The water levels were extremely low, but we had a great time! The outdoor space was perfect. Plenty of seating, shade and fun for the kids. The house was spotless and well kept. Looking forward to a return trip!

We enjoyed everything about the house, the kids loved making a fire outside and roasting marshmallows and hotdogs it’ll be a great memory. Thanks for letting us stay.

This was the perfect rental for us this last weekend! The house was very clean, and is very spacious. One of the things that I did t see mentioned was the BEAUTIFUL long dinner table in the back room! It's almost as long as the room, and a gorgeous dark wood- perfect for a family dinner. The back area with the BBQ and firepit was relaxing, especially with the porch hanging lights lit up. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxed, which we needed. There were a few neighbors around, but they were mostly some teens swimming in the lake, and were very polite gentleman. Not hearing any traffic was welcomed! They have pretty much everything you need, just make sure you make a grocery trip before you get there. We had a wonderful time, and will hopefully be back!!!

This property had all the essentials covered (keep in mind there is no dishwasher). Beautiful outdoor grill/patio area and a nice indoor dining area. The host was great to work with.

We had an amazing time at the property. It was my older friends bachelor party and we wanted a place that was quiet and a a good place to unplug since we all have very busy lives. The lake house was beyond perfect for that. Enough space, quiet and amazing facilities. Couldn’t of been a better weekend. Thank you!

Getting up abs down to water snd boat house is still “tricky” and could use improvement of done kind. Over all beautiful view of lake Travis!

This property is in a great location on Lake Travis, with water front access. Patio overlook over the lake with a fire pit, and being able to walk right down to the water offered for a fantastic weekend.

Great place to stay. Beautiful views. Just be aware that the food delivery, gas, and groceries is not close so bring everything with you.

I’m almost afraid to say all the good things about this place, because I don’t want others to know about this gem. This house was such a perfect place for my family of five, and we could’ve fit more people if we wanted. We loved everything about it from the comfy beds, personal dock and pier with lily pad and kayak, to the treehouse and outdoor dining space. It was such a perfect getaway, and Jenna was the perfect hostess! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and had all the house stocked with all the necessities we needed. There isn’t a dishwasher, so just know ahead of time. (My husband didn’t realize that until AFTER he volunteered to clean up after dinner.) We will definitely be staying here again!

Property is in a nice location. Lay out of the house is a little different in that you have to go thru bedrooms to get to other ones. AC had issues keeping up with the 103F temperature but the owner provided several fans and we cooked outside to help.

Our family had a great day. The back patio was wonderful for morning coffee. The grandkids loved the hammock. The dock for fishing at night was so much fun for us. The uphill hike from the dock to the house was exhausting for the grandparents. But overall we would stay there again.

We had a great time at this property. The house was a great size for our group. The beds were quite comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the tree-house. We all loved the dock. It was great for the boat and just for floating around and enjoying the lake. We would definitely return to this property.

This is a wonderful lake house! We had an excellent time. The outside area of the house is what makes this house awesome. The dock is great for fishing and swimming. It is especially easy for kids to jump into the water and get out on their own. We spent all day on the dock! The yard had a great surprise of a treehouse that my kids loved! The owners are friendly and respond to questions promptly. I highly suggest this place. We are already thinking about our next trip here.

Great place

This house is much nicer than it appears in the pics. Its really cute and tastefully decorated. The location in wonderful. The living room is larger and nicer than it appears in the pics. The kitchen was decently stocked and we found everything we needed. The rooms were a bit oddly spaced because you have to walk through some rooms to access the others in the back, but the sleeping arrangements were plentiful and comfortable. If you want total privacy from the other rooms then this may not be the place for you. We were with family so it wasnt a big deal. The house is in a fairly secluded neighborhood which makes it a bit difficult to run out for a quick grocery run, but its also what adds to its charm and privacy on the water. The outdoor space is what makes this place so amazing! its located in a little cove and the water is so easy accessible and beautiful. We spent most of the days on the deck swimming in the lake, jumping off the dock and fishing. The cove is quiet enough where it felt like we had enough privacy and safety from passing boats. The outdoor seating in the yard has a grill and a fire pit area, plenty of seating and a lot of green space for the kids to run around. The best surprise of the entire rental was the beautiful tree house in the back yard. The kids LOVED it. It was so cute and so much fun for outdoor adventures. We started planning our return before we even left. This is a very special place.

We spent Memorial Day weekend here with our friends & family and had a wonderful time. This home is extremely kid friendly and has everything you need to have a great vacation stay. The owner, Jenna was great and ensured all of our needs were addressed and taken care of prior to arrival and while we when enjoying our stay. We definitely stay here again.

It was a great weekend. Very nice property, clean and has everything you need. Nice views, and very close to water, were you can swim and fish. Cove was protected from boaters and waves for swimming. I would recommend this property.

Great vacation home! The house was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were spacious. We had breakfast in the sunroom with the view of the lake and the family of 5 deers. We spent the whole afternoon outside on the hammock and kids had a blast shooting rocks at the lake with their slingshots. Thomas and Jenna were very accommodating and were always ready to answer all our questions. Jenna even texted me a list of restaurant recommendations and grocery stores in the area. Very helpful and nice people. We will definitely go back! Thanks for he opportunity to create more memories.

Jenna's house was very clean and comfortable. the house is fully appointed with kitchen items , patio chairs, and bar-b-q pit to make any meal easy. Beds were comfortable and dock was terrific for swimming Had great covered area for sitting in the shade. I will stay here again for a summer lake getaway.

Great home for family trips to lake Travis

We had a lovely time, and Jenna was delightful to work with. Our family gathering made good memories with this great set-up. Only thing preventing 5 stars was a clogged kitchen drain.
