Communication with owner was timely and very accommodating to my special request. Well appointed rental. Very quiet and exceptionally easy check-in/check-out process.

Accommodations are excellent and the location allowed us to explore Anchorage and Palmer.

We throughly enjoyed our stay with Tomas & Lanett! Their VRBO is in the heart of Eagle River in a nice peaceful setting. They were very attentive and asked several times if we needed anything. Their place was stocked with everything we needed, and having laundry on-site while on vacation was a bonus! I would not hesitate to rent their VRBO again!

We arrived in AK for a week of hiking and a friend’s wedding. We needed a clean space to rest our tired feet and get a good night sleep. This was the perfect place for us. It had plenty of long days of hiking North and south of us. The home was conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, coffee and activities. It was VERY CLEAN and we were Very happy. It was dark in the bedroom and easy to get a good nights rest. We lacked nothing. Coolers are available to take a picnic/drinks in the car. The internet and Roku worked well. Thank you Lanett and Thomas. When we are back in Anchorage area I would definitely rent this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a perfect home away from home and the location was perfect, close to the mountains but near stores and food. Five stars!

We have stayed in Lanett and Thomas’s VRBO several time. They are wonderful host, very communicative and have a comfortable, cozy unit that we love staying in whenever we come to town. Highly recommend this host and unit.

Property is perfect, all you could need or ask for. Lanette and Tomas are wonderful, caring,, friendly and super host. Apartment is clean, and organized for any need you might have (literally). Totally enjoyed chatting with Lanette and meeting Tomas, left feeling we had new friends. Outdoor property is very well kept and very welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good experience at this rental. Nice and quiet and liked the outdoor sitting while I drank my coffee. Close and convenient to town. This unit was very clean and had everything you need, including a cooler and ice packs, twin aerobed if needed with sheets and a blanket. Kitchen provided good coffee.
