La ciudad costera de Sheringham ofrece una excelente playa de arena y un paseo marítimo, piscina, campo de golf en lo alto de un acantilado y National Trust Sheringham Park. We enjoyed a lovely break away staying at Seasands, all 4 of us agreed it was a spacious well equipped apartment which suited our needs. It was in a good location, close to local shops and restaurants/cafes, just a 6 minute walk to the North Norfolk Railway station and easy access to the coastal footpath. Easy driving along coast road to Wells, Holkham or Cromer.
A few notes for consideration that would have made our stay perfect, extra bin bags for kitchen and facilities for recycling plus a waste bin in every bedroom. Our first nights stay was a little chilly so maybe the provision of some blankets for those occasions. Overall a great holiday home and good value for money.

Appeared clean on first look but soon realised if had not had good clean for a while behind doors and things lots of cobwebs.too many stairs not really described in read.3rd bedroom did not have mirror in reach of plug socket to do hair.important at forties weekend,and window blocked by furniture.should be advertised as child room.But it was very well stocked with cups etc and dishwasher tabs liquid etc and a welcome gift of goodies was lovely.sitting rooms were large and comfortable. We had an enjoyable time staying there.

Terrific location, very short walk to beach and all facilities. Spacious quiet house for 3 adults and 2 kids, comfortable accomodation. Useful off street parking for one car, on street parking was very limited. Covid19 restrictions meant there were only six items of crockery and cutlery, some dishwasher tablets were helpfully provided. At times TV couldn't cope with streaming and needed re-setting. A very enjoyable stay and would like to return.

It is very close to all the local shops and cafes etc as well as the promenade.
One of the local baker's shop had fantastic treats - a different one to try everyday of the week!!
There are some good coastal walks and National Trust properties/land nearby.
We did not use the car several days but walked from the apartment along the coast.

Very well placed holiday house - close to shops, takeaways, restaurants and cafes and within a few minutes walk of the prom and the beach.
Lovely, cosy, tastefully decorated accommodation with plenty of room for a family, although you need to be able to cope with steps (and sloping ceilings) as the property is on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. We didn't need them, but stairgates were also provided.
Well equipped with every thing you need for self-catering, including a kind starter pack of tea, milk, jam etc and washing up supplies.
COVID-19 safe too :-)

Great house and location.
Great house and location. The off road parking was really handy as the surrounding roads were heaving.
Most days we could walk everywhere, to the beach, to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops.
Ideal location for everything.
The property was a little tired in places with peeling wall paper, but everything was clean, so we cant grumble.
