notch rental with great views of Lake Superior. We could walk on the beach or walk to shops and restaurants nearby in Canal Park area. We stayed mid-November and had great fun watching all the surfers from the fabulous great room on the upper level. All the rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Wow! This place is great, much bigger than the pictures and the view from the upstairs is stunning. Our kids loved playing on the beach and walking the piers. You really cannot beat the location. Close enough to walk back and forth to Canal Park but nice being out of the busy-ness. We easily walked to an event at the DECC and all around. We would definitely stay here again!
Only thing to note would be that when we turned the oven on it smoke really really badly so much we turned it off and had yo open a door. Probably just needs a good cleaning. Other than that the house was clean, had everything you could need including So many awesome books!! The decor is really cool as well all local information about Duluth.

Everyone enjoyed watching the big freighters arrival and departures through the channel and under the lift bridge. Location was great for walking on the beach and to the canal park area.
