Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the NCV cottage. We brought two teen boys that shared the Murphy bed in the living room. I loved not having to make a sofa couch each night! The view was perfect! The dual pain windows helped with the noise of the street. We’ve stayed at NCV a lot and this cottage was one of our favorites. Everything was provided to us in cottage. Plenty of cooking materials. There were tons of boogie boards and chairs in the cottage if you needed them. There were mats laid out to help with the sand control. The cottage had plenty of linens for showering and sleeping. The host was excellent at communication. The air conditioner in the bedroom kept us cool at night. It really was great for our family of four! Thank you! We would stay again!

My husband and i with my 10 year old niece had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo location was great. Plenty big, had everything we needed. The AC was nice to have, very cold. We would stay there again.

Very cute, well kept condo with beach visible from patio. Second story so felt comfortable leaving windows open at night. Easy and quick walk to beach and restaurants in the harbor- so avoids parking hassles. Would definitely stay again. Good communication prior to stay, didn’t really have any issues so did not have to reach out again to owner. Overall excellent, thank you so much Sandy.

We really loved staying here. Sandy gave detailed instructions on how everything worked, there was just some confusion on where to park to get the keys as the check in lot had minimal parking and many spots coned off. A really nice security guard walking around the property helped us out. We loved the unit, super clean and comfy. Secure parking with a dedicated spot. My 5 year old loved the Murphy bed. The property has many amenities like a huge pool and lots to look at, like koi fish as we walked around. This unit in particular has an ocean view and is half a block to the beach, which can’t really be beat. We loved hearing the waves with our patio door open. Lots of businesses within walking distance, including a playground on the beach. We hope to come back! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay.

Condo had everything we could possibly need on our vacation. The location was perfect. Could see and hear the ocean from our condo. The grounds and amenities were wonderful. It was all as advertised in the listing. Actually, even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is so nice! Easy access to the beach and very clean property! This unit has a great balcony view of the beach. It is clean and well stocked! Everything you would need in the kitchen as well as lots of fun things for playing at the beach like chairs and boogie boards, and umbrellas.

We selected North Coast Village and this specific condo based on location. The condo had a great beach view and easy access to the beach, too! It was walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the Harbor each morning for coffee at the Nautical Bean, then enjoyed a stroll around the marina. Conveniently near access to the highway, a day trip to San Clemente was perfect. Sitting on the patio in the evening was a great way to relax. The amenities were endless - a well-stocked kitchen, beach gear, plenty of towels and convenient parking. Unloading our vehicle was easy, just minimal steps away from the condo. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying for a week at this property in Oceanside. It was clean, well-furnished and set up. In advance of the stay, the owner was responsive to questions and let us know that there would be ceiling fans and an AC unit in the bedroom because of the potential for higher-than-average summer heat. Temperature was never a problem for us. Great access to the beach, a pool, and other features. Would return.

Property was well maintained and monitored, had a great view of the beach/ocean and it was a very short walk to the beach. Big pool inside complex with a separate hot tub, putting green and beautiful coy pond. Plenty to do in the area if if want more than the beach. Accommodations were defiantly 5 star and the weather was magnificent.

We've stayed in a few units at this development and this has been our favorite by far! The location is excellent. So close to the beach and a great view. The AC unit in the bedroom helps a lot. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could think of. Will definitely try to book here again!

The apartment was convenient to the beach and to restaurants and stores. The directions to get the key were accurate and clear, just the process was a bit involved because of the setup of the complex.

The condo’s location was #1 attribute. Walked daily on the beach and sat on balcony looking at the ocean. The other pluses were Murphy bed, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful property. Only downside (not really negatives), are proximity to street, Friday community trash day (fun if you like to see efficiency of community trash trucks) and lack of hvac (although great cross breeze and ocean white noise at night). We were in area for a family wedding with our adult daughter. It was great place for the three of us to escape hectic schedule. We would stay again!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a long or short stay. Just bring personal items and food, then visit all of Oceanside, the beach, and the marina on foot or by bike.
The hosts are very responsive hosts, usually answering any questions within minutes.
The condo is well furnished and comfortable with views of the very close by beach. The complex is beautifully landscaped like a tropical paradise with streams, fountains, and waterfalls.

The condo was great. It is located just steps from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. It is easy to come and go from the secure parking garage. Sandy is very responsive and thorough. She was a pleasure to work with. The staff on-site is very friendly. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Oceanside.

Met Expectations
We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is a big complex but our condo was close to the beach, our parking spot, and the pool. Stacey was very responsive before our stay and the instructions in the condo were clear enough that we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. We beds were comfortable and the whole place was well stocked.

Perfect little condo
This condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was extremely well equipped with everything from hairdryers to paper towels. Had tons of beach equipment and chairs for us to use. Beds were very comfortable and all linens were supplied. Street noise was extreme over a holiday weekend, but that was no fault of the owner! Murphy bed was a great addition.

Another lovely O-Side Vacation
The last time we stayed at Sandy’s place was March 2020 right as the world shut down. That was the most stressful trip we’ve ever experienced. We decided to come back and stay at Sandy’s at a more opportune time and we are glad we did! Sandy is helpful with check in and responds quickly to questions. The condo is clean and well represented. We loved that there was Tupperware and ziplocs to use. We cook while on vacation and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach is perfect! The garage gets a little loud in the mornings which is across from the bedroom but the sounds of the waves at night make it all worth it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful and Immaculate
We are 83 and 84 years old and so enjoyed this unit. It is on beautiful grounds with lush greenery and you can see the beach from the balcony. The location is great, and the unit is fully stocked with everything one needs. We had no problems and found the decor-perfect. Our adult granddaughter enjoyed sleeping on the murphy bed in the living room. So much better than a sofa bed, The only negative we found was the 8-10 steps up to the entrance of the unit and the occasional noise of street racers. We all hope to return some day.

Great Beach Vacation
The condo was everything the listing posted. We were very pleased with the location and the amenities the village provided. My kids ages 9,7, and 5 had a great time. Next time, we will plan for a longer stay to make full use of the village's amenities.
Sandy was very communicative and sent all documents ahead of our stay. I appreciated her promptness in replying to our questions.

Perfect location
I stayed at this property for a few days to participate in a sporting event around the marina and downtown areas. It was perfectly situated between both areas and within walking distance. The condo was clean and everything was in good condition and worked as expected. The host was very responsive. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Winter Stay
Travel to avoid midwest winter for a couple months and stay at North Coast Village. The unit has wonderful views and is fully furnished. Enjoyed our stay.
